I called the company on Monday and they scheduled an electrician to come the following day. The electrician was very professional and knowledgeable, listened attentively when I described the problems, figured out how to fix them, fixed them, and explained what he had done and why.

Friday morning I received a call from the technician asking me if he could come in the morning to look at the tub. He also ask if he could go ahead and do the estimate at that time or if I preferred he come back at the scheduled time. It was fine with me that he do both early. He was very pleasant and even though getting to the motor was a tedious job, he kept at it until he could access it. We tested it out and he determined there wasn't anything wrong with the motor. We ran the jets in the tub for some time to make sure, but still couldn't determine why it smoked. He cleaned up in the bathroom and then we went outside to discuss the lighting and outlets I desired. He gave me some great suggestions and ideas I hadn't thought of. All in all a great experience. Because of the amount and types of lighting I want I couldn't get an estimate today but should have one by Monday.

I really appreciated Ron's thoroughness when he came out for the initial visit. He took the time to actually tell me the locations that were at risk, and pointed out simple, free ways to secure the house. His many years of experience in installing alarm systems meant that he was able to easily size up not only our house's needs, but what we needed because of our neighborhood. He took the time to answer my many questions, and helped me to understand the many different approaches alarm salesmen have in convincing a prospective customer to purchasing their product(guilt trip, lowering price, throwing in freebies, high pressure techniques). I was nice having someone explain how different companies approached a customer. OK, so the installation was set up for the next day after I call them with my decision. The two technicians were prompt and obviously experienced-I liked knowing that it was UL listed electricians installing my system. They were fast with the installation, but they took the time to not only explain how the keypad worked, but(good teaching method)had me do several procedures with them right there for practice. Other pluses: Locally owned company, excellent reputation in the area, provides all the support that the big national companies do. You pay more money upfront with the installation and cost of the equipment, but then you own it, ultimately saving you money in the long run. We are paying $20 a month for monitoring, charged quarterly.

The guys who came were very prompt, calling before they came. I was their first stop of the day. I had gone to drop my car at the shop and when they got the answering machine at home, they left a message and also called my cell. Thank goodness they called both phones or they might have thought I wasn't home and wouldn't have come out. They worked very quickly and spread a large, heavy canvas drop cloth over the counters or floor where they were working so there was very little mess. The first day they came out and moved a vanity light fixture up about 2 ft., replaced 3 outside light fixtures, and checked our under cabinet lights. We found out they needed new bulbs and the transformer needed replacing. While they were here, I asked them about the wires in the wall where I wanted to put in a medicine cabinet. They checked and even installed that for me. They did everything in about 2 1/2 hours. I asked them for an estimate for some other things I needed doing and they gave me a price that was very close to the actual costs. They were able to come out the next day and do the other work I wanted done: added a new switch at the end of a hallway, replaced 2 bathroom fans and rewired our doorbell since the garage-door installer had cut the wire. As they were replacing a light fixture in the kitchen, one of the men brought me in and showed me how difficult it was going to be to change light bulbs in the future. He remembered that the reason I had him replace the 3 fixtures the previous day was because I had a hard time replacing the light bulbs on the original fixtures. He was very easy-going about taking down the new fixture and capped off the ends until I could get another new fixture to replace it. The work took about 2 1/2 hours the first day and about 4 hours the second day. I was very pleased with their work and will definitely have them back.

They did an excellent job and responded quickly. When they arrived, they asked what was to be done and went right to work. Their price was very fair and they cleaned up after the job was done.

Excellent service. They gave me an accurate quote over the phone. Cellular unit cost $180 installed. Monitoring cost only $27 per month. Unit and first 3 months monitoring total $261. Technician arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. Monitoring is excellent. They call within seconds of an alarm.

We had another electrician come out and they could not find the reason the lights were flickering. After contacting our utility company, we were told the problem was in our house. I used Angie's List to find Elledale. They came out and found the problem in 10 min. We scheduled to put in the new box. The two electricians arrived on time and were very pleasant to work with. Although the new box was much larger than the old one and in a tight spot, they put the new box in seamlessly. It actually looks better than before. They cleaned up the work area. The job was done for the estimated amount.

For strictly cosmetic reasons, we replaced all of the traditional light switches in our home with the newer flat switches throughout our home. Along the way we miswired two of the switches which were more complicated. We contacted Ellendale to come in and correct our untrained work. They did so professionally and quickly, and were patient enough to educate us in the process. The technician was everything we hoped for and more.

We were very satisfied with the work. There were two people doing the installation and I think one of them was in training. They did put on the cover upside down, so we called them and they were out the next day to fix it. We were very pleased with the fee that they charged us.

I have used them quite a few times in the past so I know what a good job they do. They are always here on time and prepared to do whatever needs to be done. I think they are all very friendly and professional.

Everything about this company was great. The price was much lower then I had ever expected, and they really did a great job of not getting everything filthy while they were in and out of the house. They did everything in a very timely manner and the finished project was wonderful.

This was a much needed job for us. We called, and they showed up with in the same day and fulfilled our request. They used extreme caution, and they did a great job with the cleaned up when they were done. The job was done just how we wanted.

He was always professional when dealing with us. Showed up when he said he would, and he did not waste any time to get the work done. What I liked the most was he did the work to my satisfaction. If there were any problems he promised to come back free of charge. Of course there had not been any problems with his work.

It only took less than an hour to accomplish this job which was carefully done. They are known for their outstanding record in safety as well as their quality of work. We have always used their services and will continue to.

I would recommend this company to anyone because they are honest and trustworthy. I am always pleased with their service because I have used them on several different occasions. I think that the workers are friendly and they make sure to please the customer. I will always call them for all of my own electrical needs.

I have used them a few times for other electrical problems so they are the first people I thought to call when we needed some outlets moved. They were quick to come out, were very professional, friendly, and had the job done quickly and correctly.

He did a really good job and he knew exactly what he was doing. He did the work right and was time efficient. Everything still worked fine so he was dedicated to his work. The repair was done under my home repair contract so I didn t have any out of pocket expense.
