Description of Work: We had our kitchen floors sanded, stained and refinished. Sergio and his son did an excellent job and the floors look better than when we first bought our home. Tim (the owner) came out and gave us the estimate and communicated with us at every step of the process. I can]t say enough about how pleased we are with the results.

Description of Work: The R&S Guys replaced a section of floor for our kitchen remodel that had been tile. They installed the same 1.5" Common Red Oak in the kitchen space that was in the rest of our house. Then, they sanded the living room and hall and refinished the whole area to match. You can't even tell the 60 year old wood from the 1 month old wood. VERY well done. And the transition point, into the bedrooms (which we did not refinish) is BARELY noticable. Price was great, the guys were knowledgable, punctual, and confident. Will use again for future projects.
