There were no troubles reaching them. When purchasing the deal, you were supposed to give two or three dates of availability to have them come out for the service. They ended up just showing up on one of those days, but never provided any notice. I would have appreciated them letting us know they were coming. There were no additional costs beyond the price of the deal. They did a good job with the cleaning and left no mess behind. Everything turned out just fine with the work.

It went very well, as a matter of fact when it warms up some they are supposed to come back and repair my chimney .

Despite a few communication hiccups, overall, the job went well. The team arrived within the promised window of time, completed their work in short order, and cleaned up very well afterwards.

The gutters were a mess and totally full of gunk. Not only were the gutters cleaned, but the guys cleaned the yard and deck from the fallen mess! I recommend this company

The first scheduled appointment it rained, however they promptly contacted me to reschedule. They showed up as scheduled, were professional and very nice to deal with. Cleaned the gutters & cleaned up after themselves. Also did a complimentary roof inspection. Great price and great work. Would absolutely hire them again.

They worked all day until it was done. We were getting a new roof so we did not get new gutters for a few weeks but they came back after the new roof and put in gutters too.

I contacted Higher Ground Rainwater Systems 0n 5/6/2013. I was desperate to get the gutters on my home cleaned. I got on Angies list and sent them a email from work. They responded with 15 minutes of my email. I gave tham a call and expected to get a response that they couldn't get to me until a week or two later. They scheduled me for the next morning- I almost fainted. I asked the gentleman if they could give me an estimated time of arrival so I could meet them at my home. They gave me a 30 minute time est. and was within that time. They were Friendly, Professional and for lack of a better phrase "A breath of fresh air". I have had the opportunity to have a number of people come and work on

All communications were prompt and courteous. The work performed was impeccable. Gutters and downspouts cleaned out, roof cleared of debris, everything inspected and cleaned up. Highly recommended.

Most people prefer to have several estimates given, so when I called this company, he said they come out, take a look, and do the work the same day...I have to admit, that made me a little nervous(what if they found "extra" work and jacked up the price?)... But from the webite you can see your choices of gutter guards, and he was able to give me a ball park estimate based on the dimensions. Since no one else was responding, I went ahead and scheduled them and went about getting some other estimates in the meantime (one company still hasn't come). He was scheduled to come Tuesday but we had rain Tuesday and Wednesday so he was not able to come until Friday. No one came close to the price that Higherground gave me! Beckett came out, cleaned out the gutters, installed the new gutter guards, and cleaned up the mess in record time and will come out again next year and clean them as part of the deal! He also fixed another place that was sagging on another gutter on a separate structure. He asked me if he wanted me to clean the gutters and blow off the leaves off that one , and I told him I could do that later. Upon completion of the job, he told me some other things that were going on and needed to be considered...and gave me an estimate to do those things - the price was were very reasonable. As were were finishing up, he mentioned the leaves on the other structure and the importance of keeping the debris off. I told him I usually do that 3-4 times a year but I hurt my shoulder this past week and it would be at least a couple of weeks before I can get it done. We finished up, I paid Beckett and he left. In a few minutes he was back. He said he was driving down the road and thought about the fact that I had hurt my shoulder, so he turned around, and came back to blow my roof off since I couldn't! Now that is service above and beyond!! I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future. Very knowledgeable, good prices, and customer service that is above and beyond what is expected of them!
