Daniel did a great job on our termite inspection, so a few weeks later, we signed up for regular pest management with GPM. Daniel and Ricky came out for the first application in our 12 month contract and were very through, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They removed spider webs and the many wasps nests we had around the house. They did an in-depth spray inside the house and proactively baited for mice and rats. After the application, they walked me through everything they had done. They seem like an honest company that will go the extra mile to make their customers happy. I look forward to working with them, as they help keep our home pest free. I would definitely recommend them!

From start, to follow-up, Daniel was a pleasure to work with. He took time to extensively explain his process over the phone, and what can be expected when working with him. I had to be out of town on the day of his appointment, but he spent several hours walking my wife through all the areas of treatment and making sure the job was done thoroughly and with care. We live on a heavily wooded property, with more than normal pests to guard against, so shielding against unwanted critters is going to be an ongoing effort. We will be using GPM moving forward and I can't recommend their services highly enough!

When my husband and I moved into our townhome a year and a half ago we were unaware that it came with a roach infestation (thanks, neighbors!). We immediately called GPM and scheduled an appointment with them. Daniel checked every nook and cranny of our home. I was impressed by how knowledgeable and brave he is! We signed a contract with them to have them come out and spray once a month. Andy is always punctual and friendly. Within a month we saw a huge improvement in our situation. I appreciate the fact that they told us up front that we may never full eliminate the problem if the neighbor's unit wasn't being treated. They were right but we did see a 90% improvement. We have since moved but if we ever run into this issue again (fingered crossed we don't!) I would go right back to the great team at GPM.

GPM was very punctual and considerate of my time by updating me with a window of time they would be coming. They were very conscientious to ensure they were treating the right pests and were extremely knowledgeable about their field. They were reassuring to how their products may affect my children or cat. It has been one month later, and I can certainly tell a difference with the decline of pests around my house. I am very happy with this company.

We had a special discount with them but he couldn't call me back the very day we purchased it. When I called and inquired about it, he gave me additional money off because he felt bad about not being able to call me back.

Every month, Daniel comes out and provides pest control services to our home. He is always professional and courteous and provides excellent service. Even calling and texting with questions is responded to quickly.

Again, monthly indoor and outdoor sweeps of our home while always emphasizing a child and pet-friendly service. Punctual with persistent communication and dialogue. Highly recommend to anyone in the greater Chattanooga area.

I have not seen a bug since we started our service with GPM. I will also say that the team displays the utmost level of professionalism during each visit and they are always looking for ways to be proactive in staying ahead of the types of bugs that are active during that time of the year. GPS is absolutely the way to go. I PROMISE you will not be disappointed!!

After the initial spray inside, I haven't seen one bug in my house for 6+ months; this includes spiders, lady bugs or roaches. They spray the outside of my house once a month and will come back to spray inside, if you request it. If I happen to see a roach on the front porch, I just text my Tech, and he makes sure to spray extra around the porch. They are very easy to do business with, and their pest control services work great!

The owner's son came out the same day I submitted the request and evaluated the situation. After he made his recommendations I was very pleased and asked them to begin treatment for not only the rodents, but for regular pests as well to head off any problems. They were very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and informative. I now have them return on a monthly basis for maintenance to prevent any other issues from occurring. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has, or wants to prevent any type of pest problem.

Since spring we have had a spider problem. The outside of the house is covered, the inside of the garage is covered, and every corner they can get to inside they build webs. No amount of OCD level cleaning has got rid of them. I called GPM based on their reviews late one afternoon and they called me back the next morning and set something up for the very next day. Two people came, one for the outside, and one for the inside. When I answered the doorbell they were already starting on the outside. They explained everything they were using including how it worked, effectiveness, and safety. He explained the types of spiders and other bugs he was seeing and why they might be in there. Very thorough, making sure every corner, indent, nook and cranny got inspected and treated. They were professional, pleasant and I can already see the results of their work! I now have them coming out monthly and would highly recommend them to anyone needing service in the Chatt area.

They were very responsive. They did have to come a second time. As far as I know, I haven't seen the problems anymore.

When it comes to customer service these guys wrote the book. They were friendly, knowledgeable and on time. I had a yellow jacket problem in the wall outside my garage. When speaking with Daniel he asked questions to pin point the problem before coming over. His professionalism was top notch. He explained how these bees work and what action he was taking. In a few minutes the yellow jackets were gone. I received a follow up call a few days later form Daniel which indicates to me these guys really care. To top it off I received a 50% discount for saying I found them on Angies List.

The technicians were extremely courteous and personable answering my numerous questions as they went about their inspection. I highly recommend this locally owned family business.

I have been using the company for at least 6 months. The staff comes out once a month. Typically 1 technician will come out or 2 for an initial treatment. They also work on an out building. The service has gone very well. We live in the woods in a wood house and the company has been very diligent about getting rid of the pests. The staff is very friendly and spend a good deal of time working on the service for me. They are happy to answer my questions and give great recommendations on how to solve the pest issues. They always come as scheduled and call the day before coming out to let us know they will be out. They leave a detailed report after each visit. They have been very consistent and even have an automatic billing system.

There service has been fantastic. I have been using the company for about 3 and a half years. They spray especially for bees and swaps, as well as other insects. The staff is very thorough and professional. They always come as scheduled every Monday on the first of the month on time. They are a very reliable and honest company. They are also a family owned company. Their product is great. When I had my baby the chemicals did not harm the baby.
