Description of Work: I had a water line break due to cold weather on a rental property. South East total plumbing was very responsive and got someone out the same day. He did a temp fix and came out the next day to complete the the repair including covering up the line from the main to the house with dirt. Very nice guy and professional.

Description of Work: South East Total Service came by to do an estimate and I never heard back. That was 2 1/2 weeks ago. I called South East Total Service and was told there was no clear reason for not submitting their estimate. The customer service person said she would check on it and call me back. No call has been received.
