Description of Work: I found this provider on Angie's List. I selected this provider due to offer of a senior discount and Angie's member comments. Service needed- change\replace outside water faucet that was dripping around the on/off handle. My son and 2 brother-in-laws had attempted to remove/replace faucet but could not get faucet off pipe. I viewed this provider's website prior to calling. Website shows a discount if customer mentions the website. When I called, I was quoted minimum price for house call is 1 hour labor plus parts. Comment regarding service provided- the plumber arrival was exactly as scheduled. Man very professional. I felt very safe while he was in my house. Since I was paying for 1 hour of service, I had a list of things I wanted him to check. I am elderly, disabled in a wheelchair and live in a 100 yr old house. After he replaced my outside water faucet, he turned on the cold water in my kitchen sink and 2 bathrooms and then he went into the cellar under my 100 yr old house and performed complete assessment of my plumbing. Good news, no leaks seen, sinks/drain and commodes/flush. Bad news- eventually need to replace 40+ yr old water heater and eventually old drains/water lines will need replaced. He did not pressure me to commit to fixing anything now. I greatly appreciate that he provided assessment of problems with no pressure to fix something that I clearly can't afford. Final cost for service and parts provided with discount was less than 100 dollars.

Description of Work: We had them put in a vanity and plumb the P trap and new sink faucet, and they did great work. The next day we discovered that the P trap had a small leak and called them back and they came out the 9th (since it wasn't leaking that much) and ended up replacing the cheap plastic sink tail with a metal one as those cheap plastic ones are really hard to seal. They didn't even end up charging for the metal sink tail! These guys really do really great work!! We've actually used them before for another plumbing job, and I assure you we'll use them again!!!
