Very well. Polite, courteous gentleman went about his work quickly. Finished and showed me exactly what he had done and explained details to my satisfaction.

The experience was good, but I thought that it was kind of expensive. I would probably not use them again in the future, because they were really expensive. I would try someone else.

I was told they would be out shortly and they were there within the hour of my phone call. They were personable, polite, and efficient. The work was done and they were nice enough to clean up the sink. They made sure I was satisfied with work before leaving. I have used Keefe plumbing in the past and will continue to call on them when I have a problem.

This was a complete rip off. Keefe did nothing for us but charged $250 for showing up with 2 plumbers. We did not request 2 plumbers nor were we informed ahead of time that we would be paying for 2 plumbers. Nothing was repaired on our sump pump. We were told by Keefe they could not replace the pump and they did nothing but bill us for $250.00. NEVER NEVER NEVER again would be use Keefe plumbers. They should be turned over to BBB!!! A complete rip off.

Work performed was done excellently. I have used these guys on several other occasions and always the work performed is excellent and I have never had to call them to come and fix some thing that was not done properly. They are on the higher end of the price scale but if you want it done right the first time these are the guys to hire.

Plumber determined that the shut off wasn't leaking but the hose running to it was defective and leaking where the two are joined. Replaced the hose from the washing machine to the shutoff. Outdoor spigot was replaced with nothing out of the ordinary. The cost was below the estimate by $70 because the work on the shut off was less than expected. Although 2 men were on site, one observed and was the go-for. They charged labor of $150. They were here approximately 1.5 hours. Also discounted for Angie List coupon of $20 and senior citizen 10%. The plumber was not very social but spoke to me when spoken to. However, would not speak to my wife who greeted him at the door. He had a question about the water shut off and rather than ask her, he waited outside for me to arrive to explain things. I felt this was not very respectful of her, and a bit chauvinistic. Also I had asked if they could contact me when they had a plumber in the area to schedule because the labor cost begins when they leave the prior appointment or the office. They were VERY GOOD about calling and it took several days of before my work schedule allowed me to leave without notice to meet them. I appreciated their accommodation of my work schedule.

Two men arrived, the younger of which was, I think, an apprentice to the older man. The younger man did all the work while the older man observed and gave instructions. In order to fix the leaky faucets, it was necessary to turn off the water supply to the house. I told the men that while there was undoubtedly a turn-off valve in the house, no one was able to locate it so we always turned off the water at the water meter down the driveway. The men refused to believe me and spent a considerable time looking for the indoor water supply valve. When they didn't find it we went to the outdoor valve which was located in some ivy up on a hill. They didn't want to go into the ivy because they were afraid of snakes. Again, after wasting a lot of time, they managed to turn off the water supply. They then were very deliberate about fixing the washers. When it came to fixing the kitchen sink, they didn't have the right size part. After telling me they would be "right back," they were gone for over an hour. I feel the job could have been accomplished by one man in less than an hour instead of taking the time that it did. Replacing two washers and a kitchen sink part should not cost over $300. (This was the bill after they deducted $20 for my being on Angie's List.) Incidentally, the kitchen sink still doesn't work - it doesn't leak but they never tested it to see if it would drain properly. I will not be using Keefe Plumbing to fix it.

I had an odd 6 ' pipe perpendicular to a plumbing pipe that was open ended and was draining washing machine and dishwashing unbeknowst to us until an electrician and a termite inspector almost got a bath in our crawl space. I called Keefe plumbing in the morning and first thing in the afternoon, two plumbers were working feverishly to figure out and fix this weird pipe. It took about 3 hours to solve the mystery (one was in the house communicating with the one under the house as we tested the washer and the kitchen sink (attached to the dishwasher drain). They also had me flush the toliets to rule out any sewer problems. So I was very happy with their perserverance to make sure the job was complete. And the $20 off Angie's list member coupon was helpful to have.

Jay is good at what he does and knows what he is doing. Had to change a couple things for the inspector because of new code, but he came back out and got the job done.

They got the job done. Pleasant guys.

Called this morning for a non-emergency repair and had a plumber at the house within two hours. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The connections had probably not moved in 50 years but the plumber made a hard job look easy. I would use this company again without hesitation.

I called Keefe this morning at 7:30. I was told they try to give water heaters priority and they did. They were at my house around 9:30 with a water heater and ready to install. They finished up by 11 and I was "in hot water" again! Thank you, Keefe Plumbing! And I used my Angies coupon.

Called about 9am & 2 man crew showed up about an hour later. Job was finished and crew gone before noon.

They followed up the next day when there was a problem with the initial repair man. They did the second visit free of charge. I was happy with their work and will use them again.

We have used them for thirty years. They are very reliable, prompt and reasonably priced.

They had impressed me the first time, and I always said that if I ever needed anyone, I would use them. I did not even get another estimate, I called, and they came out here. They are extremely professional people, and they came and priced the job. We did change a few things, which increased the price, but that was something that I wanted to do. The two people that were on the job were Mike and Jason, they were so professional, it took them several days to do the job, and they didn’t work the full day every day because they had to work around the other workers. Everything that they did was so professional, I am extremely pleased, and if I need anything done, I will call them again. When working in a house that is a hundred years old, trying to get to all the plumbing is an issue in itself, so I was thrilled with their work.

It went ok. I felt a little put out that I paid $75.00 labor for him to screw off one faucet and screw on another one, oh and cover up the hole. I do also, regret that I forgot to use my $20.00 coupon. That would have made it a little better. I feel like he should have ask if I had one because he knew I had called from Angie's List. He put that on the receipt. Remember to use your coupon, for whoever does work for you from Angie's List. Overall, it went well, and I was really glad just to have the leak stopped.

m. After this, he replaced all the ites , that had been below my sink. Then, we moved to the bathroom, where he unclogged my sink, put it back together, and replaced all the bottles = About 90 Minutes.

They were on tie and did the job in a timely manner. Nice people.

We contacted Keefe not only because they were recommended by Angie's List but also because the Keefe name is on the plumbing cutoff switches from earlier work performed at our house before we purchased it. A very nice gentleman, Frank, came to the house and impressed me with his knowledge of what needed to be done to reroute and replace old supply pipes. Later that same day, however, Jay Keefe informed my husband that they were too busy to do the work and were not interested. So we are still looking for plumbers who are as professional as we believed Keefe to have been.

They were very nice and their estimate was free. They were nice enough to refer me to a company that specializes in it and would charge less. They showed up on time. They also gave me a call back and explained everything well.

They are prompt, they stand behind their work. You can always count on them to do a good job. They come when they say they will and are very professional.

They are a very good, honest plumbing company.

I spent about $250 for their services. They were very prompt, courteous and thorough. What I thought was the problem; they very quickly were able to tell me that was not actually the problem. They told me what the problem was. They told me that they could fix it and take care of it for me. So, they did that and there were no problems. I would use them again.
