"Beware! I hired them to install a 30amp outlet for a camper, upon inspection it did not pass and WAS NOT SAFE. The wrong amp size wires were used and the wires under the plastic was exposed and almost touching which could have been potentially very dangerous. The company admitted fault upon contact that the technician needed and would get additional training. They would not partially refund at all for their improper work, even though they have a warranty they boast about and a slogan that says if your not thrilled you’re not billed and sundays are for God. Very disappointed, if I had to do over again I would have chosen Atomic Electrical who fixed their faulty and dangerous work."

A couple of years ago, we had a General Contractor began the process of building my wife and I a new home in West Knoxville and when our home was approx. 75% completed, our contractor left; no warning.. just abandoned us and our new home build project. Thankfully (so very thankfully) we found Hartman Construction a week laterâ ¦. and they saved usâ ¦ and our homeâ ¦ finishing many-many areas that we undone, working so hard to get us our Certification of Occupancy. "I initially selected West Shore Home to do my window replacement principally because their salesman so much less pushy than the others that I requested estimates from. I am allergic to a hard sell! But their excellent service continued throughout the project. I needed a total of more than 20 windows replaced in a 70-year old home. Quite a job! They scheduled the installation well in advance so that I could plan my schedule. They came exactly on time on the appointed day. Everyone on the crew was cheerful, courteous, and knowledgeable. When it turned out that some of the materials sent from the factory had minor defects, they not only offered to replace all the defective panes but even showed me a couple of defects that I had not noticed. And they returned not once but twice to be sure that everything was perfect before they called the job complete."
