My move was scheduled and confirmed for a Sunday. The truck never showed up for the move. The driver called and said that his truck was blocked in and he couldn't make the move. He said that he had called his supervisor but got no response. I told him to have his supervisor call me once he got in touch with him. I never got called but when I called to complain the following day I was told that I would be offered a 5% discount - a whopping $6.25 per hour, while I have to now pay another month ($76)at the storage facility. After continued complaining I was told it would be 10%, but that was all they could do. It would seem to me that if a company has employees working that there should be a supervisor to handle emergencies. This company certainly did not exceed my expectations

They moved some heavy furniture from our garage. They are very professional. We've used them before to move furniture around the house. We use them only for in house move. They're well versed and timely. Our overall experience with them has been excellent.

Contacted sales rep for a quote on moving. Their quote was slightly higher than the other two companies but the salesman I felt spent the time to evaluate our situation the best. We ended up using a 3 man team and one truck to move us from one neighborhood to another one a few miles away.The crew worked very hard and was very efficient. It was a Saturday and they had done a move on Friday. Both days the temperature was above 100 degrees. The crew told me when they were taking breaks and accounted for their time properly. One $69 particle board desk was damaged. They explained to me before the move what items tend to get damaged and allowed me to select additional insurance if needed. Crew was very considerate of my home and belongings. I would highly recommend.

They were on time and expedited the move. They loaded the truck air tight to where nothing else would fit in there. There were three men in the single cab and loaded my flat screen in the front of the truck with them. They did everything they could possibly do. I was very impressed with their work ethics. I would use them again in the future.

They packed and moved everything. Both moves went well. They seemed to make an effort to hire conscientious people. They do a good job. Compared to a lot of movers they are less expensive.

They were very good. They were very careful. They showed up on time and they didn't damage anything. The did it all in about four or five hours. They were punctual, responsive, and professional. They followed up with a phone call to make sure everything was alright. I would use this provider again.

They did a pretty good job. There were three men. A couple things they said that they would start the clock when they started moving, but the supervisor started the clock earlier than that. He started it when they arrived, which was not what they said when I called. They were wearing black and it was hot, and their black shirts rubbed on my white wall. I had to clean it and it came off, but they did not offer to help. They did do a good job and were pretty courteous over all. I would still consider them using them.

It was great. They were prompt and courteous and very professional. They were on time and did exactly what they were asked to do.

I was extremely pleased with the service and courtesy given by every person I spoke with. I wanted a moving date that was on a Sunday and was told they do not normally work on that day but I would get a call to confirm. Later that same day I did indeed get a call to let me know they could accommodate my need. The two gentlemen arrived right on time the day of the move and were ever so courteous and respectful. The furniture was well protected and handled with great care. Once we arrived at the new destination both men would not place any furniture down without out me approving its placement first. Once all the furniture was in place I was asked to make sure everything was as I wanted;they would not leave until I was satisfied. I would highly recommend this company.

I have moved 3 times in the last 1 1/2 years. I used a professional mover from Jackson Tennessee and they did a wonderful job but they were very expensive. These men were quick and they had the truck loaded in 1 1/2 hours. We had packed a lot of the stuff so they just had boxes and furniture. They were very, very professional and didn't fool around. I had no problems. They were very responsive. They were on time and they even beat me. I would use them again but I am never moving again.

The company packed and unpacked all of my belongings. Once they left the Knoxville house after unpacking my things I noticed I couldn't find my cassette player/recorder that went went with my stereo system. I contacted the company and they sent me a check to compensate for my loss. At that time I had other things that I couldn't find (a box of books with a personal diary) but I figured they would turn up somewhere. It took me some time to unpack everything and sort through it all. I never found my items so I called Two Men & A Truck and called three or four times - each time they told me to keep looking, that they would turn up. They indicated they weren't going to reimburse me for the books even though I purchased the proper insurance with the move. They were very unresponsive to my calls and did not handle the situation as I had hoped. I was painfully disappointed that my books and diary (that couldn't be replaced) were lost but thankful that everything else arrived safe. I just want people to be aware that if you have anything of value that you won't be able to replace if it's lost to pack it yourself and take it with you in your own car. I was told by Mr. Thomas - the scheduler - that if I packed anything I would be responsible, but if the moving company packed everything, they would be fully responsible. My sewing machine, accessories, and materials were already packed but the movers packed everything else, including the books and articles which have not been found.
