In a few weeks, the tree service team arrived. We conducted another yard walkdown for clarification, but I must say that Tree Worx seems to have closed all gaps between their sales and production efforts – the guys knew the job. The service team, Slaton, Esteban, and the two Johns were efficient, professional, and organized. They conducted all work in short order as promised and demonstrated great concern for our house and the rest of the yard. Clean-up was excellent and one would hardly know they were there at all except for our pretty, newly trimmed trees and the great street appearance of the house and yard. Tree Worx employees are experienced, hard working individuals. They are committed to customer satisfaction, and very fair pricing. Second project that they have completed at our home. Their men use their chain saws, and equipment like an artist uses a brush! Rating= “ Exceeds expectations”, All work done , as agreed to, on a timely basis.

They came out on time and did the work in one day. It went well.

We couldn’t be happier with Tree Worx. These guys did an incredible job for us the past two days. We had three BIG trees taken down and cleaned up. Other trees around our house got loving care and trimming. Twenty year old out of control mountain lauren scrubs were removed and replacement plants were delivered. The crew was very professional and so kind and respectful to each other. These arborists are the real thing. Pricing was more than fair. Thank you Tree Worx of Chattanooga!

Both Lindsay and James were great. Very professional, explained everything and reasonable cost. Cleaned up and hauled off all limbs. Was about 4 weeks between when the estimate was done and when work was completed. Time frame wasn’t a problem especially since it was around the time the storms hit the area. Would use them again.

This is a busy company and it took a little while to get scheduled, but it was well worth it. I have 2 large River Birch trees that needed a lot of trimming and 2 large, overgrown bushes that needed to be removed. I was given a quote, scheduled the service and waited about a month for the work to be done. The trees were trimmed as I asked, the bushes removed and the stumps ground. The staff was extremely polite (Joy and Lindsay) and the crew that did the work were friendly, polite and answered my questions appropriately. Once done, the trimmings were picked up and my yard was left as it was found. It was a pleasure working with Tree Worx and I would highly recommend them to anyone needed tree service. On top of that, I was given a 10% discount for using Angie's List. That was nice!

Wonderful! This team of workers did an excellent job for a very reasonable price. They cleaned up the area and removed all the trees cut down at my request. TREEWORX is without question the company I would use again for this type of work. Every member of the team worked hard and did a very efficient job.

Very professional and fast work. This was a two day job, and I was home for both days. The crew was well orchestrated and seemed to all be wearing appropriate safety equipment. The most difficult part of the job was a 3.5-foot trunk 100+ year old oak near my driveway, literally right next to a fragile back-flow valve. They cut down this tree with precision using a bucket truck and a "roping" technique. I was really impressed. The back-flow valve doesn't even have a scratch on it. Very pleased with price.

I talked to Joy at Tree Worx on 10 January - she was very nice - she asked what I wanted done and I told her I wanted two trees removed and some lower limbs removed from three other trees - she scheduled an appointment for someone to come out to do an estimate on the 12th. No one came to my house or called on the scheduled day. On the 14th I received a quote via email from Matt? - the quote only vaguely resembled the work I wanted done. I replied to the email indicating there was only one item in the quote that was correct and I provided more specifics about the work to be done. Two days later on the 16th I received the exact same quote via email. Since then they have not contacted me or rescheduled an estimate.

The crew that performed the work did a very good job overall, and they were very pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately, one limb they dropped broke our kitchen window, and it took several weeks to get the glass replaced, although I don't think the delay was Tree Worx's fault. Over the course of the whole project, I sent several texts and emails to the company owner, and never got a reply, which was puzzling to me. I started dealing with the office staff person instead, and she was very responsive and helpful.

Excellent. We were very impressed with Tree Worx. They came to give an estimate. We scheduled a time to have the work done. The men were on time, did an excellent job, and cleaned up the area.

We had an issue, but it wasn't exactly their fault. But we had to have another repair done on the property because of their work. But they were really good about helping us get that taken care of, and all that. They ended up, their equipment broke part of the septic system, and we had to have someone come out and repair that. They actually took care of the repair and all that. They were very good about it.

Overall, the experience was good. They did a good job with removing the tree safely and hauling off everything. There were some minor communication issues, but the owner and office staff were responsive to me and helped to make sure things were addressed. I'm thinking that this was probably due to the time of year (busy season with tree work) and it's probably hard to keep up with all of the different jobs that they are juggling. Some of the stump got missed with the stump grinding due the large amount of wood chips that were created when the grinding was done, so they are going to come back to finish grinding the remainder of the stump. I would recommend this company to anyone needing to have a tree trimmed or removed. They are insured, they know what they are doing, and they are fair with their prices. They trimmed this same tree for me a couple of years ago and did a good job with that project too.

The crew that Hannes (owner of Tree Worx) sent were phenomenal! My husband and I just loved them. All were professional, courteous and friendly and, it was quite obvious that they worked together perfectly as a team. Safety was a priority and they made sure that they took the time to insure one another's safety. At the finish they made sure that the yard was raked and all debris removed. Tree Worx would be my first choice if we should ever need more tree work done!

Great but they ran out of room in their chipper. Said they'd be back to cut one last limb on another tree that was hanging over our shed and they did not return.

Excellent! Hannes and his crew were great to work with, knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. The two trees were removed without damaging a shagbark hickory that was between them. Our original appointment day was washed out due to heavy rains, but crew was there the very next day. Cleanup was thorough and damage to turf was kept at a minimum. We couldn't be more pleased! Tree Worx bid was a bit higher than other companies, but you get what you pay for, and I'm glad we were able to start a relationship with Hannes.

The Tree Worx service was exemplary. They were contracted by another tree service (Wysong), and I could not be happier. The crew was friendly and gracious, and went over and beyond in their service. They appear to me to operate with honesty and integrity, and take full responsibility for their actions. That means a lot!. I have had other tree services do work in the past who have not operated in that manner. I highly recommend this service.

I thought it was done very quickly for the size. It was also done very professionally. They cleaned up the area after and I am VERY happy! Awesome price and great work. Would hire again if I ever need any tree work!
