Description of Work: Premier rated an overall "B" score for 3 reasons: |1. There was some delay in communicating with us about the time frame for service. |2.Service was scheduled and delayed due to volume of business. |3. The crew mowed, but didn't weed eat around the house and garage, trees in the yard or driveway. They also didn't let us know when they were done so that we could review & address the service then! |I'd be willing to use them again for a smaller job. Based off of this experience I would not recommend them to others.

We has a better than expected response to the Angie's List deal and had to put it on hold to allow us to get caught up. I am not sure why the guys didn't weed-eat all of your property, but I know they were contracted to for a number of hours and when the time runs out they should have checked in with you to see if you wanted them to continue working or stop at the pre-paid amount of work. I do know that a weedeater was stolen off the truck while my workers worked in the back yard. Perhaps when they noticed that they lost track of what else needed to be done there.

Description of Work: Premier(Glen) was very quick to respond to our 4 hour purchase of lawn services. We set up an appointment time. My husband suffered a serious knee injury and we had to cancel. Premier was understanding even tho it was at the last minute. We have given the 4 hours lawn service to our tenant to use when needed before September. This was done with Premier's approval. Although, I think he would like for us to use it as soon as possible.
