Quick Estimate and Quick to get the job done

Mr. Wigginton came promptly and gave me an eatimate for the work. The team arrived before the scheduled hour, 7 am, and waited in their trucks until it was time. They did a good job and it looks very good. The workers were polite and did an excellent job of cleaning up after they were finished.

Mr. Wigginton returned phone calls and texts and showed up when he said he would. His crew did a great job removing and replacing broken driveway and sidewalk sections. I would highly recommend Wigginton Concrete!!

Very responsive, Came out the same day I called to give me an estimate, and was out within a couple of days to do the work. Finished product looked great and I very much appreciated how well they cleaned up my property and the street in front of it after the work was done.

Eugene was responsive it getting me a quote and started work within a few weeks; the team/laborers worked very hard and did excellent concrete work; A shout out especially to Juan who took the lead and lead the team to do a high quality job. We had a little trouble getting a brick approved in a timely manner and the scheduled mason was a no show. Another mason was found and the quality of work was OK. All in all, I highly recommend Eugene and team.

Upon receiving the recommendation by Angie's List, I called Mr. Eugene Wigginton by phone late in the day. I left a message, and he called me back on the next day. We arranged for him to provide me with an estimate, and he came out on the morning and at the exact time we had agreed. We exchanged several texts to clarify his services and the price, and I agreed to his terms initially by text. Due to his heavy work schedule, a few days later we coordinated a final pre-work review for 5:30 in the morning, and he was there exactly when he said he would be there. On the day he began the work, he and six other men arrived with their equipment at exactly 8:00 a.m., and after I signed the slightly revised contract, they began work right away. They set out reflective cones in the street in front of their vehicles to warn other drivers, removed the old pavement, stockpiled it temporarily in the street, then had a dump truck and front end loader arrive and remove the debris. This was followed immediately by the cement truck. Eugene orchestrated the entire operation with military precision. The men worked hard, cleaned up the work area, and completed the entire project in one day under extreme heat conditions. Eugene had to make an adjustment to the original type of concrete finish due to city code requirements, and he informed me of this before the pour occurred. He left reflective cones in place to keep people from disturbing the concrete. They all maintained a positive attitude throughout the day. Prior to work beginning I had to show Mr. Wigginton the approximate locations of the water spouts and live water lines associated with my irrigation system. Although one of the devices attached to my yard irrigation system was damaged during the construction process, Eugene gladly replaced the device at his cost. I have informed Mr. Wigginton that I intend to use his firm when I need to replace my driveway in the next few years.

Took over 5 months to complete due to weather issues and unknown other delays. No contact from contractor unless I contacted them for a status. All work was done on Sunday's except the final pour. However, contractor immediately responded when contacted. Quality of finished project was average.

Originally, this concrete was dug up and replaced in May. Mr. Wigginton had told us to expect that it would be gray at first, and over the course of about a week, it would turn white. Amazingly enough, it turned solid white within 36 hours, which is highly unusual. Unfortunately, once it turned white, we also got four hairline cracks in different areas around the pool. Mr. Wigginton came out numerous times to look at it, and he was constantly in contact with us, assuring us repeatedly that whatever it took, he would make it right, and it would look the way he promised. It turns out that the concrete poured by the concrete supplier was improperly mixed. It cured too fast and turned white because it was not the right mixture. The concrete supplier eventually stated that they would repour the concrete at no charge, but Mr. Wigginton would have to bear the expense of digging it up yet again and then doing the work required after it was poured. Because of several events scheduled at our home in the month of June, we asked him to wait until after July 4th weekend to begin work again. On July 6th, Mr. Wigginton and his crew came out here, removed the concrete sections with the cracks, and then met the concrete truck, which poured new concrete in the sections that had to be removed. It is, just as Mr. Wigginton promised, a dull gray, slowly turning to white. We would very highly recommend Mr. Wigginton and his company. Every time we contacted him, by phone or text, he responded almost immediately. When he promised that something would be done a certain day, he carried through. Not only that, but he bore the expense of making this concrete right by pulling his crew off another paying job to repair ours. He is a man of integrity, one whom we trust, and we would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone at any time. We are extremely pleased with the final product!

