Description of Work: Serviced my dryer and gave mea quote to repair my washer. He did not recommend repair due to the age of washer and the cost of the part. He also gave me a list of the brands that they repaired the least. I was very pleased with their service.

Description of Work: Unfortunately, I never got to use their services. It appears that their main office receptionist was out ill and the temp they had answering the phones taking requests for service never passed my call on to the technicians. I did call back to inquire why no one ever returned my call for an appointment. This may be an excellent business that just had a hiccup!

Description of Work: They were on time and fixed a problem with my freezer that I had purchased from Lowes in Frankllin Tennessee. They worked fast, were polite and I was surprised at the fact that they knew what and how to fix it the first time without addational questions. I woould definitley use these guys agaiin.
