Description of Work: I don't have date of visit but they came to install dishwasher I had already purchased, and it cost as much as the washer. The main plumber was training a younger guy. The main plumber was rude and used profanity the whole time he was he. He was constantly belittling the younger guy and treating him like he was stupid. Of course the younger guy didn't know EVERYTHING, that is why he was suppose to be in training. The older plumber was not happy about my dogs barking when he came in and acted like he would have kicked them if he had the chance. One of my dogs weights 5-8 pounds and the other one (who barks the most) weighs less than 3 pounds. They are both small dogs who could be killed by someone like that kicking them. And they don't bite, just bark. I put them in another room and locked them up once I realized who was here and that they would be here awhile. I am VERY THANKFUL they were gone before my daughter got home from school. I WOULD NOT BE HAPPY ABOUT HIS BEHAVIOR OR LANANGUE IF IT CONTIUNED AROUND HER.

Description of Work: The outside waterline was clogged which was causing water to back up into the house in both bathrooms. It was a Sunday morning. I called @ 11:30'ish and they returned my call before noon and were there by 1'ish. The root cause was identified within 15 minutes and resolved in 30 minutes following the diagnosis. They were very professional and polite and took the time to explain the issue, the short term repair and appropriate plan to permanently resolve the issue. On Monday, we called and scheduled the long term repair which required digging and replacing the waterline outside. They were AMAZING to work with and we will ALWAYS use them in the future.

When I was working on another job, he was there and I talked with him, and the people said that they were real happy with him; so that’s why I used him. I’ve been happy with him. + -1 moreWe had used this company many years ago to hook up our gas range and add gas logs to the fireplace and had been happy with them then. Although tying onto the sewer is not a particularly exciting project, we are installing an entire new bathroom and did not want our recurring septic tank problem to destroy it, so this was a good time to do it, not to mention paying for it for 17 years with no benefit. The guys were top-notch professional, knowledgeable, and ARRIVED ON TIME - a big plus to us, and finished when they said they would. They called the person to mark the phone and gas lines before digging but did manage to take out our phone line and that of our neighbor. They called the phone company and we were without service for only a short while. Even with this interruption and some very large rocks to dig through, they finished on time and sowed grass seed and strawed the yard very well. Although checkbook renovation is usually not our preference, plumbing is not for amateurs. I would highly recommend Keefe for any plumbing work, small jobs to large ones.
Description of Work: Company gave us an estimate after reviewing all the pertinent plots, city records and site plans. They explained that the tree growing through the fence would not have to be cut, that their equipment would go around it. This saved us a lot of money. They were prompt, polite and did exactly what they promised.
