Do not waste your time with this comapany. They took my money and never did the work. I have an active lawsuit with them. Check out thier other reviews on Yelp, Google, The Contractors Boards, etc. The only reason that are in business is because they need 5 active cases with the Contractors Board at a time. A loop hole the Contractor's Board has admitted to! Please, please save yourself the aggravation! If you want to get join the lawsuit please look me up on facebook and send me a message!

For the most part it went ok. A good clean up was done as promised on the first visit. Expected a second visit in two weeks that didn’t come until four weeks later. A good job was done but would like to have a two week turnaround time.

it went well. came home to find the yard mowed along with the extra brush cut and stacked on the side of the road which the city picked up a few days later. The yard looks great. Look forward to seeing these guys again on a biweekly basis. Thanks so much for the reference.

A sink hole appeared in my back yard. Glenn was very prompt in responding to my request for an estimate. However, before he could start on the work, a long period of rainy weather passed through. He checked back on the conditions repeatedly before he determined the yard was dry enough. That was exceptional! He was concerned with not damaging anything while correcting my issue! As soon as the yard was dry enough, he and his team completed the work in a timely and professional manner. The work was thorough and well done. I highly recommend Premium lawn and landscaping.

They were excellent! Great pricing and the work was top notch.

It did not go well, I had to get someone else to come and do the job. They did not complete what I requested. They had come before to do a walk through but it was still not taken care of. When I called the day after, he did come back and look at it and acknowledge that it had not been taken care of but he was very concerned about paying the men extra money to come back out and do it, so it was not cleared up. There was a small area where he put some dirt in and I paid $30 for that.

Overall the work was good. There were a couple spots where the weeds were not pulled and the mulch was laid in too thin of a layer. There was one flower bed they started but didn't finish. I called the schedule a time for them to come finish and they never got back with me. Only about 1/3 of the bed is mulched.

The owner never showed. An appointment was made and my husband left work early to meet him. After 40 minutes, my husband left to pick up my daughter while I called to check on our appointment. He answered and said he had thought about it earlier, but forgot to call. Mentioned that someone had called in sick but a courtesy call would have gone a long way. I will not use this company.

They were punctual and very polite.

It was easy to set up an appointment, completed the work in the right amount of time, great communication, and job well done.

Two men did a fantastic job. They were very polite and did everything I asked them to do. It was a big yard and a big job and I certainly would recommend them to anyone.

I purchased the $99 special and when I called to set up an appoinment, I didn't hear back from anyone. I called and left a message that stated the day and time I would like them to stop by. After no confirmation, I called back on the same day only to be told that they have stopped by my house and no one was home. Then I was told they couldn't locate my number. How is this possible when I purchased a coupon specifically for your services. I will be requesting a full refund on the coupon that was purchased.

In summary Glenn exceeded my expectations! Glenn demonstrated his technical knowledge and skill in constructing a Geo-Grid Retaining Wall. The results are great. I will call Glenn when I need Landscaping/Hardscaping/Retaining Wall work.

The job went very well. Glenn demonstrated very good troubleshooting skills, as he had to figure out the nuances of our system. He's very personable, and he has a good understanding of Rainbird systems. We will definitely request services from him again.

Service was excellent. My initial interaction with provider was not. (He didn't return my calls and when I mentioned it, he seemed mildly affected.) I explained this was my first time using an AL vendor and he was really turning the experience into a bad one. He did apologize, just really didn't seem to care that I was affected. he did a great job, but customer interaction/first impression just wasn't there.( ( work was done last summer unsure of date)

They showed up on time and worked hard doing what I said I wanted done. I was very happy with the results and would use again

Glenn responded promptly after the purchase. We met on Friday, October 31, 2014 at 10:30 am. He was prompt and professional. I walked him around the yard and shared everything I wanted done. He took notes as I spoke. He stated he could possibly have someone out on Monday or Tuesday (11/03/2014 or 11/04/2014) to complete the work). I asked him to call me with the exact day and time; he assured me he would. I did not receive that call but returned home on Monday to notice someone had started but did not finish. At some point on Tuesday, they returned and completed work as requested. I am satisfied with the job done and the condition they left the yard upon completion. They did a good job. I wish to know when to expect someone at my house and to be given an opportunity to look over the work when done so I can give immediate feedback. Also, I did not receive a call to inquire if I was satisfied with the completed work. Based on the services rendered, I would definitely consider Premium Lawn and Landscaping for future work.

It went very good, he was very pleasant, and businesslike.

He initially came out to find out the scope of the work. I told him I wanted all the trees to be trimmed and to do weeding in the beds. There were two men. So, he only wanted two hours. Every time I looked out the window the second guy was taking a break smoking or sitting in the truck. I asked him if the weeding was going to be done he said I ran out of time. Also I asked him to do some landscaping. He told me next week and he will also do the weeding. I have not heard from him.

I was very pleased with their work and their professionalism, I would highly recommend them.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. It was fine. We haven't moved on any suggestions but we did like a couple of them. We've had so much else going on that trying to do a project is down on the list. He did the design more verbally and we were expecting more on paper. We were expecting a sketch and he came out and asked about this and that. We walked around with him and talked about various things that we were interested in. We were open to his suggestions. He wrote down bullet points and we knew what he was talking about. He gave a list of projects with his estimated cost. It wasn't a sketch but it was a list. We didn't pay any additional. He was pretty responsive. There were 5 major things we discussed and we are definitely interested in a couple of them.

The company is nearby and I need someone for continuing yard care. I asked the owner to drive by and scope the job so he could understand the uniqueness of my yard (no lawn) and give me an indication of how long it would take to get it in shape. I was willing to buy extra hours and contract for additional work at another date. If he was here I did not see him. When the workers arrived they were making their own plans for trimming shrubbery before I directed them otherwise. I told them my biggest concern was cutting the ivy away from tree and shrub bases in 4' circles and edging the ivy beds. I told them to concentrate only on one side of the front yard and not to worry about the backyard this visit. I pointed out where I had edged the ivy myself and the edge was holding. The ivy was just mowed with the trimmer, not cut. The circles are 2' and will need cutting again within 2 weeks. They spent their time mowing the ivy shorter rather than containing it's edges like requested. Plus they did not put in the concentrating effort in the one area I requested they do. I think the men just needed some supervision and direction. These two were probably just used to mowing lawns. Clean up was okay. I had gratuities ready in my pocket for pride in work and cleanup. Never again on a Friday as when I noticed they were gone it was at 15 minutes before my 4 man hours were up. So not sure when they left. I will give the owner another opportunity as I believe he had over scheduled his crews and might have forgotten this particular scheduled job until I reminded him this morning. If he doesn't have enough personnel to take on another client I hope he lets me know. Sorry to say the owner of this firm never contacted me. The ground cover that they mowed with the string trimmer and left the cuttings on top is looking unhealthy.

Glenn and his crew were very good, quick on the lawn and very professional. Glenn's service and attention to getting the job done right has his business up. He and his team are worth the couple days wait to get on his schedule. He did some additional work for me once he was on site. Reasonable priced and good work. Will call on him again.
