I called Deck Doctor and left a message but also sent in an online quote request. Either the same day or the next day, Andy called me and outlined the procedure and all the services he would perform. He didn't come out to look at the deck but was able to give me an estimate over the phone based on the measurements I gave him. We didn't go with him for services because he was scheduling out until August; but I was satisfied with how he handled my inquiry.

They called first and showed up when they said they would, bright and early. After pressure washing, they returned a couple of days later, also bright and early, as was agreed and completed the seal and stain process. They were friendly, polite, and worked efficiently. I am happy with how the deck looks.

Andy pressure washed the drive, house, and sidewalk to perfection. Not too much pressure or detergent, which was important because of the age of the home and deck. The drive sealing was smooth and clear with enough gloss to provide a clean look. The decks were older and I was very satisfied with the deck treatment and water protection. Andy was always available and we always knew what was happening.

Work was awesome and completed quickly.

Andy was friendly and gave a good estimate of cost and time required to do the job. The finished deck looks great and repels water well.

Andy and his co-worker first came out and power washed the deck and all the railings. They had to move a number of big, heavy planters along with deck furniture, a gas grill, and numerous solar lights. The entire deck, having been built by three builders over time, looked amazing. Two days later they were back and stained the deck, railings, steps, and even some trim around the pool. They finished the Staining, moved everything back and I did not find a single boo boo. I highly recommend Andy, The Deck Doctor, to anyone needing this service.

We use Andy every time. he's the best and the job is done with care and excellence every time. He washes and prepares the deck and porch for staining then returns a day or so later to stain. always top notch work. Last time he washed the rear of the house, two stories and the work was as promised and looks great. Highly recommended.

Mr. Vincent was very prompt in answering my initial call. He told me an approximate date that he could do the work and said he would call me, He called when he said he would, set the date to do the work, called before he came, arrived on time, and did a fantastic job. He and his helper were very neat and cleaned as they worked. They removed the furniture from the deck before they started . The deck had been built about 6 years ago and nothing had been done to it except an occasional pressure washing. It looked pretty rough before he started. Mr. Vincent pressure washed the deck- it even looked great after that. He let it dry for a day and then came back and put the stain/sealer on. It looks wonderful and looks like a brand new deck. I am more than pleased!!! I definitely will use the Deck Doctor again. His professionalism and attention to detail were excellent. I would highly recommend this service!!!!

The work was performed as planned, as scheduled, promptly and thoroughly. Very punctual and responsive. Always answered calls, or promptly returned calls.

Andy did a great job! Called a few others to come out and quote but Andy was the only one to show up on time. We had him pressure wash the house and repair/stain our fairly large deck (10 years old). He left a clean job site. I'm happy and more importantly my wife is too. We plan on using Andy in the near future to do some painting. Very trust worthy, fair and communicates without asking.

It was great working with Andy from start to finish. He came out shortly after I inquired about getting a quote, and once I gave him the go ahead, he put us on their schedule. He kept that schedule and did a fantastic job overall. After the first day, the interior and exterior trim for the screened in porch cleaned up so well, we decided it wasn't worth painting. He offered to paint it anyway, provide a $275 credit, or pressure wash the whole front of the house, including the front porch and walkway. I elected for the latter and am very pleased with how clean the front of the house looks. As far as the deck, it came out looking great also. After one coat of paint, Andy wasn't happy enough with the result. Even though he had only quoted one coat, he came back out the next day to give the deck flooring a second coat at no charge. His crew also pressure washed the walkway and stone steps adjacent to the deck at no extra charge. Andy was very professional and responsive throughout the project. My wife still can't believe how nice he was. I highly recommend to anyone with exterior painting and/or deck refinishing / repainting needs.

They were excellent. We're going to have them again this summer to do the maintenance on the deck. He was busy so we had to wait a little bit to get him but he was worth the wait and he did come when he said he was coming.

They exceeded my expectations in all ways. Brushing is the way to paint a deck if you want it to last. Other lower quotes were based on spraying and doing some back brushing. Quality work, done in a timely manner, by real professionals, at a reasonable price.

