 + -1 moreThey did an excellent job. I was very impressed with the workmanship and how safety conscious they were. The roof looks great and there was no damage to the landscaping around the house. They were there when they said they would be and kept us informed during the whole project. I could not have picked a better contractor.
Description of Work: Owens Construction reroofed our house. It was a very large job with steep pitches, multiple valleys, and many different intersecting roof angles. The House was surrounded with expensive landscaping that had to be protected from debris and damage. The job included replacing 380 lineal feet of copper valleys and 104 sq. HD architectural shingles.

 + -1 moreEnthusiastic crew, on site at sun-up, stayed until sun down. Clean up was excellent, quality of installation excellent. Replaced several sheets of plywood on the roof that were damaged and the flashing work around the chimney was really well done. I was impressed by their safety awareness; we have a very steeply pitched roof and the roofers were always tied off during the process.

 + -1 moreFrom the bid process to the installation Owens Construction was very punctual, professional, and very easy to deal with. They gave me a very good presentation and offered me different options to fit my budget and also explained the differences in each of those options. Once i decided i thought it would take a while to get the materials and installation performed but had my materials in about 3 days and the roof on by the 5th day from paying my down payment.
