A fantastic job, I would never hesitate use or recommend Hulico for any future needs. I was so happy 1/2 way through the installation that I contracted for 3 additional doors. Very professional and work was top-notch.

Windows fine but employee stole prescription medication out of medicine cabinet , he had police record for drug abuse! Hullco denied responsibility or wrong doing even though we had a police report. They said we didn't have proof and it was his word against ours. Very impressed with there work and customer service until this happened.

It went very well, couldn't be more pleased.

Initial contact was very professional and Casey was quite informative and receptive to what we needed/wanted done, but we received nothing after that except "reasons/excuses" as to why we didn't have an estimate. Initial appointment was on 5/11/2017 and last contact was the following week and nothing since then. That wears very thin with us. We can be patient, but this is a little much - six weeks have passed! This company spends a lot of $$ on advertising and has very good reviews, but I can not give them more than a C.

The experience was first class from the time I met Fred, Hullco sales representative, until Paul showed up to install the rails, door and screening.

Great. The experience from dealing with the sales personnel to the office staff and finally the installers was stellar. All the Hullco employees were professional, courteous and friendly. The work of installing 11 windows including a very large picture window was completed in ONE DAY. They cleaned up all their debris and carefully cleaned all the replaced windows.

Gary was great. He came out,walked house, gave his schpill and provided quote. We knew if we moved forward we would go with Gary. It was about one month later when we called to schedule. Gary returned with contract, we signed, and paid deposit. We were advised 4-6 weeks for manufacturing. A day or so later we requested a design change on one window. Change order processed and tech returned to measure for new dimensions but also measured attic window (odd we thought but appreciated to verify accuracy. They called almost one month later as windows were manufactured and scheduled install. Subcontractor was awesome! Team of three busted and had all windows installed plus replacing significant damaged wood in only two days (caulk job best I've ever seen!). One small hiccup was with change order in that Hullco rep measured wrong so this window had to be reorder. We called to pay for work completed but Gary said, no, wait until job is 100% complete. Almost 30 days later final window was ready and they scheduled install. Different installer (caulk not as pretty) but window installed and we were very happy. Hullco called same day (7/22/15) to advise we owed an additional $400 for 2nd change order. We did not understand so my husband reached out to Gary for verification. He advised that we had added a window and had verbally accepted an additional charge of $400. We disputed but haven't heard back. Based on wording of "Contract Amendment" form, "...there are no verbal understandings changing or modifying any of the terms....Buyer ...acknowledges...and has received a completed, signed, and dated copy...on the date written below." The alleged "2nd change order" reflected Buyers signature as "*approved via phone" and form was dated 5/21/15. We did not receive a copy of this order until 7/22/15. Windows are wonderful and always quality and professional service received. We are confident a satisfactory resolution for both parties will be achieved.

I contacted them to have estimate done around 4/11/2014. I did not use angie's list was not a member at time. They came out did estimate of work. I was comparing. had lined up 7 vendors to do estimates. It came down to two vendors. I choose Hullco cause I felt they had a superior product also liked they idea they owned part of the window manufacturer. Also that windows are made to their high specifications. Called in May to let them know they had the contract. came out on 5/4/2014 for final measurements. was told would take 4-6 weeks to get windows in. Did not hear from them till I contacted them in the 5th week was around 6/10/2014. was told they were backlogged at factory. They would get back to me on update when to expect the windows. was called with estimate of 6/16/21014. Spoke with numerous management about lack of contact. Brian Brock took to heart my concerns and issues and was also present when they brought the windows to be installed. The lack of contact with updates and followups was the reason for the B in responsiveness. Suggested check list to be followed to improve customer follow up on time lines to keep customer informed. Once the team started to work they were most outstanding. took 4 days to remove and install 17 new windows including a customer made bay window. They did them one at a time so as not to have the house open to the heat any longer than it was needed. then they started on the siding. Which included repairing some wood siding that was dry rotted on the no sun side of the house. took 8 days to totally complete it. Then two days later drain right came out and installed gutters in 4 hours. They all cleaned the work site very well. Had one issue with siding now being sealed to lower roof and has some leakage behind the siding. Responded quickly came back out and resolved the issue promptly. I would recommend them to everyone. They had previously installed a new front door two years prior and matched as closely the shutters to the color of the door. Will be having them replace one or two more exterior doors that will need to be replaced soon. Almost have a new house on the outside. my utility bill was almost 90 dollars lower for the months of july and august over the previous year. new windows and siding made all the difference. In addition the windows were eligible for the TVA rebate for lowering cost. Was done thru my electric company Volunteer Electric. Got a 500 rebate. Hullco completed necessary paperwork for you. You have to have the home inspected before and after installation of windows to get rebate.

FROM THE SALESMAN MICHAEL, TO AARON THE PRODUCTION MANAGER AND THEN TO GREG THE CREW CHIEF, IT WENT WONDERFUL. THE HOUSE IS SO , SO MUCH BETTER. THEY DID QUALITY WORK ON ALL MY EXTERIOR. THEY CLEAN UP SITE EACH NITE AND WORKED WITH HAPPY , FRIENDLY SMILES. THEY MADE SUGGESTIONS TO ME TO MAKE MY THE HOUSE LOOK BETTER AND I FOLLOWED ALL OF THEM. I had 14 windows replaced, including 3 large windows in the front and a large window in the back. Both the man who came out to estimate and the crew to install very punctual and professional. They worked very well around my schedule. They had originally scheduled to install the windows a little over 2 weeks after they arrived at the shop but had a cancellation and installed them the next day. All windows were installed and framed in one day, about 11 hours, and even kept working when it started raining. They did an amazing job!

