Description of Work: Replaced a copper-pipe elbow inside the wall, behind sink. They did a good job. It took about 2 hours to find the leak and repair it. The charge was high, received a 10% senior discount.

Description of Work: had a loop system that was done wrong. spent 4 hours under the house. thought they had died. almost called the emt. finally came out and left me with a $1200 bill. called another plumber. he came, took one look at it and had it fixed. got some of my money back. it was his superintendent with a helper who find the problem. DO NOT USE THIS CREEP.

Description of Work: Keefe came to repair a disposal that had become jammed. My efforts to clear it myself failed. Based on reviews I called Keefe and they were able to come within a day or two of my call (it was the holiday season!). They called to confirm the appointment, were on time, and completed the repair and also installed a new trap and faucet in another sink. They did the work professionally and with no hassles. The extra cost I incurred was the trip charge from Chattanooga to Dalton.

Description of Work: They did a complete sewer dig for us and then repaired the concrete area. They were very professional. Although they priced it a bit higher than their competitors, we hired them. We were just more comfortable that the job would be done right the first time. Great company!
