It was a great experience. The company was originally contracted to replace my roof, gutters, deck and fence staining, and window replacement. They also reacted quickly as I was out of town and had storm damage after the other work was done. I called them and they fixed my deck, gutters, and tree removal. They were able to handle everything I asked of them. In addition, they were very professional and friendly.

I was recommended this company by two separate people that I trust, and I wasn't disappointed. The problem was fixed right away, and we haven't had any problems since. I would strongly recommend Langley Roofing to anyone who asks me.

We highly recommend Jeremy and would seek his assistance again. He was prompt in getting the work started and finished. He maintained contact throughout the project so we would know status and schedule. His price was highly competitive. The storm damage portion of our work involved additional coordination with our insurance company, and everything worked seamlessly. We mistakenly overpaid for the work, having forgotten about our earlier deposit. Jeremy quickly discovered our overpayment, contacted us regarding the situation, and had our refund check in the next day's mail. Therefore, we experienced Jeremy's honesty and integrity in addition to his professional and quality work.

Langley Co. has done an excellent job on all of the projects we have given them over the span of the last couple years. Jeremy is friendly and responsive to issues. If I call him, I know he will respond as quickly as he is able; customer service is very important to him. AND - I trust him. No one is perfect, but Jeremy CARES. The few issues we have had, he made right. We recommend him to everyone we know, without hesitation.

We received two referrals from friends that had used Langley for their roofs. Both friends had great a great experience and highly recommended them! We contacted Langley through their website request form, which was very user friendly! Heard back from them later that same day. We tried to get two other roofers to contact us, before we heard about Langley. One of those was a big roofing company and months later they still haven't tried to reach us. The other one took a week to respond. I was very impress with the fast response. Not only did we get a fast phone call response, but they were available to do the job within days of the request! When your roof has storm damage and you are worried it will rain, fast turn around is a necessity! Langley was very good at keeping us posted as to when they would be arriving at our house for various things (dropping off shingles, doing the roofing, inspecting the job). We were never had to deal with a surprise visit! As a stay-at-home mom with small children alone in a house, I really appreciated that! They got both roofs removed and replaced in one day! The men were very friendly and did more then I expected! They moved toys off the porch so the old roof would fall on them and put everything back, after they were finished cleaning up the debris! I didn't see and still haven't seen any debris in our yard! They did a very thorough clean up! When they were done, they asked where we would like the left over tiles and moved them for us! They noticed the door on our shed had some nails that had come loose and fixed it no charge! It was a very pleasant experience! In a day and age where companies seem to care less and less about customer service, it was refreshing to finally work with one that went above and beyond! The roof looks great and I have no complaints!

Jeremy met with my insurance adjuster and showed them evidence of recent storm damage. After receiving several bids, I chose Langley because of their response and professionalism. Their price was not the cheapest, but it was not the most expensive either. After agreeing on the work to be performed, Jeremy called and gave me an idea of when the job could be started and how long ot would take. The job was completed on time and the new roof looks great. Once completed, Jeremy met with me to make sure I was satified with the work and if I had any questions. I would definitely recommend Langley Roofing to anyone looking for roof replacement or repair.

What should have been a pleasent experience has turned to a complete nightmare! We voiced our concern to Mr. Langley about his lack of attention to the job being performed by his employees. He would stop by for a few moments each day. This year, 2012, we began an outdoor project. While a Pergola was being attached to our home, we found that the chimney and the outside wall was rotten and had excessive mold. We contacted our insurance agency hoping to get some help from our homeowner's policy. Upon inspection of the roofing job, our agency informed us it was the worse roofing job that they had seen to date! We had to tear down the entire chimney and wall because Langley roofing did not flash around the chimney or the counter. We contacted Mr. Langley who came to inspect the damage. Mr. Langley took full responsiblity for not flashing the chimney and sent us a 250.00 check to cover the cost of flashing the chimney. The tear down and rebuilding of the chimney and wall was over $ 7,000! While doing the remodeling we also discovered that our gutters are peeling. Upon further observation we found that Langley's employees painted the gutters to cover the gray house paint that they splattered. I could never advise anyone to use Langley Roofing Company.

Langley Roofing addressed roofing issues in 2006. Jeremy was very professional throughout the entire process. He inspected our roof and gave a very competitive estimate. Did a complete tear off and roofed with premium materials. When tornadoes came through the area in 2011 many neighbors in our East Brainerd neighborhood were facing roof damage. Our roof is still intact. We have since had other structural issues that have also been resolved by Langley Company. We will be looking at replacing gutters in the near future and will be giving Jeremy a call to help with this need as well. GREAT WORK BY AN HONEST CHRISTIAN MAN!!!! [member name removed]

Mr. Langley inspected the roof on the new house we are purchasing. During the home inspection some possible issues were brought up so we wanted to be safe. Mr. Langley was able to go out to the house inspect the roof thoroughly and put our concerns to bed. I was very impressed with how thorough he was and how responsive he was to our request even though it was only an inspection. He made us feel like it was just as important to him as it was to us. I would definitely recommend him to others.

My husband and I met with this company and were very impressed with their knowledge and we wanted to use them. At the time, we were exploring getting repairs on the roof. We were also getting the house painted and new gutters, so we were trying to coordinate all these activities in the most appropriate order. We were told we were on the schedule several times for a period of about 2 months before the job was scheduled to be done. We never heard from them again. So I think it's only fair to report my experience because we gave them the chance to make it right, but they chose not to. We were basically dropped. We still have a leak and have had to start the process all over.

The roof looks great. It is exactly what we wanted and he came in right on estimate. We got three estimates and while he wasn't the cheapest the price was reasonable in comparison and he has good Angie's List and BBB ratings. He gave us very good advice on which singles to choose. I also liked that he is accessible via email. One negative: We had just installed brand new landscaping in the front of the home and the workers walked all over it, trampling several of the new plants. They seemed oblivious to the landscaping as there were pavers and a path which they ignored and walked over the top of. I explained this to the owner and he seemed to listen. I hope they take this to heart, slow down, and work more carefully. I have also recently discovered several other shrubs in other areas around the house with broken branches.

All work was performed as estimated. The work was completed on schedule and the cleanup was good although several roofing nails remained around the house. The new roof survived the severe weather (high winds and large hail) of April 27th.
