+ -1 moreThe plan that we used was 2 ladies for 2 hours for $100. My wife felt like you couldn't really tell somebody came and cleaned the house. They did do it but it was somewhat incomplete. It was mediocre work. Most house cleaners we have used are in the ballpark on price.

+ 0 moreThey had cleaned up the apartment on the other side of the duplex and did a wonderful job, with which I was very pleased. When the other tenant moved out and I hired them again to clean up the second apartment, I was not pleased with the work and advised the owner immediately. Because the duplex was being shown for sale the next day, I did not have time to get them back to remedy the work, but the owner was VERY responsive and regretful that the job had not met my (or their) standards. He immediately cut the price in half and I thought that was very fair. I know sometimes cleaning crews vary in quality, but I felt like the company stood behind their work and I WILL use them again!
Description of Work: I had Extreme Clean do a move-out clean-up after a tenant left my rental property.

Description of Work: Horrible customer service. Tommy is rude & arrogant. He actually called my phone & yelled at me, then hung up in my face. I had scheduling conflicts w/ this company. They tell you that they will call you back & they don't. Very unprofessional.

+ -1 moreThey did a fabulous job. I made a Big Deal purchase with them. I did not have to pay any more than the Big Deal price. It worked beautifully. The day he had me scheduled to do, he had ran into a problem and I said, "Well, that's okay because I don't have you scheduled until the next Thursday". My guess is I'm the one who had the wrong date and he wasn't, so I think he was right and I had just gotten it wrong because it was the next Thursday, but anyway, it all worked well. They followed up about coming out. This was my first time using them.

When my cat freaked out and perched on the curtain rod -- she didn't leave the room I thought she would exit instantly -- the young man gently helped me get her to safety. I was impressed with his professionalism and hard work.

Description of Work: Extreme Clean associate, Jeremy, called me about 10 minutes before my appointment time to let me know that he had finished his previous job and that he would arrive shortly after my appointment time. That courteous was very much appreciated! When he arrived, he was very polite and explained all the options of their cleaning packages, how the cleaning process works, and what to expect. That was also much appreciated. The end results were phenomenal! I've had nationally known carpet cleaners clean our carpets in the past, but have never had the results I got with extreme clean. Our carpets look better than new and NO stain rings from the pet stains ( that were still visible from the last cleaning.). I highly recommend Extreme Clean for your carpet cleaning needs.
