Tree Worx

They did a GREAT job at far less then several other contractors I contacted. Showed up on time as scheduled. Used brought proper equipment to insure that the tree trunks to be removed were cut from the top down, in reasonable sized pieces. care was taken to protect the asphalt as well as our existing lawn by properly placed plywood. They completely cleaned up the area, leaving it in a better condition then when they arrived.

Fantastic service and process. Hannes (owner) is a nice guy. He came out and did the estimate and the work was done the next day.

The job went well. Crew showed up when they said they would, worked hard to complete the job, and did a very thorough job of cleaning up all debris. They were professional and respectful, and very good to work with.

They arrived promptly and did everything we agreed on. They were courteous and professional, and we were very happy with their service. Would definitely hire again.

They were careful, and I didn't have to worry about them damaging the house.

Prompt coming out for the quote and price was very reasonable. Ended up getting three removed and it looks great.

Joy on the phone was nice. The estimate guy missed both appointments we made, and came at a time I was not home. He was rude when I confronted him about this, his name was Hannes.

The crew was very careful and hard workers. They cleaned up the yard well after the work was done. I did not want the maples topped. They were able to remove a good percentage of the branches, etc, while maintaining the overall structure of the trees.

I called the office and set an appointment for an estimate and they set it up at my convenience. Hannes showed up right on time and gave me a verbal estimate and told me they would eMail it to me to approve or disapprove. He told me, upon my approval, exactly when he estimated (weather permitting) they would be able to perform the work the following week and told me they would probably do the grinding later when the ground dried somewhat from the rain as they did not want to take a chance of putting ruts in the yard which I appreciated very much. Next AM I approved the work order and I never saw them again. One day I came home and the tree was gone but there was no trace anyone had been there except there was a stump at ground level where the tree used to be. A couple of days later, just out of curiosity, I checked to see if the stump was gone even though there was no trace that anyone had been there and to my astonishment the stump was gone, just like that. About a week later I got an eMail invoice with a payment link. Two clicks....done. These people are real pros. I almost wish I had more trees for them to remove. It's such a pleasure to work with people with such great ethics. Highly recommended!

Tree Worx is good. The price ended up being good.

Hannes (the owner) came out and gave an estimate and we scheduled the work two weeks out. He explained the scope of the work to his very polite crew and they got started on time. While here he walked our wooded yard and did a diagnostic on some other trees that looked stressed. He tapped, listened, and even looked inside with a tiny camera to see how far the decay had spread. We will have them come back next March to do more work.

Made an appointment for someone to come out and look at a tree a week in advance. ( that was the first available ) On the day of the appointment, no one showed up. No phone call or email either. About 2 weeks later I either received an email or voice-mail from them, can't remember. By then, the tree was long gone.

The Tree Worx crew were polite, professional and did a wonderful job. I had a dying, large, tree in the corner of my backyard with three neighbors all around. They carefully cut the tree from the top down and not a single branch wound up in their yards, nor my pool. When the cutting was done the cleanup began. By the time they left it looked like they vacuumed the yard. I highly recommend Tree Worx for any tree related job, from the small to the very large. It was a pleasure to have them at my house.

As said above, I had a very large tree that was next to power lines and my fence. It took about 5 hours and they got the tree down without any problems. This was my second experience with Tree Worx and they have been great both times. As a bonus, they always cleanup the remaining debris.

WONDERFUL! two of the trees were done quickly with no worries..they were by our propane tank and outside heat pump..much too close to our house and starting to cause damage. They were taken out promptly and expediently. The third tree, was my favorite but way too overgrown. It was quickly reshaped and the vine removal, although difficult to do, was done quickly and safely. All debris was quickly contained and carted off. I was very pleased....I even asked Hannes when I should call them to come back! Yes, I highly recommend. -- oh, and when I originally called to set up an appointment - after hours! - Joy answered and stayed on the phone till I was a happy camper. AND there was a discount for Angie's list customers! I couldn't ask for more professionalism.

It went exceptionally well. They cut down a tree that was about 30 or 40 feet tall that was becoming a hazard to my house. While the climber was up on the tree, my 3 year old was watching them and he took the time to wave at her from up there and smile. That kind of service deserves a great review. Not only was it a great experience while they were there, it was also pleasant after. Hannes came by and made sure that everything was as expected. Thanks guys! My neighbor is actually going to be calling them for a similar tree in their yard!

Awesome! We were in need of some urgent work since one of the trees took out a section of fence and these guys were very responsive. They came out right away and got enough of the downed tree off of the fence so we could get it repaired quickly (and not worry about any dog escapes!). Once they did that, they then provided an estimate for the work needed which was extremely reasonable and scheduled to come back in a few days to get the big stuff done. They showed up as promised and knocked things out and we are very happy with the results. We have used them before and have always had good experiences. These guys are #1 on our list for any tree work that we need!

Hardest working group i have had since i moved here to Tennessee. Crew arrived at 8am and worked all day until job completed at 5pm. All workers were very polite. I highly recommend Tree Worx if you need tree service done right and at a excellent price.

They removed the limbs and then the main trunk. They were mostly fed into the chipper. The very large trunk parts were put in the back end of the bucket truck with the rest of the mulch from the tree. The limbs were then trimmed or removed. About the time they finished with the main tree removal, the stump grinder ('Stump-EEZ) arrived with his remote controlled stump grinder who really put on a show making the stump and surface roots disappear. It was so interesting as he remotely operated the machine, 4 of the guys stopped to see him work. He expertly got the stump and roots taken care of all the way to the edge of the concrete driveway.

The red oak tree had been damaged in a tornado five years ago; about half the tree remained but finally died last year. Many of the branches passed through phone/cable wires plus the tree was on our property border. I figured Tree Worx would have a difficult time with the removal as numerous branches were over our neighbor's flower garden and fruit trees. On our side the tree was very close to some new plantings and my wife's oak leaf hydrangea, which had survived being "crushed" in that tornado. She was on record as saying that I would be in big trouble if anything happened to it... I met them when they arrived but then had to leave for work. I came home to find them already gone. And so was the tree and all the debris associated with it. A text message from the owner stated that everything had gone well. There was no damage to any of the plantings mentioned above; how they accomplished that is amazing (and fortunate for me!). They did quality work in a timely manner and did an excellent job at cleaning up. And they left the stump (about two feet of it) as I had asked so we could use that as a planter base. I will definitely use them again for future tree needs.

Tree Worx came on time with a crew of 5, led by Hannes, a crane, a boom truck and a chipper. The work was done quickly and efficiently. And clean-up was excellent. One tree required stump grinding, which was done a few days later. That work was also done very well, with the stump and all the near surface roots ground, and the area leveled.

This is the second time I have hired Hannes and his team. I had them cut down one tree and trim several others, at my Mother's property. As usual they were very professional. They did a great job with the cutting, trimming, and cleaning up after themselves. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

The work was completed as scheduled and planned with no problems.
