The experience was as good as it could have been. They have an A+ with the Better Business Bureau. The price was average, but it was good for the service provided. I have used them a whole lot of times. This is their area. There are about 6,000 families in the community, and they have trucks right here. It's impossible to beat them. They are totally professional.

Excellent work but a little pricey for the job.

The guy had done our trees okay, but when I asked him about wood chips for mulch he told me no problems. After that he quit taking my calls. I called him a couple of years later and he forgot who I was and took my call. He then said he would happy to bring the mulch out, but then he stopped taking my calls again. It was all kind of insulating, he should of just said no. I also think that they ran over our water meter, but I do not know that for sure.

These guys are real professionals, and we could not be more delighted with the job they did. They found a way to come onto the property from the back end, temporarily opening the fence in the back to get the heavy machinery onto the property without disturbing the landscaping at the front of the property. Both trees were swiftly and completely removed, and the stumps were ground down to the ground. There was absolutely NO debris left behind when they were done, and the fence was as good as new when they left. The job was completed on time and on budget, and there were absolutely no surprises or delays throughout the project. Jerry Roberts and his team are highly skilled, knowledgeable about what they do, and have the equipment to get the job done right the first time. I was very impressed and would highly recommend Roberts Tree Service.

Great results...no damage and excellent cleanup. Did work while I was out of state. Dealing with him was by phone, He did everything he agreed to do, was timely, and very pleasant to work with. I would definitely reuse.