Exceeded my expectations. We added on to an old deck last year, and Andy made both look new. He was prompt and did a great job. He was clean, neat, and very professional. He will be,our annual deck maintenance guy.

I sent a request for an estimate and he came out to my house and gave me a call really fast. I was happy that they were able to complete the work without me having to take time off from work. When they cleaned the deck it went back to the original light tan color that it was when it was built. I was really impressed with how quick he was and how economical it was. He even told me that my deck was in good shape when I asked him if I needed any repairs. Andy was really a stand up guy. I saw the rave reviews on Angie's List and I am very grateful he was able to do it. My neighbors were impressed as well, they booked him to power wash their house!

He arrived on time, as scheduled. They were fast and efficient. We will definitely be calling him for our next project.

Other work is being performed right now, so this has not been done yet. They bid was good. Came when they said they would and were very knowledgable about the repairs. We will be using them in the future.

Andy does a great job!! He always shows up when he says he's going to. Our upper deck was quite difficult because of its heighth but he did a great job!! We were so impressed with his work that he will be doing another job for us. Highly recommend The Deck Doctor!!

Mr. Vincent is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. His attention to the littlest detail impressed me the most. I was expecting them to spray the stain on , but was presently surprised when I saw that they were using a combination of a sprayer and brush. The deck looks great! I have no problem in asking him to come back for other items I want coated.

Excellent! Even though he was busy and we had to wait a few weeks he was at the time that he specified for us and did an excellent job. We will use him again.

Everything went great! Andy and his employees are top-notch! Andy is the ultimate professional and he goes above and beyond to exceed customer expectations! Our deck looks 100% better and the work was done exactly as promised and completed earlier than anticipated. Of course, we knew this would be the case since Andy's other employees (Tri-State Painting) had painted the exterior of our house a few years ago and our expectations were far exceeded then as well. Please note that Andy and his employees always arrive a few minutes prior to the agreed-upon time ...they are never late. In addition to their promptness, they are quite meticulous and they never leave a mess. Also, Andy always honors the quote provided to you prior to the start of the work. There are never any surprises here, though I often feel that we should pay Andy more than agreed upon because he often does minor things that are beyond the scope of the contract. For example, we had not had an opportunity to replace the deck post caps and footers prior to the work on our deck. Therefore, Andy and his colleague were kind enough to go ahead and seal and stain these items that we'd purchased even though it was no doubt a little bit of a hassle for them. Of course, you would have never known that this was the case. Andy and his employees are always very positive, upbeat, personable and polite ...very pleasant and truly a joy to be around! Needless to say, we will definitely do our best to secure Andy's services for any future projects.

We were very happy with Andy from the start. He fit us into his schedule far before he estimated he would be able to work on our deck and we appreciated that. The day of service, Andy and his crew were there on schedule and ready to work. Andy ran into a few unforeseen issues with out deck in the stripping process. The previous owners had done everything wrong with our deck and had used wrong deck paint and it could not safely be stripped. Andy was quick to come up with alternate solutions and apologetic even though this hiccup was not his fault. Andy was able to find a stain that matched what the previous owners had used. The deck turned out looking great and Andy was very helpful throughout the whole job. He didn't have to help us find another solution but he was committed to making our deck look great no matter what. He was very honest and did not charge us for the job. None of these unforeseen issues were Andys fault but he went above and beyond to make it right. It is hard to find great and honest service such as Andy from the Deck Doctor. I will be recommending him to everyone I know.

Andy was very courteous and professional. He returned calls quickly and did the work on time. He called me before showing up, which was important because of dogs. The deck and porches look almost new! He was also going to give me an estimate on painting the porch railings, but after cleaning them he called (I don't live in the house where the work was done) to tell me that they cleaned up really well and only needed some touch up paint, which I can do. That honesty saved me some money!

It went great. I had to wait 3 weeks but he told me that in advance because he was busy and he did start in 3 weeks. Did a great job and was well worth the wait. Would highly recommend The Deck Doctor!!
