Description of Work: Communication was a little lacking and so was the start date. ( winter weather played a part, but still was postponed some due to their changing schedule.) However when they did start they really got down to business and did a terrific job. Had one issue with some of the work and they promptly took care of it. When we called their response was that they didn't have to inspect the job. If we weren't happy then they weren't happy with it. Also said we would be happy with it by the end of the day. My kind of company. May not be the cheapest, but they know how to run a quality business

Description of Work: Replaced all fascia, replaced repaired soffit and installed new gutters. Jeremy is excellent to work with and his crews do a great job. I would highly recommend Langley Roofing.

Description of Work: I have used Langley Roofing twice. The first time I used them they were on time, responded to phone calls, and did a great job. The second time they were slow to return my call, but when they finally did get back to me they came right out and did a great job. They even fixed another spot while they were there.

Description of Work: After calling and speaking to an answering service many times I finally got an email a week later from Mr. Langley letting me know that they were booked up till the first of December. While they may be doing a lot of jobs it only takes a few hours to do an emergency roof repair. This grade would have been a D since they did finally get back to me but the next morning on my way to work I listened to an advertisement on the radio for Langley Roofing looking for more work.

Description of Work: Repaired multiple roof issues and entire gutter system. The first contact I met was incredibly nice and very polite. He gave me a fair (and pretty spot on) estimate for the work. He said they would be in touch with me to set up a time to come out and work, but it would be a few weeks because they were backed up from bad weather. Didn't hear from them for over a month and one day a van pulls into my yard (without asking or notifying me) and begin pulling out ladders and supplies. It was the company, and although I'm aware they don't need me to stay, I had dogs that were outside who were so frightened that thy refused to come back inside, and I had to leave them outside because, at that point, I was an hour late to work. During this whole process, all five men refused to be quiet for just a minute in my attempts to get them inside. The work and quality, however, was excellent. If you use this company and they don't call back with a work confirmation date, I would recommend calling them to avoid being so surprised.

Description of Work: I had a couple of bad leaks in an enclosed back porch/utility room. It's an older home with galvanized metal roofing...actually, they discovered it was 3 layers - metal, tar paper (I think), and more metal. So they removed all that, repaired the little bit of decking that had rotted, and put on new metal...just over the utility room, not any of the rest of the roof. They were understandably delayed by one day due to winter storms, and I was kind of surprised they did it in the freezing cold. It took about 3 hours, and they didn't leave any mess behind. Overall, everything went well and I would happily use them again.

Description of Work: They put a new roof on my house. Other estimates for shingle roofing were over $5,000.00 and Langley Roofing put a black metal roof on my house for less than the shingle estimates. They were very prompt, cleaned up well and always did what they said they were going to do.

Description of Work: I called and Jeremy was here within an hour. He identified the problem and repaired it immediately. I had a leak in my dining room. He took pictures to show me what the issue was and explained how he repaired it. Great job!!
