+ -1 moreI have been using the company for about 2-3 months. I was trying to get rid of termites and they have taken care of the issue. Two technicians come out typically. They are very friendly, polite and accommodating. The pricing is very reasonable. Scheduling is very easy and they always call to let me know when they will be coming. I love the company and would not go with any one else.

They are also very honest and personable. If you ever need them to come out they will do so whenever you need. They will even call ahead to let me know when they will be coming out.

+ -1 moreTheir services have gone very well. I have been using the company for about 6 months. They have cut down on spider, ant and roach, mosquitos problems. The staff always calls a few days before coming out for the service. They are very flexible with my schedule. The technician treats the inside and outside of our home. Their product has not effected our dog. They do a great job and are very thorough. The staff is also very nice, friendly and keeps me well informed. If I ever have any issues they take care of them immediately.

They leave us a note every month to let us know what they did. They keep us well informed on what they do. Typically 2 technicians come out. They always text us before coming out for the service each month. They have been really easy to work with.

I trust them to have a key to my home. I have not seen the roaches since starting service with them. They will text me to let me know thy are on their way. They are very easy to work with and even sent me a text to confirm that would be there. Showed up on time and were very professional. They gave me a great price compared to other companies in the area. GPM seems to be a great local family business and we will continue to use them!
Description of Work: Daniel came out and did the initial treatment. Sprayed entire house along with the outside and entire property. The $80 is the initial fee with the Angie's List discount.

I like the documentation that they provided after they were done that described the products used, where they were used at, and what insects the products were used for. The $80 initial service fee reflects the 50% off angieslist coupon. Based upon my satisifaction with the initial service, I have signed up for a 12 month contract with GPM.

+ -1 moreI was very impressed with the knowledge and level of professionalism of this company; the service exceeded my expectations. We are new to this climate and have heard about the bugs! I'm not a fan of bugs and interviewed five pest control companies. This company was my favorite of all. I've had the initial treatment at a reduced rate because of Angie's List, and recently my first monthly treatment. I haven't seen a bug, spider, or spiderweb since their initial visit. Wahoo!! I recommend GPM Termite and Pest Solutions.
Description of Work: Inside and outside initial treatment of house for pest control. Cleaned existing spiderwebs in a home that hadn't been lived in for several years.

I would definitely recommend them for your pest control needs & liked that they are a local company. The $420 fee was for a year of $35 per month visits.

Daniel performs our pest control service monthly and we always get a text the evening before they come the next day. If we have any problems in between service, they come out very quickly and take care of what we need. We had ants this month during all of the rain, and Daniel was out within 24 hours to take care of it. He always asks if we are having problems and will give advice, if needed. + -1 moreI used them through a big deal on Angie's List. When he comes back next month, it will just be $35 a month. They took so much off because of Angie's List. They are very good. Someone had told us that we had termites. The young man who came out let us know that it was not true and that we did not have termites. That was one reason why I liked him, because he was very honest. He was punctual; he called before he came. They did an excellent job on spraying. I would recommend them to anyone. I will continue to use them in the future. They are coming back next month.
Description of Work: I used GPM Termite & Pest Solutions for extermination. I have carpenter ants and they had to spray quite heavily outside dry and wet. They sprayed all over the house on the inside including the basement.

+ -1 moreThey came out to inspect the problem, and we signed a contact with them to come every month and spray for pests and bugs. They did not try to push the contract at all, that's just the option we ended up going with for myself and my peace of mind. If I do see a mouse they will come out for no charge to help deal with the issue. Evey time they come, they spray the outside of the house, and if we are home they will spray the inside at no additional charge. We have had no mice since we called them!

Description of Work: DO NOT BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS!!!! I have been using these guys for over 6 months and I couldn't ask for better! They are ALWAYS willing to help with any problems you may have. My wife and I bought an old house and we were very disappointed to find out there was a severe ant problem... all in the walls. Daniel shows up on time, every time, and sprays everywhere we ask and never leaves until we feel satisfied! Couldn't be a better experience! The ant problem is almost completely gone and no signs of any other critters! Exactly what we wanted! Use these guys... you won't be sorry you did!!!

I did call on a holiday, and they were not open, but I left a message explaining that I had termites and asked them to call me back to come out and look at my situation. I never heard from them. The message I left was with, what their website was one of the "bosses", but again, it has been over a week and I have never gotten a call returning my message. I guess they did not want my business!

+ -1 moreI found evidence of termites in my home so I called GPM. They came out and inspected my home and found no active termites. I set up a preventive maintenance program with GPM. Several weeks later GPM arrived and sprayed my house inside and out. They also spread granules along my fence for fleas and ticks. I am very happy with the work performed and the cost is very reasonable.

+ -1 moreI spoke with the office and was told that one of the tech would call me back to schedule an appointment for a termite inspection. Two weeks later, someone from GPM's office called me back to let me know that they would not be able to get to me until sometime next month. In the mean time I had already schedule and completed an inspection with Lookout Pest Control who was much more accommodating and I was very happy with.

+ -1 moreGPM was the most cost-effective and reasonable of all the pest control companies in the area. Even though I put them off a day to check with competing companies, they still showed up as promised and provided well-appreciated services.
Description of Work: Yearlong contracted service for yard and external house pest control. Sprays around the house foundation, and yard areas most prone to unwanted insect pests (and to pre-emptively control pests from entering the house). Success! The yard has been clear of the most undesirables, including black widow spiders which seem to thrive in the area. Wish neighbors could see fit to employ GPM's services. They are courteous, professional and eager to serve. Highly impressed!

+ -1 moreThey were punctual and polite, explained everything they were doing and shared details about the safety of the products they use. I have kids and pets so pesticides make me nervous. I just had my third monthly treatment and am delighted. After the first visit they only treat outside, so I don't have to be home unless something specific needs to be addressed inside. I have not seen the first ant, and very few spider webs. Best of all, no swarming ladybugs on sunny days! I definitely recommend GPM.
