Arrived on time. Courteous and professional. Did great on a tough job.

They were punctual and notified me as to their movement. Estimated time to do the work was on spot. Work was performed professionally and safely. They cleaned up after the work was performed. They were careful not to track anything into the house.

We had major problems. Pretty much everything failed inspection. The issues included: - Installed water supply lines in the basement without the required supports (which allowed the pipes to sag) - Failed to replace a cast iron vent pipe in the basement - Installed drain lines without required venting (this is like filling a soda straw and keeping your finger on top of it – it won’t drain properly.) This was true in for the upstairs tub, the upstairs toilet, and the laundry. In at least two cases there were vent line that didn’t go to the outside, which would have leaked sewage fumes into the wall and house - There was no water test performed on the water supply or the drain piping to confirm there were no leaks (if so, they would have been able to identify many of the issues.)

Brett and Steve did a great job connecting the new sink and finding the problem with the kitchen sink. They were both professional and did a great job explaining some of the technical stuff that will help me stay on top of day to day plumbing maintenance. They were respectful of our home and I really appreciated that. I will definitely call them back for any future jobs and refer them to anyone else looking for a good plumbing company.

Crew showed up on time. Quickly completed the repair and offered an estimate for work that will need to be completed in the future. I didn't feel like it was a hard up-sale, but that it was a fair assessment of what to expect in the future for plumbing that has reached the end of its useful life. I expect to call this company back when we can afford the repairs. We were happy with their work, punctuality, and fees.

They did fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone.

We called Riverside Plumbing regarding a troublesome bathroom pipe leak that was causing quite a bit of water to collect under our house. We had to turn our water on to do necessary home chores and then off to avoid having water accumulation under the house. We called the company one day and were given an appointment for the next day. On the day of the appointment they called to give an more specific time window as to when they would arrive. The technicians arrived in a vehicle that was clearly marked with the name of the company. They also introduced themselves and were dressed professionally. They quickly diagnosed the problem (a nail had worked it's way into a copper pipe), removed the damaged pipe and soldered a new section to the pipe. They showed us the damaged pipe and explained the repair process. Following the repair, they cleaned the work area and tested the shower and sink faucets to insure that water flowed properly without leaks. The two technicians were very knowledgeable, answered all our questions and provided us with an explanation of the invoice. We were impressed with the service provided and will definitely use Riverside Plumbing for our future plumbing issues.

After calling untold plumbers in the area as well as the top ranked AngiesList business(which I wouldn't do again) I called RIVERSIDE PLUMBING and I am glad I did.Within a half an hour I got the call back from Derrick,he said they could help but it would be later in the day which was fantastic.The men that came to do the job(I can't remember their names)were straight to the point and went to work immediately.They had to dig up some of the yard to get the job done it was alot more than I expected them to have to go thru.I am confident the work was done right and I bet they were glad it was the end of the day. Thanks to RIVERSIDE PLUMBING I didn't have to hit and miss by doing the job myself.I'd still be under the house right now.If you need work done right do yourself a favor and call Riverside Plumbing first!!

Jason was very professional & friendly (my 2 cats loved him). Riverside Plumbing is my new plumber!! Price was great too. Very happy with such excellent service.

Initially called a competitor at 8:00 am that we had used before. They said their scheduler would call back in a few minutes. Called competitor back after over an hour and they told me same thing. I then called Riverside and explained what I needed. Rverside said they could be out between 2 and 4. Competitor finally called me at 12:30 and I told them I was going another route. Joey came out at 3:45. Was very friendly and described his solution. We were very satisfied with results.

He was very professional. I scheduled a requested time in the message, Riverside Plumbing responded in an hour on Sunday and came out two days later to fix it. It was the best experience I've had in trying to schedule a home repair. I would use them again. They did a good job.

Derrick installed a tankless water heater for us. It had a bad circuit board out of the box, from the factory...not his fault at all. It took a few trips to the house for him to troubleshoot and get the issues corrected, with the help of the manufacture. Throughout the process, he stood behind the product, he never complained (even though this was a pain for him), he never dodged our calls and ultimately, he got things working. He is very professional and I have recommended Riverside Plumbing to our neighborhood association. We need more service providers like him.

Jason was extremely professional and a great guy to work with. During my estimate he explained exactly what was happening and what would be needed to fix the issue. The estimate was on Thursday, they came back out Monday afternoon. The repairs only took a couple of hours and they left the job site completely clean. I feel we received an excellent price for excellent service. I will be recommending Riverside Plumbing to everyone I know!

Not the first time i have use Riverside Plumbing and will not be the last. He came on time, performed work as required, and cleaned up afterwards. Very friendly and professional. Will not disappoint you if selected. I don't like to give recommendations but when I do I try to be very careful who I recommend.

Riverside did a very goos job quickly assessing the problem with the sewage pipes underground at the property, gave me an accurate picture of what was happening and what needed to be done, and got it done on time and on budget.

They were always prompt and did what we had agreed upon. Extremely pleasant and easy to work with.

Wonderful! Derrick and his team were very courteous and cleaned up after the job was complete. Derrick's proposal was detailed and he made himself available to us for questions before beginning the job. The price was exactly what he quoted us, they came when they said they were going to come and made sure to follow up with us later. I would use them again and whole heartedly recommend them to anyone!

They told me and they quoted a good price. If they say they are going to be there, then they come on time and come to the work. They come and they are gone. They do a cleanup and they are done. I have used them before.

They did great with the whole process. That evening after the work was completed; the owner sent an email and saying that hope everything is great and let them know if there is anything we need from them. There was a follow up at the end. Our overall experience was great. The guy who came out did a great job. They were very professional. They cleaned up when they were finished. There were no issues with that. They were on time. The owner had called me 30 to 45 minutes prior to them coming so I knew when they were arriving. The price came in just under what he had quoted originally the day I reached out to him. I wasn’t surprised about that.

The service was excellent. They arrived on time. Put shoe covers on without asking. Efficiently identified the problem areas & made the repairs as needed. Derrick took time to communicate what actions he took to fix the problem & addressed all my questions.

The faucet is in a hard to get place and they were very efficient.

My original call was promptly returned and a service call was promptly arranged. Although the repairman was very nice and courteous, he was very rushed. He indicated he would have to cut the compression nuts off and extend the lines to repair them. He did a lot of damage to the back of my vanity by using a drill to drill holes around the pipes instead of using my jigaw to cut out around them. The drill also did quite a bit of damage to my sheetrock wall. He also overextended my water lines. They now protude into the vanity taking up a lot of storage space. Although he stopped the leak and put new compression nuts on, I'm not happy with the excessive amount of damage that was done to my vanity nor with the excessive water line extensions.

I called Derrick on the recommendation of my son who had previously used his services. Asked him about several small items that might need service in a home I had recently purchased. He talked me through the possible issues and in the end convinced me that I didn't need anything done other than the exterior faucet replacement. I really appreciate his honesty. He could have easily taken me for an expensive ride, but he didn't. We made an appointment for the date of service. He was running slightly behind that morning, but called promptly and notified me of the slight delay. He showed up as we discussed and he and his partner went right to work. It was necessary to cut into a bedroom wall to get to the line to remove the broken exterior faucet. Since he was already in there, and there would have to be an access panel put in place (which he had with him), I asked him if he could put an interior shut-off valve in the line. He had one on his truck and very quickly added it. Now I can shut off the exterior faucet during cold weather and do not have to wrap that faucet. He and his partner cleaned up the work area completely when they were done. We were happy with his services and, if a plumbing need arises, would call him again.