He responded right away to my request for an estimate. They arrived early to my house and the job was finished by noon - including the time they waited and made sure it set properly. I am very pleased with the work they did.

Awesome!!!! The new porch exceeded my expectations. I am thouroughly pleased with the finished product. The entire process was painless and turned out incredible. Having had bad experiences with contractors in the past who did not do what they were supposed to do or who did shoddy work, I used Angie's List in hopes of avoiding another nightmare. I must say that working with Mr. Wigginton and his crew was a dream from beginning to end. The process took longer than originally stated due to the ongoing rain, which could not be avoided, plus I had a family emergency. Mr. Wigginton worked with me. He kept me informed every step of the way. He was always punctual and cleaned up any debris. He even dug up my plant to preserve it. If I ever need anything done in the future, this company is my first choice. The price was fair and the workmanship and professionalism were great. I have only good things to say about this experience. If I could rate them A+, I would.

This was my first experience using Wigginton Concrete. Mr. Wigginton and his team did an excellent job. I highly recommend this company. Mr. Wigginton is professional, punctual and does quality work. The cost of the project was fair. I would definitely use Wigginton Concrete again.

It went really well, even though the project was at the very rear of my property. Which justified the cost due to the length of travel for each concrete being wheeled to job location. Mr Wigginton was very professional and reasonable. To be honest I have plans on using him to extend my patio. Job Well done from The McCreight's!

This is the 3rd time I have used Wigginton's concrete service. He is by far one of the most professional people I have ever worked with. He is on time, his rates are very fair, and his work is outstanding. He has poured a 30 x 50 slab for a barn, a 10 x 30 patio, and a 15 x 25 foot floor for our dog kennel. The work is always excellent. The best part of Wigginton's concrete service is his communication with his customer. He has made suggestions to us that we used and they worked out better than what I had planned. IF something comes up that will delay him doing his job for you HE WILL CALL YOU! To me this is one of the most important services he provides. I can easily plan my schedule because I know when he will be there or if something comes up (like rain) that will make it impossible to pour concrete he will call promptly and reschedule. Like I said, we have used Eugene Wigginton's concrete service three times and I will not use anyone else.

Small outfit doing big things! Eugene and his crew were very professional, on time, and finished the job ahead of schedule. As far as pricing goes, there is not really a standard i know of to compare to as i after i met Eugene i looked no further. I look at like this, if your satisfied and comfortable with the price, its fair. A++++++

He arrived early set up forms to my specifications poured the cement in the squared off area, completed the job and allowed it to cure.

Eugene and his crew were always accomodating to needs. Always professional while explaining what they were going to do when. The 4-5 day project took 3 weeks because of 2 weeks of rain. Crew finished asap without delays. We were not pleased with the color of the concrete tint and Eugene made the necessary changes of color to our satisfaction at no extra expense. We are extremely happy with the final outcome and how the utilitarian stair steps now are a beautiful accent to the yard.

Mr. Wigginton came early set up the forms poured the concrete smooth it out shaped it and finished the job in just a few hours...he did the job very professionally.

Eugene and his crew did an awesome job with our back patio enlargement project. He came highly recommended by Craig's Home Improvement. We did several different mock layouts of the patio enlargement. Our existing patio was rather small and composed mainly of brick. The crew demolished the existing patio and added fill and forms for the bigger patio. This entire project was done in super hot August conditions, which was not exactly the best time to pour concrete. After completing the big pour and waiting for it to set, Eugene's crew put a textured finish on the new patio surface. They completed the new patio and steps with a stone facade that matched our existing pool coping. They did such an outstanding job that we decided to have our other brick step entrance demolished and reconstructed to match the new patio. We couldn't be happier with the completed project. Eugene managed all facets of our patio redesign perfectly. Give him an opportunity to bid on your next concrete project and you won't be sorry.
