"Very poor communication, sold us a product that he was not certified to install, never came to the project site to manage the project or his contractors, the final straw is that asked us to pay his suppliers directly and he did not stick to the payment plan scheduled in the contract. Now he has refused to accept responsibility for the damage his contractors caused on our property. It's been five months since we signed the contract, and the work has still not been done. Louisiana Pacific,(the manufacturer of the siding) said this should have been a 3-5 day job max."
