Great company. Very professional. They arrived at the time they said they would, and explained everything to us. Signed up for a monthly service with them.

My service man is very friendly and professional%2 and makes sure to use the kid safe stuff since I have two small children. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends.

They came out on time and were very professional. They weren't pushy in their tactics and provided options. The original issue I contacted them about, wasps, they weren't able to address due to where the problem was occurring, on the roof. The roof is pretty tall so it was going to be a challenge in any case.I called them out two additional times to address and they were very responsive and did what they could.

GPM responded promptly to initial contact. They were flexible on service date and time so it could fit into my schedule. They arrived early and did a thorough inspection. They took time to go over their findings and I felt confident in their results once it was complete. Price was very reasonable.

Wow. What a difference! We had another local company come out and treat the property after we were just moving into it. The difference between that company and GPM was like the difference between night and day. GPM showed up, walked the property, discussed their approach, and then got to work. Daniel was there for almost 2 hours. Started with the outside, then, put the shoe covers on and got busy on the inside. Put out ant traps (we were having an extreme ant problem in the kitchen (ewww) as well as other places) and took care of the inside.His service was excellent, so friendly and professional. I can see why GPM has such a high rating here. If you want a true professional and have the feeling of "money well spent," call GPM.

They did an excellent job. They did what we asked. They were here when they were supposed to be. They were exceptionally good to us. I will use them again in the future.

We thought we may have some termite damage and we wanted to sign up for a monthly service anyway so we called them and they came right out. It's a small family run company and the family lives in the Chattanooga area, so we love that we are supporting a local company. Very friendly and thorough service. We had called terminix and they never showed up for their appointment. Will defiantly continue using this company!

We had noticed some bug activity in our garage and thought it might be termites. We checked here on Angie's list for an exterminator and decided to call GPM. We made an appointment for them to come out and do an inspection and, if needed, an estimate. They came out on time and performed a VERY thorough inspection in our crawlspace, all along the outside of the house and in the garage. Termite activity was found in the garage wall area and so we then made an appointment with them to come back and exterminate the termites and treat the house and deck to prevent further problems. We thought they were professional at all times and we are very pleased with both the inspection and extermination they performed.

Noticed American Cockroaches, spiders, flies within 3 weeks of moving in to our new home. I called GPM approx 4 days after noticing the insects, after finding them on Angie's List! They arrived punctually, educated me on the insects and how they would treat the home. I also had concerns regarding my pets and they assured me that the treatment used, once dry would not harm my pets. They informed me I may continue to see insects after the treatment but that they should be dying or dead. They were correct. They also told me that it could possibly take more than one treatment to rid the home of the pests. Both gentlemen were very professional, personable, identifying themselves on arrival and answering all questions that I had. Likewise the lady answering my initial call was very professional & personable and assured me that her husband would call me within a half hour. He did call as she stated and we discussed the issues with pests and we scheduled the appt for them to treat the house the following day. Can't say anything but GOOD about GPM. They take pride in their work!! Nothing but Kudos for this company. I will continue to use them to keep my home pest free.

I have a couple of houses right now under contract with them. I have a monthly contract. It?s $500 for the year for a couple of houses. I have shopped around and they are very reasonable. They are honest. They call and set it up and always come on time. It?s great to work with them. The quality of their work is excellent.

He came out as quickly as I needed him to & gave me a great deal. I haven't seen any bugs since then! He was very thorough--he went into the crawl space, front & back yard, & inside.
