He were on time and courteous, he cleaned 1500 sq. ft. of carpet with light furniture moving in about an hour. The stairs were extra $25.00, I was happy with the service and would recommend this company.

Went really well. I do have to follow-up with this type of cleaning by vacuuming the rugs to get the remaining solution out of them the day after but a small price to pay for the results. My old carpeting looks great and the two guys were professional in that they completed the job quickly without compromising on the quality.

We purchased the $99 carpet cleaning Angie's list deal. After a difficult time scheduling, rescheduling, etc., the crew came over and stated they could not do the worth for the price provided. They did not actually do any carpet cleaning. We promptly contacted Angie's List, who made a refund easy and seamless. They recommended another deal, and we rescheduled that day with another company who was able to clean our carpets without any issues.

We could not be any happier with the service provided. We had one area of carpet that had a bad stain and Tommy (the owner) told us up front what needed to be done, the price (extremely reasonable), and each step of what they would do. He and the gentleman (Harold) helping him immediately got to work. They both were professional yet extremely friendly. We would use them again without hesitation! They both were fantastic and HONEST! Give them a try. I am sure you will not be sorry.

First, the provider informed me that what I purchased was a foam cleaner that he would apply and I would be left to vacuum the carpets once the foam dried. Because the picture associated with the listing showed a steam cleaner, I assumed that is the service I was purchasing. Once he explained to me the difference in price, he charged me an additional $250 for the service, as each area would cost $50 a piece. My objection was that this was certainly not the "deal" I had hoped for. The cleaning job was done well, although it seemed that the "free" sanitizer was necessary to cover the mildew smell from the machine. Only the first room was affected. While the carpet was wet, it had a strong mildew odor, but thankfully not once it had dried. The technician was very polite and helpful to move furniture, even though he was not under any obligation to do so.

There was a big stain left in my hallway that seemed to have been caused by a machine. There was debris left I the house that appeared to be little bits of paper. In fairness I did not call them to complain but I won't be using them again.

Extreme clean was on time, professional, and did a very good job. They used hot water extraction to clean carpets (I requested this process). It took longer than expected for it to dry (9hrs). Overall did a great job and I will use them again.

I called this company and nobody answered the phone. I left a message on the voicemail. I left a detailed message with my name and number. Nobody called me back. After not getting a call back, I then called the alternate number because there were two contact numbers. A guy answered the phone and said his name was Harold. He told me he didn't work at the Memphis location he was near Jackson or Lexington. He told me he was going to call the guy in Memphis and let him know I was interested in getting the carpet cleaned in my house and also getting the carpet cleaned in a different house. He told me to call back and leave another message and say I had talked to Harold. I did and still nothing. If this is how they run their business I don't want any part of it. And I don't want to recommend this businesss to any friends or co-workers.
