Description of Work: The gentlemen wanted an early appointment so I met him there at 7:30am, waking the tentants. He was late. He said he was diabetic and had to run get something to eat. I waited. I needed 3 things repaired, a storm door arm, a dryer vented, and an ice maker fixed. He worked for an hour on the door, said he could not get it to fit correctly. He said he would call the office, got in his truck, I said what about the other things. He said if he could not do all of it he did not want to fool with the rest. He complained that he was over worked and treated poorly by the people in the office. He left. I called the office. Talked to the owner and he said oh well. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!!!!

Description of Work: Came out to give an estimate, but we never heard back from them. Wanted new steps built and a fence. They were friendly on the phone, but not so much in person. They said they would call back with a quote and we never heard from them again.

Description of Work: We called to have a door repaired. A carpenter came out the same day and said that he could work on the door early the next week. When no one contacted us early the next week, we called the office and we told that they couldn't come to fix the door for 2 or 3 weeks. We arranged for another firm repair the door.
