Langley was great to work with. They gave us a detailed cost estimate, showed up and completed the job in two days and did a great job cleaning up. We had one small issue that showed up later and they came right out to address it. Overall, I was very impressed with the company and appreciated how they responded promptly to email and text messages which is how I work. Good decision to hire them and would recommend to anyone seeking roofing solutions.

I called and left a message and Jeremy called me back the same day. We discussed the problem and he and his crew came out the next day. They went to work immediately on the problem and got everything repaired. The leak gave us problems agian later on and Jeremy and the crew responded immediately and located the problem. They got it fixed and now we are dry when it rains. Langley Roofing is a great bunch of people to work with, honest, on time, and their work is great!

These guys are a great bunch. They know their business And are motivated to do a great job. They worked their tail off to get the job done. The weather did cause a few delays but you can't Always work around Mother Nature. Any body needing great inexpensive work done to their House needs to call these guys.

Jeremy is professional to deal with face to face and initially seemed like he genuinely wanted to help us out with a warranty issue of recalled product and the damage to our roof. The first roadblock was that our insurance company said Langley's area estimate was almost double what the adjuster's numbers showed so we had a second estimate done. Next we needed to complete warranty paperwork and he said he would complete it before sending off. That never happened. So nothing moved forward. We touched base with him at all the right times but it seemed like was putting us off when he didn't follow through with what he said he would do. When a "family problem" took him out of town for a couple of weeks, he just let us drop We called and left messages but he rarely returned the calls. He ignored emails for a week or more and last response was by email that he would "see on Thursday" - that was almost 3 weeks ago - and we've not heard another word from him by email or phone. He must not have a staff or anyone to fill in for him, or else he's truly not the professional we initially thought. We are sorry if his family problems are keeping him from being able to work but an honest discussion of what is going on would go a long way in rebuilding our trust in his services. After more than 2 months of broken commitments, communication and no roof we're done. We've hired the roofer who did the second estimate.

They did a nice job replacing the damaged boards and installing the new roof. There was an issue with the color of some of the shingles. When they saw it, they removed the shingles in question and had new ones brought to the sight. They just did it. They did not try to convince me the color was close enough. I appreciated that. They did a good job with clean-up. I will hire them again when needed. I got bids from 4 different contractors. They had the low bid and I knew they had previously done good quality work in my area.

Jeremy and his team did an excellent job of removing the old roofing material and installing the new at our house. He and his crew were very professional at all times, they were careful not to damage any shrubs or outdoor furniture and left the entire area in good condition. The job only took them one and half days on a fairly complex roof.

Highly recommend Langley Roofing! Jeremy responded to our inquiry promptly with an estimate and kept us informed through emails of each phase of the job through completion. His employees are professional, courteous and we are very pleased with the quality of workmanship. 5 stars for this company!

A large crew came in to replace my roof before some bad weather came in, and completed the job very quickly. Unfortunately, I have exposed eaves on my house, and the roofers accidentally used nails that were too long and punctured the eaves. It was a process, but I never once had to ask Mr. Langley to fix the problem. It was noticed toward the end of the job, and he made it right. He sent painters initially to sand and paint the eaves, but then inspected the work and said he wasn't happy with it. So a couple of days later, he sent another large crew, and they replaced and painted all of the wood decking that's exposed on my house and redid the shingles. It took much longer to do this than to do the initial roof. I know this cost a lot, and I was never asked for a cent more than what I was quoted up front. I'm very happy with the work that was done.

We had a gutter fall down at a condo we had just purchased on a Saturday. It was raining and the attic was exposed because of the fall of the gutters. I went on Angie's List Sunday night and contacted several companies via email asking for contact ASAP because of an impending storm. Langley replied that they could be there at 8:30 a.m. on Monday morning. They were there as promised, gave us an estimate which we accepted and they proceeded to secure the area so the attic would not be damaged from the weather. They completed the job promptly and you could never even tell they had been there working except for the beautiful new gutter. We highly recommend them for roofing jobs.

I left an email message and received a reply phone call very quickly-within a couple of hours. We set up a good time which was within a couple of days and was even on a Saturday. Mr. Langley called to let me know he was on his way and came at the appointed time. He checked out the roof leak, which happened to be around a vent pipe and checked out any other issues on the roof (as I had asked him to do). He fixed the problems and even showed me pictures that he had taken on his phone as to what was causing the problem and what the other issues were. He was efficient, very personable, and explained what had happened to cause the problem. The price was also very reasonable, We were very impressed with his professionalism and how quickly he responded. When our roof needs to be replaced or if there are other issues, I will definitely call Langley Roofing and would definitely recommend Mr. Langley to others.

Called on Wednesday and fans were installed on Friday. Fans look great and match the color of our roof. They worked even while we were not at home from the roof and charged us later. Very trusting. Good guys. Will use again as needed.

We had a water problem on the ceiling and they came out and did not charge me any thing. but actually the real problem was with the air conditioning, he was very straight forward and I felt very confortable that he was very accurate and comfortable with me actually he did not charge me because there was no actual roof problem.

