Beginning with our request for an estimate to the final day of work, these people were thoroughly professional. The arrived on time, executed each task with precision and completed the detailed project on time. They were responsive to our questions and concerns and went the extra mile to make sure that we were satisfied with each phase of the project. We will call them first for any future projects.

Estimator showed up on time. I agreed to the price and scheduled the work to be done before he left the job. The workers showed up on time and completed the work same day ahead of schedule. Job completed in an excellent manner. The gentlemen were very professional. The job was cleaned up completed before the left.

They put in very nice fixture with lights above the cabinet, with a new kind of lights that are economical to operate and is supposed to last five years. Then something accidentally happened and they had to replace my sink which was underneath the medicine cabinet. A hole was broken in my sink and so they replaced it without charging me. I thought they were slow since it took quite a while. Then I had a leak in my living room and they made two efforts to patch the leak. It was a stubborn situation and it has been difficult for other people to get it to stop. So they said that if their last work did not help it I needed to call a roofer. It did not stop leaking for a while but right now even though it has been raining every day it has not been leaking. However they told me they could not do anymore for it and I need to call a roofer.

Came out to look at our job and we never heard back from them!

Over the phone the conversation was positive, the visit was timely, they got back with me the same afternoon, but the message I received after was disheartening. The cost is based on using our electrical labor most efficiently and thereby saving you money. I would have to utilize a service charge minimum for each project if done separately and would mean an increasing cost to you. They advertise no job too small but do not mention a service charge minimum until this last email. I would have liked to have the services but just can't afford the entire amount at this time and it seems they are uninterested in doing small jobs afterall. That's too bad for both of us.

The three separate jobs were coordinated and finished in a satisfactory time. The workers showed up in a timely fashion and all of them did excellent work. I would use Honey-Do again. They were very easy to work with and dependable.

Mark was here when he said he would be,he didn't stop until the job was completed,he cleaned up after himself,made sure everything was working before he left.

They were very professional and knowledgeable. They were on time and I really liked them. They were helpful.

The Honey Do Service of Kingsport The Honey Do Service of Kingsport, re-installed my toilet to get it to stop leaking. He did a good job, was very patient, he had to lift it three times to set it right and told me if it leaks again then it definitely has a crack in it and would need replaced, but since he re-installed it, it lasted another year before the crack showed up and it started leaking again. He went the distance on it and I was impressed with how he put out the effort and he was right about the crack. I would definitely use him again.

They were way too expensive. I think they just did that because I was a woman. When my boyfriend came over they told him that it was kind of expensive. I got the same work done for $1,050. I don't think I would use them in the future.

I have had them do estimates for other jobs in the past and I thought one of them was high but this estimate was good. I will use them again in the future.

We were not impressed with them. They underestimated it by a lot; it was thousands of dollars and they didn't basically even look when they came. The insurance adjuster adjusted it by thousands of dollars. Basically all this company saw was siding and windows. They did come on time.

It was awesome and I would recommend them very highly. They are very punctual. They tell you what time they are going to be here and they are here. If they are not, then they call before the time they schedule. They were going to be 10 minutes late the last time and they gave me a 20-minute warning that they are going to be 10 minutes late. It was actually due to the weather because we had a bad snowstorm in the area. I figured they would be late and I didn’t figure they would be working at all that day. They called me when it was 20 minutes to 8 o’clock to tell me that they were going to be about 10 minutes late, but they were actually about 8 minutes late. They also clean up after themselves and you wouldn’t even know that they were here. They cleaned the shavings off the floor for the wall they had to cut out. They are very friendly as well. Overall, they are excellent. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

Overall job was very satisfactory..........desired result was achieved.

The work has not been started yet, as most of the people recommended that we wait until the heat died down a little to do the repairs to the roof.

They took on difficult repair challenges and returned the house to a state reminiscent of new. Many contractors had looked at these jobs and did not even bother submiiting a bid. These guys are thorough, efficient, quiet (no loud radios, etc.), pleasant and eager to please. They are both very experienced in their crafts and are problem solvers who take pride in doing a good and thorough job. The siding was about 11 years old and no longer available. Someone else was assigned to scout out replacement pieces, and he traveled at least an hour away to bring back materials suitable for the job. These men went above and beyond their assigned tasks fixing things that were amiss at no additional charge, even though they were not on the estimate list. All in all, we had a very positive experience with this company and plan to use their services again.

Richard came to do an estimate; we walked him through our entire punch list from the inspection of our newly purchased home. e gave us an estimate line by line and was very thorough in delineating cost to repair or cost to replace if necessary. We were able to pick and choose what we wanted done. The service men were scheduled within 48 hours of my call to the office; they were punctual, talented and quick. We were very pleased with the work.

The entire process from the initial contact to the completion of the work was done professionally and at a fair price.

They did a good job. One thing they did was cut the carpet to far back, but they patched it and it looks fine. They were prompt, efficient and friendly. They have called back to see if there is anything else they can do.

Gregg, the owner, provided the estimate and cautioned that because of the inability to access inside the walls, there may be hidden damage. This was an expected caution. His estimate was a low to high amount and was acceptable. The morning the work was to start, Fred, Mike and Rudy showed up on time. Fred explained that Mike and Rudy would be doing the actual work and that he would be supervising and running any errands needed. All three gentlemen were older, that is not kids. Obviously with some experience. Mike and Rudy reviewed the effort and gave Fred a list of supplies that would be needed. When Fred went off to get the supplies, they tackled the job of repairing the support wall and insuring all structural components were properly repaired. After Fred returned with the required supplies, the brick work was completed. This was somewhat intricate as it had to be filled in from the bottom to the remaining structure on the top. Mike performed this work and did a marvelous job. By the end of the first day, the damage had been repaired, the brick work completed and the trim work essentially complete. Mike came back the second morning to complete the brick work. This was required to insure the mortar joints had dried sufficiently. Mike did all the final washing and clean up and left the job site better than he found it. The final bill was less then the original low estimate. I am exceeding happy with the job that was done, the honestly of the company, and the people that were assigned to the task.

They were very prompt, they were on time, and they seemed to know what they were doing.

Overall the job is great! I would recommend to my friends because of price and the efficient job they did. Awesome value for job!

Wonderful owner Greg "Very prompt" when scheduled for estimate. He was afraid that he would be late and called 15 minutes prior to schedule appt. to tell he might be a few minutes late, acutally arrived only 3 minutes after set appt time.. IMPRESSIVE....... Work began on scheduled date, Fred the worker was an awesome gentleman, who is WONDERFUL at his job, Very meticulous, always cleaned up after his day was complete and also as he was going through his job duties, very personable, did not spend his time looafing about. Did a wonderful job and explained everything in detail..Went above and beyond expectations. Would highly recommend this company...We will be using in the future

I contacted Gregg on 5/6/2010 and asked him for an estimate. He scheduled a visit on 5/7/2010 at 9:00am. He arrived at 8:55am and thoroughly examined the projects. He told me he priced jobs individually so I wouldn't have to do "all or nothing". He gave me a quote before he left. Although the price was a little higher than some others, I was pleased with his professionalism and accepted the quote for one of the projects. He scheduled the job for 5/11/2010 @ 9:00am. Fred arrived at 9:00am on 5/11/2010. I wasn't able to be there at that time but my wife was. She said he was very cordial and eager to get the project started. The job took about 3.5 hours to complete. I was able to come home before he left and he explained what he found and what he did to fix it. The repairs look great.
