Never heard from contractor after initial visit.

I have had shingles come off my roof in the past and I have been unable to get a roofer to show up to make the repair (it was a very small job). I decided to try Andy Oncall this time instead. They were very courtious and showed up at the scheduled time. I was very pleased with the work and would definately reccommend them.

Price included the purchase of two sets of shutters and installation. Only delay was store getting this color shutter in. Once in, they were installed perfectly and quickly.

He is prompt and did a good job. I didn’t have any problems with him and would recommend him.

They did exactly what they said they would do, and they did it on time.

mike took down and carted away old columns, bannisters and spindles we had no time table, and told him so, so he worked his own schedule, but got job done within 2 weeks he put up with my mid=job mind change he installed new columns, stairs and railing on front porch he even fixed a broken brick and a splintering overhang

They were adequate; they did not do a great job but it was okay. At their price I understood. It was not up to my expectations 100 percent but I would say I was 90 percent satisfied.

They were very quick and polite. They did a great job. They were perfect.

Requested an estimate, The repairman came by and gave the estimate. I agreed to the work and had no problems.

They told me that they were going to get the measurements. They said they would call back and give us an estimate, but I haven’t heard back from them to this day. They responded quickly. I would not use this company again in the future.

We called and someone came out to give us an estimate in a very timely manner. The job was completed one day the following week. Because all of the work was on the outside of the house we did not have to be home at the time. All of the work looked really good and there was no mess left behind. We were very pleased with the quality work and friendly professional attitude of everyone we dealt with. We will use Andy on Call again.

Got a reference for this company at the home show. We were called by a handyman who scheduled an appointment for Wednesday afternoon and he never showed up, and didn't call. The handyman did not seem very professional on the phone, and unfortunately, his actions proved it.

He is wonderful. He is did a great job on all the work he did on my bathroom. I had such a good experience with him that I have used him on several different occasions.

They gave us a reasonable estimate. They were very professional; very knowledgeable; very prompt; they were here on time. They actually gave me some advice on some things that I might want to think about that I actually had fixed that really did need to be fixed that I was not aware of. It was a very pleasant experience. If there was a price for the estimate, it would have gone towards the price of the work done. The price was the only issue. I would absolutely give them an opportunity to quote again, absolutely.

I have called Andy on call for estimates and some were really high. This guy in particular did a really good job. He was very through. I was very pleased.

Our experience with them was very good. We would recommend them to others. We would definitely use them again in the future. They charged $1800 for 1228sqft of porch as we have a wrap around porch. It is all covered too and the back is 14’, so it’s all together 1228sqft. They also did some work in our duplex like interior painting. Their price was good.

We used them about a year ago. We had them come a few times out. They did seem to show up on time. They came out a couple of different times and did a couple of different jobs for us but they always showed up on time.

From when you first contact them they are quick to respond with a visit and estimate...and then easy to schedule to do work...very nice people to have into your home. Good job done and would use them again...

We are still in the middle of this project, however I'm writing now as there appears to be requests for information on this business. My experience has been mixed, but mostly good. Initial response time was good. Bid seemed high for what I was asking to be done, but there weren't a lot of options at the time I was looking for help as we'd just had a lot of storms in our area and help was hard to find. I appreciated that Andy on Call has workers who can do many jobs. Other positives: friendly and nice people; they kept in touch with me when I needed to put the job on hold so another contractor could do work that the Andy on Call worker wasn't able to do on the ceilings. The major problem, and I take at least half of the responsibility for this issue, is that I thought it was stated that the bid for the job included fixing and texturing ceilings after they were scraped. But, had I read more carefully the written bid, it did not say that. It just said scraping and painting the ceilings. The ceilings were partially scraped due to the old popcorn taking off some of the sheetrock. Result was I had to contract with another company to come in to repair and texture the ceilings...another $2000! This has been a learning experience. Make sure you know what to ask for...attempt to anticipate anything and everything that can go wrong...if you expect it to be done, get it in writing, even if you think it was talked about. Ask the contractor to break down the work into materials and labor costs in writing, in the bid. AND ask how much time (days/hours) they think it will take to complete the job as well as what problems they might run into that may slow things down and increase costs.

Frank was very professional and went out of his way to make this easy for me. He gave me a time line when the work would be completed and was spot on. I had never used Andy on Call before, so was a bit hesitant. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

No problems. I called the office and they promptly sent out a handyman to take a look at it, and got back to me promptly. Had it fixed as soon as weather permitted. Very reliable.

They are good to work with. I have used them many times. They have a guy who comes and does anything I want. He is reasonable on the price. He charged me a lot less than what they normally charge. He is really good. They are a subsidiary of a construction company. Now I am given the same person every time. They are very prompt and call back to set the time to come. They ask if their customers are happy with their service and if there are no happy they will come and do whatever is necessary.

Some of the work that they did started coming unfastened and I had to install a few extra screws to keep it together. They also made some pretty ragged cuts in the material. I did however like that they showed up when they said they would and returned all of my phone calls.