Jeremy Langley supplied an excellent service from the prompt response to my inquiry, very prompt submission of estimate, scheduling work to suit my needs and excellent craftsmanship in the actual roofing. His price was considerably under other estimates although that was not my primary reason for choosing his company. He was so professional, prompt and knowledgeable in all our interactions I felt sure he would do an excellent job. He did the job while I was out of town. When returned the only way I could tell that I had had major work done on the house was the beautiful new roof. All evidence of construction had been removed. He has my highest recommendation.

Mr. Langley is extremely professional & thorough in his preparation of his estimate. Although we are not quite ready to sign a contract, we are very please with the quality, timeliness, and detail of the estimate he has given, right down to the amount of clean-up he will provide. His statement that he will not be done until we are satisfied with all aspects of the project speaks volumes to us about his character.

I had new flashing put on my chimney less than 2 years ago and because I'm doing a kitchen renovation that required taking the ceiling down, I discovered it was leaking again. Jeremy Langley came out the day I called to look at the problem and inspect the roof in general. He was professional and friendly. He recommended new mortar before they replace the flashing and gave me someone's name they have worked with who came out the same day as well. The mortar man then back the next morning to mortar the chimney. I would say repoint, but it was beyond that. Jeremy followed up via email with a written estimate, just as he said he would. Once the mortar had cured, Langley came back out and replaced the flashing as well as trimmed the metal on the edges of the roof and replaced it so it was properly over the edge. The guys who came out to do the job were also professional and friendly. I was happy with their fast response, their professionalism and the quality of their work. That makes them a rare treat among providers thus far in my renovation experience here in Chattanooga.

Spent a couple of hours trimming and modifying gutter. Langley is good at diagnosing problems and proposing solutions that work for the homeowner. The work in this case was minimal but it was important to arrive at a proper solution.

They were very prompt with the estimate and the actual work. Did a great job and cleaned up well.

It went really good. They showed up very promptly and fixed the problem. The debris was sitting up there so long it was rotting and getting down into the roof.

Excellent service. They were very quick to provide a formal quote and were available to do the work within a week or so. Roof was installed beautifully and area was cleaned to perfection. I would highly recommend. Also, they were our best bid out of three

I submitted an appointment request online as it was after hours, I received a call back 15 minutes later to schedule an appointment for the next day. Jeremy came out on time, inspected where the holes were, taking pictures to show me where the issues were, and fixed them right there on the spot. In about 30 minutes my roof was repaired! Jeremy even corrected an issue that would extend the life of my roof for another 3 years. Outstanding from start to finish. Without a doubt when it comes time to replace my roof I will use Langley Roofing again.

This was a repair requested by buyer of house before final inspection. I contacted 3 roofing companies for estimates. Two of them gave me verbal estimates of $2000. Neither one of them sent me a written estimate as requested. Jeremy Langley looked at the leak, said he couldn't estimate until he saw what was underneath floor boards. That was also what my trusted handyman had told me. Also Jeremy was the only one to email me, as requested, a written estimate for diagnosis. Included in the estimate ($120 for 2 hours work for removing floor boards and roofing to find source of leak) were all of his state license numbers and insurance numbers. The work was completed in 2-3 days (rain showers interrupted). Rotted wood was replaced, new roof seal installed, new pressure-treated porch floor installed, hardiboard siding replaced and painted to match. Rotted portion of lower porch ceiling was replaced. Of the three roofers met with, Jeremy was the most professional and prompt. His invoice was detailed and not just broken down into labor and materials. If ever I need roofing work in the future, Langley Roofing will be my first contact.

I recently bought a new (older) home. After the purchase, I discovered several holes and leaks in the roof. Since the house was bought "as is", I knew I had to have the holes repaired quickly. I called Langley Roofing based upon the Angie's List comments. Jeremy Langley said he would be out the next day to give me an estimate. Jeremy Langley is very punctual with appointments. He showed up on time for the estimate and went over the roof. He went up on the roof and surveyed the entire thing for problems and took pictures of all problem areas. Several shingles had blown off and the original installation was shoddy, at best. He showed me where flashing was missing, crowns that were needed, gutters that were stuffed with debris and leaves, and other problems. That evening, he sent me, via email, the photos he had taken along with his exact estimate. After the company was hired, I received his insurance certificate via e-mail and work was scheduled. It was supposed to be a two-day job but it actually turned into a total of two weeks elapsed time. This was due to to bad weather, and conflicts with other, much larger jobs. In total the workmen came out a total of three or four part-days before all the work was completed. Jeremy came back for a final review and he pointed out several additional problems which his crews had repaired while they were on-site. There was no additional cost for the extra work and materials. He honored the Angie's List coupon I had and was paid in full. I am very satisfied with his work and that of his crews. One minor note of caution and awareness: when leaving, each of the crews said they were"done". I found out, through experience, that they were finished for the day not totally done with the job. This caused a small bit of confusion but was easily ironed out. I will definitely call Langley Roofing when the entire roof needs to be replaced in 5 to 7 years.

The work went fine. Although I have to assume they did a quality job (I'm not going up on the roof to watch) based on the effort put into diagnosing the problem and the clarity of the description of the work required, including photos, I am confident of their ability and quality.