We are very happy with the work and there professionalism. Their price is not the cheapest but you can always expect quality.

I am extremely pleased with the doors and windows I had installed. I am not sure if it was Aug or Sept it may have been OCT when they were installed but I know they had some raining days to work in. They were on time did a great job and if I ever need anything done at my home I will call Hullco. They are really very friendly and explains everything and even show how it will look on the computer. Great Company.

From start to finish, my experience with ALL the people at Hullco was wonderful. I was buying my first home and contacted many companies to get estimates on replacing the roof and all the windows. I decided to go with Hullco as I felt they were the most honest, reliable, and felt most confident with them and the quality of work and materials. Now that all the work has been completed, I know I was right. Everything went as smooth as I could have hoped for thanks to all the friendly and informed people at Hullco. In the future, I plan to replace the siding on my home and will be using Hullco for that as well. I have nothing but great things to say about Hullco and its employees. They even kept my dog entertained during the day while installing the windows. They are GREAT! Everyone told me Hullco was way too expensive before I decided to use them, but I found they were right in line with the other estimates I received. A big difference is that the estimates Hullco gave me were exactly the final price which is something I have heard is rare. The only change in price was due to lead being present at my house but they have no control over that. I highly recommend Hullco to anyone wanting to repair or upgrade their home.

new roof, carpentry work and replaced soffit and fascia with vinyl

Like a NY Metopolitan Ballet, each of the individual roofer workmen under the direction of two foremen (one for each side of the roof's pitch), went to work at the crack of dawn. It was obvious that each roofer knew his assigned task, worked dillegently and professionally. Each individual possessed an undisputable respect for property, its landscape barriers and layouts. perfection. It was apparent they loved their work and responsibility. Their work ethic was incredible and I lack the adjectives to describe their perfection and pride in the job they accomplished. The roofer's work was correographed beautifuly and it was beauty in motion; and, before their lunch (dinner) break, the main house was re-roofed with only the garage roof to attract their attention after their dinner break. This was a mid-August job in SE Tennessee. The heat & humidity was awesome; each worker looked after one another and hoisted (or threw upwards) a bottle of water to keep the hydrated and healthy. This review was provided by the responsible individual that oversees the management of this property. If he needed a new roof for his home he would request Hullco's expert help. I apologize for this long review; but, you all need to consider Hullco Exteriors when you need a new roof! Thank you.

We enjoyed working with Frank Hilley who was the sales rep that we worked with. He worked to get us a good price and to help us choose the right window that would meet our needs. The installers arrived on the day planned and installed all the windows that one day. They cleaned up and hauled all the old windows and parts away. The installation was great and we love the windows. We had Hullco back out a second time a year later to replace three windows on the back of our house. They were installed with the same quality and promptness as the first time. Hullco is a quality company and we will certainly do business with them again in the future.

We had Hullco Exteriors' representative come out and they walked us through everything that the do, the pricing and all that. They were just out here yesterday measuring the windows to order them. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products that they had. Part of that probably is because he was an installer for years before he went into sales so when he talked about the product, he knew the ins and the outs of it because he had installed it. He knows what he's talking about.

Excellent one day service and cleanup, followed by next day inspection and follow up.

We walked away fromHullco, and have had a wonderful experience with another reputable window company in Chattanooga. We will soon be finishing our third window project with them in 2013!

Yes, they may be a little pricier than other window companies in town, but they also provide the best customer service that we've received in a long time. They were punctual for all site visits and kept us informed as to what was going on from the time of order until installation, which was about 8 weeks. After we placed the order I occassionally would ask my husband if he had heard from Hullco and every time he would say they had already called him explaining the next step (measurements, installation date and time, etc.). We were never in the dark as to what was going on. We would definitely use them again! Debbie and Mike Prater

Hullco came to our house and made an estimate on the work to be done. (see above). They stayed within the estimated budget figure. See above.

Workers arrived on schedule and completed the job in one day. Returned a week later to make a small fitting adjustment. No problems since. We are very pleased and would certainly use HullCo again if the need arises.

The installers came as scheduled. We found substantial water damage and rotten wood--more than I expected. Nevertheless, the carpentry and window installation was done on time and the added cost was priced at materials and labor. The job lasted about a week. Daily they cleaned up the work site, secured ladders, and put all equipment in the locked trailer that I permitted them to keep on site. Bottom line, the installation was on time, on specification, and on budget. They even washed the windows. Good job and no surprises from Hullco. I recommend them without reservation.

Arrived on time. We left while they were installing the windows. I had been hesitant to get new windows because I lived the look if my old ones. I just need to insulate better. When I came back, I couldn't believe how far along they had progressed, how neat their work was and how beautiful the new windows were.

From the start (salesman quoting my work) to the finish of the job everyone was very professional and did exactly as they said they would. The installers cleaned up after themselves and were very friendly. We love our new windows!
