Jeremy was fantastic! He sent a small army of guys to completely replace our old roof. They installed 30 year architectural shingles. He had all the right permits, licenses & insurance. Work was fast! They started at 9 am and finished at 4 pm-cleaned everything up and all!! Couldn't be happier!

The date is approximate; we had just had several days of hard rain and wind, causing a leak in the livingroom and front bedroom. I found Langley Co. on Angie's List, called and left a message on the answering mach. Mr. Langley called the next day, and I'm glad to say, he was very professional from start to finish. He came out the next day; went into the hot attic and then outside on the roof. He found a leak around the chimney and a roofing nail that had backed out, allowing water to leak in during a hard rain. He also said the vents were on the wrong side of the roof and most likely the hard rain and wind from the southeast blew into the vents, contributing to the leaks in the rooms below. Mr. Langley had to find matching shingles, so we set up a repair date. He was there with an assistent when he said he would be, and finished the job the same day. He replaced the decking and shingles ( you can't tell that there were ever vents on that side of the roof ), replaced the shingle with the backed out nail, and patched the leak around the chimney. We've had a lot of lighter rain since the repair, but, I'm happy to say, no leaks. I would gladly recommend Langley Co. to anyone who has roofing needs....even my mother.

The team arrived early on the 2nd, and began removal of the old roof. After a brief lunch break, they started back up once again and finished everything before dark. They cleaned up the area before they left. Roof looks great! No leaks now!

Jeremy and his crew were awesome. From the free estimate, which was much appreciated because we are pretty far out, to the work. They were on time and very efficient. all work was done to the highest standards. I would use Langley Roofing again and would recommend them to everyone. Our new roofs looks awesome thanks to Jeremy and his crew.

We had to work around the rainy weather and vacations. Jeremy Langley was extremely easy to communicate with and responsive: by phone, text, email. We scheduled a day and the crew showed up on time and worked almost non-stop. After they left, I checked the yard before releasing the dog and found only 1 roofing nail. They did an excellent job on cleanup. Jeremy came back the next day to check on the work, and the following day to finish a couple of details. He was conscientious on following up and making sure everything was done right. His price was also very competitive.

He did not go to the address that I gave him. I don't know where he got the address. He came to my daughter's house and gave me an estimate. And it was very reasonable. But when he came to do the job he asked if anybody knew where I was, and I say yea, I'm standing right here. He said we came to put the roof on the house. That house doesn't need a roof, why would you put a roof on that? That roof's only three years old. He said I don't know, some people just like to change colors of the shingles. Anyway, that was work they had to do. He said does she still want a roof. I said yes, if I can get it for the same price. And there was negotiating then, but that house was a lot more difficult than what I even anticipated. Mr. Rangly was untruthful. He worked me, if he just said I made a mistake, I can't do this for less than such and such, I would have gone along with it or said no let me get out of the estimate. But he worked me. And you know I'm old and sick and tired, a female, and men just do that. It ended up that he did a really good job. It took him a day and a half. It was $800 over estimate. It was a good job. They cleaned up afterwards. I guess I would recommend him but I would talk to somebody. I wouldn't say go ahead and use them because I wish that he was upfront honest instead of playing games. I just don't like to do that. The house had a lot of angles and just a little over 1,000 square feet. He did a good job. He replaced lumber, they did a good job. They had fine people on the work crew. They are knowledgeable as far as what needs to be done.

It went really well. I actually never met Jeremy in person. Our schedules could never sync. He contacted me first out of everyone I contacted, came out and did a roof inspection and told me what need to be done. I scheduled the repair, he came on the day he said he was going to, sent me some pictures of the trouble spots and fixed them and emailed me the invoice. No problems at all

Jeremy was extremely professional, courteous, prompt and reasonable. He returned my calls and email's almost immediately. He gave me an estimate on the work. Had it not been for the fact that I had just used a roofer to do my house that I was familiar with, I would have absolutely definitely without a doubt gone with Langley roofing. Very rarely do you get someone who will work with you as well as Jeremy. He made recommendations on products and told me addresses where I could see those products that had just been installed on new houses. He was a joy to work with!!!!

Very Responsive. Came right away and checked out the problem. Emailed an estimate which I forwarded to the owner. Got the okay and set up a time. Mixup in the timeline, called the number of the company and they called back with information and asked to come later in the day but I didn't have to be home. They did the job and I mailed the check.

Jeremy described and showed me pictures of the issue. Shingles on the ridge cap had lifted away from the roof which was allowing water to get in. We had just put our house on the market so I was pleased with how quickly he responded and fixed the problem.

It went well, they worked really fast and the work looks great!

They did a great job and their pricing was great. We did have a scheduling mix-up, but it was resolved the very next day. I would use this company again.

I was pregnant and 7 days away from my due date when I woke up to a dripping sound in our bedroom. My husband climbed in the attic and found 2 places in our roof that were leaking. One where the vent for our gas water heater comes out of the roof and the other around the chimney. We had been told by 2 other roofers that we had hail damage and that our whole roof needed to be replaced. When Mr. Langley inspected the roof he determined that we did not have hail damage and that our roof had at-least another 4 or 5 years, which was a huge relief. We purchased our home in the fall of 2011 and Mr. Langley explained that whoever did the roofing work prior to our purchase did the work in both of these places incorrectly. Being so close to my due date I was stressed at the thought of having roof work done with a new baby at home. Mr. Langley made our job a priority because of how close I was to my due date; for which we were very grateful, as our baby was born 3 days after the job was done. When the roofers were here my husband was able to talk with them and see the work being done. He was very impressed with their professionalism, knowledge, skill, craftsmanship, and the speed at which they worked. Of the companies I called to get quotes, Langley not only had the best price, was the most professional, timely in response, and trustworthy; I found Langley also had top reviews on Angie's List & BBB. We were fully pleased with every aspect of working with this company and will be using them for all future jobs. We highly recommend Langley to anyone needing roofing work.

