Description of Work: We need new wood windows and called Hullco as their presence alone (great showroom) is impressive in Chattanooga. A young, professional salesman came (ontime) and spent at least an hour with my husband going over our rotting wood windows. He said he'd get back with an estimate. We've followed up multiple times, he once - almost a month later, no estimate, nothing. I am not sure if he's just blown us off or can't get a product for us. Either way, we're left in the lurch with not many Chattanooga options.

I'm sorry that I am just now replying via Angie's List, but I just received a call from an Angie's List representative this past week which called my attention to this. I am not sure if this post was before or after you and I spoke. I recall driving by your home after our conversation at the Chattanooga Market and speaking with you and your husband trying to coordinate all of our schedules. Regardless, I do apologize for our representative not providing your quote in a timely manner. I have absolutely no excuse for that. As we try strive to achieve outstanding relationships and do great work, we are not perfect and I regret that we made a mistake in our dealing with you.
