Description of Work: I had the Honey Do Service come out to my house to give me an estimate. The estimator was punctual, professional, and I didn't feel like I had to rush. He had the time for me to ask all my questions and did seem to care about my concerns. However, I did not use them for my first project (remove old countertops) because their estimate was high and I could get that done for cheaper. On their second visit, I had them price a few small jobs (soap dispencer repair and lattice reapair) and one big job (repair rotten wood/columns on my front porch). Again their estimate seems high compared to the others I have received, but I have not made my final decision yet. They have never done work for me up to this point.

Description of Work: We had a power outage a couple of weeks ago. Therefore, we had to open the garage doors manually. When the power came back on, the garage doors wouldn't work. Called Honey Do and a gentleman, Mr. Goldstein (the owner of the company) came out. He was very graious and polite in letting my husband know, all he had to do was pull and lock the door back in place! Mr. Goldstein refused to take any money at all. Will definitely call and refer them in the future!
