Description of Work: Cook's applied a treatment for termites to the exterior of the house and property as a preventative measure. There was no visible sign of infestation but, due to some rotting trees in the yard and an accumulation of leaves beneath the deck I thought it would be prudent to have the termite treatment applied. | |Additionally, I signed up for the monthly treatment and inspection for general insect pests. | |Both treatments were applied on the dates and times requested. I was pleased that they called prior to arriving so that I would know that they were on the way. The initial agent taking care of the paperwork and introduction to services, and the two men who actually gave the insect applications, were polite, neatly dressed, and seemed to know their product well.
