i talked to t&j via telephopne on 8/17/2012 about repairing the damage done by another contractor from a previous bathroom renovation. he (jeff gaylord) agreed to visit my property on 8/18/2012 at 10 a.m. come saturday morning, he didnt call or show. how professional is that? if he was not interested in the job, he couldve told me so on the phone and saved me the time and effort of rearranging my schedule to accomodate him.

They were very nice, professional and provided some good information but I have had to relocate so am not able to follow through with the project.

If you have any problems he will repair it for you. He gives a lifetime guarantee with his work. He has been out here a couple of times this year. He always takes the part to Lowes to make it right. He said that I can call him whenever there a problem. I recommend him to my friends.

Jeff came and gave us an estimate and started the job when he said he would. Cost was reasonable and there were no added cost after job started. He cleaned up after himself and left the work within a good shape. Very polite and kept me informed (over). He finished the job in a timely manner. Teresa came with him some (she is an artist). She did the window and it is beautiful. She also gave me good advice to trim and colors. All-in-all it was better than I expected. I would gladly recommend them to others.
