Really well. Daniel and the other gentleman really seemed knowledgeable and were very professional and kind. I am a senior citizen and it was very nice to have such excellent service. I signed up for the monthly service so they can keep an eye on any problems. I will continue using them for exterminating needs.

Daniel was very friendly and professional. They use pet-friendly products that are safe for families. Their services work like a monthly subscription- all services are provided for a small fee and yearly contract. They pointed out problem areas we were unaware of and took care of them in the same visit.

Everyone at GPM is amazing, very nice, and friendly. They responded to my inquiry about coming out due to I had a mouse that I could not get rid of. They came out and with 10 days the mouse was gone! I highly recommend this company!

I called them primarily with concern for mice entering my home & dying in a wall. Their initial visit seemed to go well & I signed up for an annual contract for monthly services. I received a card in the mail stating they would be returning on 5/9/19 & my return schedule would be every 2nd Thursday. No one showed up & no one contacted me. Within a week a mouse got trapped in a wall again & died. I called them explaining the situation. They returned on 5/17/19 & placed outside bait boxes & sprayed in my laundry room. I asked if this would be my service call for May because I would pay him. I was told "no". Someone would be returning on Tuesday for that. No one showed up & no one contacted me. On 5/12/19 I received a past due notice for May! Never billed or contacted. Later in the day I was sent a text message that they would be returning today (5/13/19) to service & my regular scheduled service would be every 2nd Thursday of the month. I called & told them I have a standing appointment every Thursday morning so they said they would switch my date to every 2nd Monday except for this month they would come after 11 am (Thursday). This morning they texted me to say they wouldn't be coming today but would come Tuesday & my regular scheduled date would be every 2nd Tuesday. Needless to say I am confused and frustrated that all this has happened. If I had known it was going to be this confusing, I would not have signed up for an annual contract.

I was very pleased with their thorough outside treatment of our home, including taking away cobwebs and hitting areas in our enclosed basement and under our deck. We signed up for monthly service. We also received a 50% discount via Angie's List for the initial treatment.

I have been using GPM for monthly pest control for years and they are great! They always respond quickly if I have a question or special request, and everyone is very nice, friendly and helpful.

They come out every month. The price is per visit. I think they've been treating for about a year and a half. The price is good. They are friendly and seem knowledgeable. For punctuality, they are right on the money all the time.

We are beyond impressed. We moved to a heavily wooded area and have quite the variety of wasps, bees, scorpions, spiders, etc. We did extensive research and read hundreds of reviews on several sites before settling on GPM. We also contacted several companies with questions. The people doing the work were not only knowledgeable, but took the time to explain everything. They were timely and extremely professional – also very courteous. They even took a moment to befriend my dogs. The guy got stung a few times but he kept at it even while being bit! We also appreciate their quick response to calls and texts. We highly recommend them!

Quite possibly the best service I have ever received from any business of this type. Incredibly punctual, open and honest, friendly, and perhaps most importantly effective. I never felt like I was being sold to, only like I was being given recommendations on how to best address my issue(s).

Nice people to work with. They did an initial through treatment and are following up with monthly pest protection. Unlike some companies, they inspect and/or treat monthly for the same low fee. (I paid $140 for the initial treatment and am paying $45/month)

Everything went extremely well! These guys are punctual, thorough, extremely honest, kind, and most of all..professional. One thing I really like is that they didn't try and talk us into the most expensive products imaginable. While those expensive pest control packages DO exist, GPM is adamant about their customers not spending money that they don't need to spend. Their philosophy is start small, see if that takes care of the problem, and upgrade later IF necessary. This is completely contrary of the bigger companies like Terminix, Orkin, and Cook's. I had all of them do free evaluation inspections before choosing GPM, and truthfully..the big companies seemed like they were geared more towards scare tactics to pillage mine and my fiance's wallet. Don't go with any other pest control. Go with GPM. You won't be sorry! Oh, one last thing. If you get their general pest control, they come out to spray EVERY month. They also make slight alterations to the chemicals each month in order for the bugs to not develop an immunity to any one chemical. Brilliant! The service cost I have listed below is the full amount for the whole year, not the monthly cost.
