I'm extremely pleased with the professionalism, courtesy and responsiveness of everyone that I deal with at Cook's. The sales representative was on time, knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. Products that are safe for my pets , the local wildlife and the environment in general are a high priority for me. When we had the house checked for termites and they were found, the termite specialist was very thorough in explaining all of the factors that went into both eliminating the current colony and preventing further infestations, including replacing the moisture barriers in the crawl spaces. We priced the ancillary services (moisture barrier replacement, debris removal) both with Cook's and with a couple of handymen. Cook's beat their prices and did a beautiful job. The service technician, Chuck has always gone above and beyond in providing service to us. My husband worked a graveyard shift and subsequently we needed to always be the first stop of the service technican's day. Not only did the technician rework his route to accommodate that, but the technician always called the day before to let us know that he would be coming so that my husband wouldn't be startled if he was already asleep and so that I could be sure that the dogs needs were met and they were locked in the house were met prior to his arrival. I appreciate the convenience of not having to write them a check every month, of having them automatically debit my credit card.

They are very good and professional. They will come every time I have a concern like ants or mice or any other pest-related issue.

The pest control was nice. They would come out and cleaned up. We stopped that because we didn't have any problems anymore with insects. We used too much money. They didn't do anything and charge me every three months or every six months but every three months I got a bill. They were very professional, punctual and did a good job. I would not use them again in the future.

They are a fairly big organization. I pay them a monthly charge. They're very dependable and I don't have bugs in my house. I've had a lot of experience with them. Their professionalism and service overall are excellent.

The technition has been prompt in completing the monthly treatments. They have also been very responsive in completing unsceduled treatments.

They are very thorough. They showed me what termites look like and he was very personable.

If I have a problem inside Cook's Pest Control would come in and spray, but if I don't have any problems they won't come in unless I ask them to. I don't have any problems with them and I usually have the same man come out every month. He usually gives me a call a couple of days ahead of time to tell me when he's going to be here which I find to be good. They are very punctual.

They are very dependable and there are really no problems with pests anymore.

We are very pleased with them. They do inspections for termites and bugs and keep them under control. We have used them for four years. They are punctual, thorough and competent. They are the best.

I have used them for 40 years, and they have done a good job ever since. I have used them for so ling that I have not compared their prices to other companies. They call and tell me when they are going to be here, and they are always here when they say they are going to be.

They keep the critters under control. They are very professional. They always knock on the door to let me know they are here and ask me if I want them to come inside and spray. If I am here, I will have them do it, but not often. They will come between visits if I call them due to a problem. While their personnel changes periodically, everybody seems to be very well trained and they are all very polite and professional. It is a fair price.

They charge $35 for just general bugs and also during the summer months they do an additional service for mosquitoes at $45 which is great. They have always done great.

Unless I have a problem they don't come in the house. Since we've been using them I've had no bugs. They show up, do their job and don't bother me. They hang a little paper on the door. If I'm having a problem I let them know and they take care of it. My overall experience with them has been good. Their prices are competitive. The quality of their service is excellent and their responsiveness is very good.

They leave a personalized note with the bill, which is appreciated.