Being a first time homebuyer, I really enjoyed working with Langley Roofing, they were great about answering all the questions I had and making sure I understood everything in the roof inspection. They were quick to return my phone calls, showed up on time, and did great work. You can tell they really care about making the customer happy. I will you use them for future work and recommend them to others as well.

Langley Co was affordable, the quality of work was better than I could have ever expected, and Jeremy was willing to construct an awning for us just to make a custom awning for me, and it was cheaper than what I would have paid to replace it as is. He also matched the awning to the shingles on our roof which I didn't expect or ask him to do. The experience was great so I talked to him about a quote for another job. I would definitely call him again.

They not only provided the lowest quote but the most detailed quote. Jeramy also provided information on shingle manuf. quality.. They were flexible on the start date and showed up when they said they would . His crew was both professional and courteous and completed the job in one long day. These guys are great and I would highly recommend that anyone get a quote from these guys.

Sent an email asking for an estimate and Jeremy responded back via email the same day and came out and gave me an estimate a couple of days later. He gave a very competitive price. Once we gave him the go-ahead it only took a little over a week for work to start. His crew stayed late into the evening on the first day and then came back the next day to finish up, they did a good job of cleaning up the yard. Whenever I had any questions Jeremy was very quick to respond. Over all I am very happy with the service performed and my roof looks great.

Was expecting to need a complete new roof, so contacted several roofing companies to get estimates. Jeremy, the owner, called me back the same day I sent the email requesting the quote and set up a day to come inspect the roof. He was at the house exactly when he said he would be there, grabbed his ladder, went up on the roof and took pictures of problem areas he identified. The other companies that gave me estimates didn't even go up on the roof to inspect it, but instead only looked at the size of the roof and estimated how much it would be to replace it. Jeremy actually told me that the roof still had about 6-7 years of life to it, so he didn't think replacing it was necessary at this time. He told me he could clean up the roof with a stain remover, fix the problem areas he identified and make the roof look like new. The corners of our gutters were leaking where the caulk had deteriorated, so Jeremy said they could reseal those to stop the leaks. We also have A LOT of trees around our house, so he recommended putting screens on my gutters, so they would work better and need less maintenance in the future. We agreed. Due to his professionalism and expertise, he saved me probably $15,000+ in not getting the entire roof replaced, fixed all the problems I was having and made the roof look like new. He was very responsive to any questions I had and did everything he said he would do, how he said he would do it and when he said he would do it. When I do need the entire roof replaced, he will be the first person I call!!

Highly recommend this company for the quality work they perform. The whole process went very smoothly from the first contact made by phone to the last check of the roof. Very professional and easy to work with makes this the company that I am very happy that I went with to have my roof replaced. All old material was disposed of and all nails were removed from the property. **** Update**** June 2014 We recently switched home insurance companies and the new one questioned a part of the roof. Langley roofing was contacted to come inspect the possible wavy decking in that part of the roof. Response was prompt and an employee was sent out to the property. There was a severe thunderstorm going on when the employee arrived. He still got out and took photos and looked at the suspicious part of the roof. Once the roof was inspected, Mr. Langley sent me a detailed report to send to the insurance company stating that the roof was structurally sound. This report was sent within 24 hours of the inspection being done so very prompt service is something this company is really good at. Very impressed with how well this company responds to needs after the initial work has been completed. We continue to be very pleased with this company and highly recommend it to anyone needing roof work.

I contacted Langley Company to inspect the roof on the house I am purchasing. The home inspection showed needing some minor repairs. Jeremy came out very quickly, inspected the roof and sent pics of the needed repairs. He promptly emailed me the quote and inspection report. Would recommend their service.

I made a call to Langley Co for an estimate to replace our roof. The lady took my email address and said someone would get back to me. I asked her if I could schedule an appointment and she said my home was on the computer and someone would give me an estimate without actually seeing my home in person. I don't know how this works, but I did get a timely professional estimate emailed to me and a follow up call. I imagine this was during the busy season for roof repair as I actually called three companies for estimates and only one actually sent someone in person. One of the companies actually did not return my call. I feel Langley was professional and I would have chosen them for the roof replacement had no one showed up from one of the other companies. Even though the two estimates were withinn $1000 of each other, I chose the other roofing company because I was able to talk right away and ask questions in person to someone and I felt more sure of my choice because of this.

I contacted Mr Langley because of a recommendation from a friend, a local realtor who has used Langley's services. After I contacted Langley On October 4, he came to my house the same day to scope the job, including a look at the roof, discussion of options, and and determining my requirements. The next day he E-mailed to me a cost estimate including optional features, and within three days E-mailed a revised cost estimate incorporating my options, including roof-life requirements and attic cooling. I promptly received a mailed contract for signature. After I signed the contract and E-mailed it to Langley, the installation crew arrived within a week. Installing the roof took five hours; cleanup took another 1.5 hours. The installers were focused and polite. Mr. Langley completed his inspection the next work day. About a month after completion of the roof job, I contacted Mr, Langley for a second-sending of a GAF form documenting GAF's registering of the GAF roofing materials used and the date of installation, for warranty purposes. He did so promptly. .

My roof replacement experience was a very positive one!
