Description of Work: I called them on Saturday to replace a part -- I had already obtained the part. I was told that they'd be here on Monday between 10-12:00. They never showed up, never even had the courtesy to call with some explanation. I left two voice mail messages and received no response. Additionally, when I called them on Saturday, I told them that I had their coupon here from Angie's List and the fellow said, oh, that's if you get the parts from us. Then, he paused and rethought that and said that he'd take the coupon. In other words, if I had gotten the part through them, the cost of the part would have been marked up sufficiently to cover their $15 coupon! P.S. No where on the coupon does it say anything about parts or any other constraints that might void the coupon. Beware! Not the kind of appliance repair company anyone should hire!

 + -1 moreThey came out very quickly. The serviceman was very knowledgeable in his craft and very personable. He did not have what he needed on his truck, he met with another serviceman to acquire the part needed. He was back in a half-hour and he had it fixed in no time. He explained in detail the issues and was able to explain what he did and why wouldn't have any more trouble. He was very fair.

 + -1 moreOur principal objection is the lack of integrity. Based on the eventual solution to the problem (replacement of the refrigerator by Whirlpool!) we know that Signature could not possibly have corrected the problem and would have caused us to spend hundreds of dollars to no avail.
Description of Work: Our Kitchenaid refrigerator would not work. We were attracted to Signature Appliance by the large ad in the phone book. The bottom line is that until confronted, Signature Appliance would not disclose that they were NOT a factory authorized repair company. Therefore NO repairs would be covered under the manufacturer's warranty!

 + -1 moreRepresentative arrived when he said he would and identified the problem. He determined that a special part was required and made a temporary fix until part could be ordered. Service call cost very reasonable and cost of call was deducted from total bill when representative returned to install the replacement part. The problem occurred late on a Friday evening, this company not only returned our call promptly, but the representative arrived to look at the problem in under 30 minutes as promised on the phone. Their work is guaranteed for 2 years which is twice the industry standard in our area. I will most certainly use this company again. Very courteous, prompt and reasonable prices. What more can one ask for?
