Cleaning done quickly and well

It went very well, I was very pleased. I marked a "B" on punctuality because the technician was late but called me when he knew he was going to be late to explain why. As a mother and grandmother, I could fully understand his reason, he's a young father and his babysitter cancelled on him at the last minute, so he had to wait for his mother to come over to stay with his children. He was still less than 30 minutes late from our original appointment time and it gave me a chance to do a few things in my kitchen that I wanted to do. He was so nice and did such a great job, I didn't even care that he was a few minutes late. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience. And I couldn't beat the price!! I got $75 worth of cleaning for only $50 with a great "Deal of the Day" from Angie's List.

Apparently there is an Xtreme Clean - Angie's Gold List - and an Extreme Clean. Two different companies. Both have "A" ratings but after purchasing a deal I was unable to make contact with Extreme Clean. They never contacted me by the date that was given as the response window, and I couldn't even get an answer on the phone. I left messages, with no call back. I clearly can't rate their price, quality, or punctuality because I was never able to get in touch with them. However, based on responsiveness and professionalism, if "F" = Lousy on the Angie's List grading scale, then they certainly earned an "F" in my book.

GREAT, as usual! They are always very friendly, on time, professional and efficient. Job well done. We have 4 kids, 2 dogs and a cat so our carpets get abused regularly. Extreme clean always does a fantastic job and I appreciate the deals I can get from Angie's List to help the cost of frequent cleanings.

They charge per room size so I paid an extra $25 for an extra large room. I'm torn between a Stanley Steamer type cleaning versus a chemical cleaning.

The carpet cleaning job went really well., I would highly recommend Extreme Clean to other Angie's List members. The service was highly professional and the person servicing my carpets was very nice. I felt I got my full value out of the deal. Thanks Angie's List! My carpets look great after the effort of Extreme Clean's Jeremy worked his magic on them. I look forward to using them again in the future.

They were very accommodating and added the hallway for a reasonable price. Went above and beyond in service. Thank you.

It was fine. They did their work in good time and did a good job.

I had purchased a Big Deal for the service. He did a wonderful job. He was a nice young man and he tried to please me every way he could. I would use him again. I had paid an extra $50 because I had stains on the carpet that were extremely bad. When you get your carpet cleaned now, it is usually $100.

Both people who came to my house were very friendly and immediately went to work. I was charged an additional $50.00 to have the stairs cleaned. My only minor detractor was after they used my bathroom for the water which was okay with me they didn't leave everything in its place. My shower curtain was still pulled back, the light to the bathroom was left on and there was some minor spillage of water on the floor that wasn't cleaned up. I did have run out to them to return their water bucket they inadvertently left behind. The actual cleaning of the carpet was done very well and it looked great! I'll use this company again.

My wife called this guy(the owner), and she didn't like him talking to her like a child and hanging up his phone in her face; so it was NOT a pleasant conversation at all!!!

We just got possession of our new house and the carpets were really dirty. We were going to rip them out and replace the flooring right away and then we decided to put that off for now and so we called Extreme Clean and they came out the same day. They were actually early and got the job done before our furniture arrived. They did a good job and paid extra attention to the dirtier areas. I thought they were very affordable for the amount of carpet we needed to be cleaned.

It went well. He cleaned some bedrooms and the upstairs hallway. It took about an hour to do.

They were nice. It was not the best cleaning I have ever got. I paid extra from the deal. I had dog urine in my carpet. After it dried, the next week I could still smell it. I felt like it was not completely cleaned. They staff were nice and professional.

Very nice and quick. I also was having house cleaned and they did not complain that anyone was in the way. I did feel like some of the pricing was a little high for the furniture. I have had them cleaned before without a coupon for much cheaper but they were nice about it and were very prompt at scheduling and working with me on times.

Tommy & one other guy showed up on time & got to work immediately. They made sure & covered the kitchen floor so no harm was done . They thoroughly cleaned the carpets thru out the house . Tommy is very courteous & polite. It is a pleasure doing business with him . This is the second time I have used his services & will call him again !

Went well. Arrived on time, worked fast & efficiently. Carpet looked great when done.

Very pleased with the work and also with provider--I will have them back soon to clean kitchen tile and will recommend them to others.

I took advantage of the Angie's deal for carpet cleaning. EXTREME CLEAN came to my home several weeks ago. We could not have asked for more considerate and efficient service, and more fair pricing. I waited to do a review for Angie's list because when other, more well-known companies shampooed our carpets, old spots resurfaced within ten days to two weeks. It has been over a month since Extreme clean cleaned our carpets. Only one difficult spot reappeared, but when I called the company, they came the next day to re-do that spot, with no charge, and the spot is gone. Really, I have never had such a professional and successful experience of carpet cleaning. I will never call anyone else. They are not only "Extreme Cleaners," they are the "Extreme DREAM Cleaners." Their job alone makes my Angie's list membership worth every penny. Thank you. They definitely receive an A+ rating from me.

They were very punctual, arrived on time, got the job done in a timely manner. They cleaned up after themselves.

At the time of these services they call before they come and are always prepared. The "techs" are always professional and treat your property as if was their own. Basically, they do what they say. Always go above and beyond what most cleaners do not do. They make you feel good with the decision you have made.

All areas were cleaned well. He took rugs with him and brought them back the next week. It was obvious that he had worked hard on them and tried several products on the most difficult one (pet stains).

He arrived late to the job. He had agreed to clean several rooms (the largest room is not 40'x30'; It is more like 30'x19') and to clean the sofa. He also understood the sunroom carpet needed to be stretched back into place and some carpet in a bedroom needed to be patched. That said, he "finished" the job and asked for payment. I live in the home with my friend and witnessed the altercation as it occurred between them. He was told that the job was not completed, since he had not as yet cleaned the sofa, made the patch repair or stretched the carpet in the sunroom as verbally agreed at the time of his estimate. He stated the job WAS completed and then DEMANDED that she pay him his money. This went on for several minutes, during which he begged me to intervene. I explained to him his business was not with me, but with my friend. Then he said she should pay him $300.00, and call it a day. To this she agreed, just so we could get him out of the house.. Sometime during all this, he became verbally abusive and threatening towards BOTH of us, telling us he would get his money one way or the other, . As I stated to the police as they took the report, I had been in fear that he might actually try to hurt us both, and he DID ASSAULT my friend, since he grabbed her by the wrist and wrenched the $300.00 from her hand as she was attempting to to pay him. He held on to one of the bills, but the other two fell on the floor. He bent down and snatched them from the floor and left. This behavior makes me believe he is a menace to women alone in their homes. He should not be able to treat people as he did us, and if there is any governing body for the carpet cleaning industry, he should, at least, be sanctioned by them. Regarding the remarks he made as to our lifestyle, my friend and I DO NOT DRINK liquor. There is no way he saw liquor bottles in the kitchen, since he was never in there (no carpet in kitchen). Our drinking days are long behind us; we are both over 60 yrs old. As to the medicine bottles mentioned (HIPA Laws anybody?), my friend is disabled and in extreme pain from several surgeries. Of course she has medications to assuage her pain! This libelous response he posted should be taken down, and an apology for the things he said in it should be forthcoming. Of course, I realize this apology will never be heard, as it is obvious he feels he did nothing wrong. I would like to prosecute him for slander or libel , maybe both, (not sure which one is written and which is verbal), but it would be a waste of time and effort.

Carpets look brand new!!! My elderly parents used them also and had the floors buffed and they look so good!!! Great job and price was right!!!
