The whole process was quick and easy. Andy arrived a little before 8 which was right on time..We discussed what he was going to do and the work began quickly. Andy was very polite and handled everything professionally. Afterwards we talked again and he gave me some needed advice as to what I was going to do next with the deck and said I could call him anytime if I had questions he could hel me with. Overall a very pleasant experience. He is very much in demand and there is a wait but I feel it is worth it. He did forewarn us of this at the start. Very pleasant to work with. Showed up on time. Cleaned up well after the job was done. His estimate was the final price, no surprises. Very happy with this service. Will use him again when the deck needs restaining.

The Deck Doctor is very thorough and takes great care in the work he does. He arrived when he said he would and was very helpful in moving furniture and containers on the porch. We have used The Dock Doctor before and will continue to do so in the future.

Went very well. He initially gave an estimate for work to begin last year, but weather delayed him for several weeks. We contacted him again, and he got us back on his schedule. Andy removed the deck furniture, pressure washed the deck, applied top grade sealant and paint, and replaced the furniture in three days. We're very satisfied with the results.

Andy with Deck Doctor was very professional and prompt in returning my call. He was also very flexible in coming to our home and providing a free estimate, and the free estimate was received within a day or two of contacting him. He was also very flexible in scheduling the work to be done around my schedule. Andy and another employee were at our home on two separate occasions. Once to pressure wash and then to seal our deck. When they were at our home they were so quiet, I barely knew they were there. They finished the job quickly and finished product turned out the way I had envisioned. I would hire Deck Doctor again in the future.

Andy was very professional in all aspects of his work. The group he brought with him were great as well. Price is listed as and quot;Goodand quot; instead lf and quot;Excellentand quot; simply because I have no basis for comparison...all other areas were very easy to list as excellent. Andy was pretty backed up (in demand obviously means he does good work) and it was about six weeks from the time estimated to actual work beginning. He estimated six weeks and it was right on the nose! Work started exactly when he said and they actually volunteered to and worked on the weekend to get the job done in two day. I would most assuredly recommend Andy to anyone wanting a job done when promised and at the price promised.

The Deck Doctor crew were very professional, covering all of the plants, house siding and any overspray. Promptly arrived and half the price of four other quotes. Andy Vincent (owner of the Deck Doctor) was great to deal with! My house got quite a bit of damage from the March 2 2012 hail storm. I contacted Andy right away about doing my deck related work (pressure washing and applying stain/sealer). Andy was always on time (much unlike the other contractors I dealt with) and was always available to talk! Andy did a phenomenal job in making my 14 year old deck look new again! We can't believe that it looks so great!!! I found out from my initial visit from Andy that he also does painting - so I had him pressure wash the whole house and paint some exterior doors and trim while he was here! He made the outside of my house look great! Of all the contractors that I have dealt with in the last several months - Andy has really stood out to me! He was always on time, always willing to answer any questions that I had, and made sure that I was pleased with the work!

The crew work dilagently doing required accessory work such as moving furniture off and on painted surfaces. Inside work was excellent. This company is highly recommended.

Called the Dr a couple of times to work through the estimate for staining our new deck. He came out and gave a written estimate and we worked through a time frame to complete the work. When the weather permitted he came out and took are of business and the deck looks great.

Andy came exactly when he said. The job was difficult for him, so he recommended another company that did a great job for us. I will definitely call Andy again when I have something for him.

I can't tell you how lucky I feel to have found Andy. He is indeed the Deck Doctor. We had a very sick deck and front porch. Last year another contractor over-applied a semi-transparent stain until it looked like a solid stain on the deck and front porch. In some places the stain peeled and in other places it would not budge. Andy to the rescue. He spent the time--more than anyone expected--to strip the deck and re-stain it. Every interaction with Andy was professional. He always returned my calls promptly, came to give a quote right away, and kept me up to date on the progress of the job and what his plans were for the next day. His price was more than fair considering the mess he had to deal with. (What we thought would be a two-day job turned into three-and-a-half days, and Andy still stuck to his quote.) And the best part? Andy did this all with a smile and he made me laugh. Not bad for a visit with the Deck Doctor. You won't be sorry if you hire this professional.

I had an idea about the colors I wanted to paint the house but had not settled on the exact colors. Andy and company were very helpful in determining the trim and body colors and the stains for the decks. They started work the same day. When I wasn't satisfied with the color the shutters were done in, Andy had the shutters repainted at no additional charge. This was my first time having a house painted. I vetted other contractors who charged much more. When Andy gave me his price I was happy but concerned whether the work would be quality. I forged ahead and hired him anyway. I am exceedingly happy with the work. My house looks great!

Andy was very quick to respond to both the request for an estimate and to schedule the pressure washing work once I was ready for it to be done. Andy and his helper worked quickly and did a fantastic job, small as it was! I was very pleased with the work. Will definitely consider calling back when it's time for painting. Thanks, Andy!
