Description of Work: We have a termite protection contract with Terminix only because years ago they bought out a local company, and we had a contract with that company because they treated for minor termite damage about 40 years ago. |My main complaint is that Terminix bills us for annual renewal several months before the renewal is due. I have complained about this and got the response that this is their company policy. |A minor complaint is that they send us a note telling us when they plan to make the annual inspection, without any attempt to find out whether that date or time will work for us. (We have to be here to let the inspector in so he can inspect our basement.)

Description of Work: Pay $90 per treatment around the house. Have noticed alot more bugs this year. Had wasp break through ceiling. Had to wait 8 hours to be treatment. Had to take my dogs to kennel. Have had misquito treatment - suppose to come monthly but have not hear any more since 1st treatment. Will probably look to find another vendor after contract is up.
