Derrick came out gave estimate. He was very through on checking out what needed done . Derrick and his worker came out few days later and installed new line and valves. Did excellent job. Very well please with price and installation. Would definitely use him on all my plumbing needs.

Riverside Plumbing did some work for us. They replaced the water line coming in from the meter and recently we had a leak and they fixed it at no charge. We had a leak at the water main and we called them and within the hour they send someone to have a look at it. They following day they replaced the line. I have no complaints or problems.

They called before they arrived, as scheduled, at 9 am. They were professional and friendly. They got right to work and hooked up the ice maker within the hour. They had to go under the house and pull the line up to our sink pipes. They T-ed off under our sink. Everything is working great and the price was great to boot.

I called on a Thursday to see if I could get an estimate to install a new tub/shower surround and faucet. The owner said he was going out of town, but he had someone who could come out the next day and take a look at the job, if it was okay with me. I was fine with that arrangement. The guy came out as promised, looked at the job and gave me a written quote. I was pleased with the quote. I purchased the tub/shower surround and facet and then scheduled the job. They crew came out as scheduled and the job was completed timely and as promised. This company is HIGHLY RESPONSIVE, and provides fantastic service and keeps you informed of what is going on. I recommend Riverside Plumbing!

They arrived on time, assessed the problem,went to buy supplies and replaced the pipe under the house.

I called this company I found on this site because the ad says 24hr emergency service. I called on a sunday and have not received a call back.

They were very informative and told us exactly what they were doing and what they were going to do.

Excellent. Riverside had to make an access for the new tub/shower combo. Very neat and clean. The water pressure from the city was way too high, so they installed a pressure valve to reduce that because it would have eventually caused more plumbing problems down the road. Also repaired kitchen sink that was leaking (previous plumber's mistakes). They are coming back in a few weeks to finish up my Delta Touch faucet (when I get the parts) and will locate my septic tank for me. If I ever need a plumber again, it will be Riverside!

They did a great job, and their work meant I didn't have to buy a new water heater.

Fast and efficient service.

The shower tub was draining slowly - Liquid Plumber did not help. I called in the morning around 10 am. Asked if they could come today. He checked his schedule and said could come @ 12:30. Called me 10 minute ahead and came exactly at 12:30. Run the snake (?) and cleared the problem in no time. While there, I asked about couple of other plumbing related questions - like replacing shower head, installing/repairing kitchen faucet, and installing and hauling away couple of commodes. Jason was very professional and told me that it is better to do all these work at one time - to save on cost and provided approximate price. The price seemed very reasonable and I plan to engage them later. Also the actual price for this service call was $72. I got 20% discount for getting the coupon from Angie's list! So this was a real bargain! I highly recommend Riverside Plumbing.

We used Riverside Plumbing last year for the first time when we had a water pipe spring a leak in our basement wall. Derrick was there the same day we called and fixed the leak and Derrick's work was exceptional and his weld joints were beautiful! He completed the job and cleaned up all the mess. We needed another job done again a few months later when our pressure regulator needed to be replaced. Their price was very reasonable and they were at our house the same day we called. Derrick is very polite, and professional. He always shows up on time cleans up after the job (you can not tell he was even there after the job is completed) and has always has the needed parts on him. I would highly recommend Riverside Plumbing or Derrick.

They came and installed the faucet in no time. They were courteous and seemed knowledgeable. It is a tight space to work in and they had no problem. I would recommend them to anybody.

They were very prompt and efficient. The technician quoted a price of $925. I said okay and they went to get the water heater. While they were gone, the owner called and said that the cost would be less and with the Angie's List coupon it would be $750. Needless to say I was thrilled. This is the second time that I have used them, and would use them again. Riverside Plumbing is now my plumber of choice.

Overall, I had a great experience with Riverside Plumbing. Not only was the quote for the master bath more than reasonable, but my husband and I are doing most of the remodel work ourselves. Derrick offered advice on how we should continue with the project and told us when to call him back out to complete the plumbing project. I love the fact that he offered advice and didn't try to provide me a quote for the remodel (like other plumbers have done). He said that if we run into problems with the remodel to call him anytime. Again, I like the fact he gave advice on how to complete the project instead of a sales pitch. He was able to unhook our whirlpool for us and offered some tips on how to get it out of the house easily. My husband and I are slowly remodeling every room in our house and I finally found a plumber to call anytime we need help. Derrick was very customer orriented and was able to answer any question. I highly recommend Riverside Plumbing!

Derrick and his team was friendly, responsive, and performed excellent work. I am extremely pleased with his quality of work, rate, and business. He was very thorough and followed up on his work. I would recommend Derrick and Riverside Plumbing to anyone who has a plumbing need.

I had called 4 people for quotes, only 2 called my wife to make apointments to come by and make a quote after I told them all I wanted done. Other guy was He and his helper did everything asked in 1 day Several hundred more, very unprofisional, and said 2 days to do the work also he was going to do less work. Riverside plumbing arrived on time both times he came out, contacted me over phone with quotes and questions, we went over everything. Performed everything asked, gave me an Angie's list discount. Performed all work to a high standard and quality. I am very satisfied with the work performed. I did give him a lot to do in 1 day. wife said he had to leave several times to get more supplies but he never went up on bill. I would strongly recommend him to any one.

Very well, was a litle late but called to let me know and make sure it was still OK to come do the job. Used booties in the house answeared all my questions was very polite and got the job done quickly. Very happy with work and price will use him if and when plumbing is needed.

Derrick and his helper arrived on time and put covers on their shoes to keep my house clean. I always appreciate that courtesy and I think everyone should do it. They were very careful and didn't mind me watching since it was a quick job. They tested the repair and cleaned up as though they'd never been there. They were happy to redeem my Angie's List coupon and presented me with a very professional receipt. I'll definitely be using them next time I have a plumbing issue.

Derrick arrived when he said he would. He gave me an upfront pricing and did very good work. He was detailed oriented and performed job with great care. I appreciated that he was gentle on my house while doing his job. His apprentice Josh was equally professional in his work. Derrick ended up doing more work than he had planned but didn't charge me more money(even though I insisted he accept more money). He took pride in job well done. If everyone worked like him then we wouldn't need Angie's List.

It went very well. They were out the next day. I was done satisfactorily. They even put grass back in once they filled the hole with topsoil.

They were neat, clean, polite, professional, and efficient. I had to wait a couple of days to get on their schedule, but my problem was not an emergency. They (two plumbers) arrived on time with everything they needed for the job. The problem was quickly identified and quickly fixed.

I emailed the company in the middle of the night since there was no urgency, and was called back to schedule an appointment in a sufficient amount of time. On the day of service, the tech called ahead like he said he would and showed up on time. The team did everything they could to help prevent my toilets from clogging short of replacing them. The lead tech was very helpful and knowledgable in explaining the issues with the design of the toilets that allowed for the clogs. He told me that my next steps would be to replace 1 or all of the toilets if I still experienced regular clogs, and provided me with an extemely reasonable price to install each toilet. He also explained how to determine the best ratings for a new toilet if I choose to purchase new toilets myself at a local hardware store. I have every bit of trust and confidence in the work that was done, and the information that I was given. I will be using Riverside Plumbing for all of my future plumbing needs and recommend them to anybody needing their services.
