Mr. Wigginton is the best. On time, finished a day early, clean job site, professional crew and a very competitive price among the 4 bids I received. Furnished a written estimate via email, brought a contract to the first day of work explaining the process and when payment was expected... Driveway looks great.

Not sure what it is up with these contractors on Angie's List, but this is the second paving business that told me to text my info and they'd get back to me with an estimate, and just never got back to me. It's not on me to chase down quotes -- if you don't want to do the job, just say so. I guess my job isn't big enough for these guys. So unless you've got a medium-to-large job, don't expect a response.

Excellent!!! Eugene came quickly to give me an estimate and was a great guy to do business with. After several attempts to do the job due to another contractor not performing his work on time and weather delays, the work was finally completed. Eugene was very understanding about the delays and did the work as quickly as possible as he knew that my pool renovation was dependent on him completing his work. He squeezed me into his busy schedule and the pool renovation went off right on schedule. There was also quite a bit of dirt to haul off which he did and left the job site clean and neat. Great! As a retired contractor, I am very particular. I was very impressed from beginning to end! Eugene was very professional. Alway came when he said he would arrive and always performed well. Great communication and excellent crew! He was able to adapt when any unforeseen issue arose and solve them as required! He even worked on weekends because of weather delays! several of my neighbors are planning on using him because he did such a GREAT job!

Eugene and his crew were fantastic. Communicated with us when needed. Prices are very reasonable. Are backyard is going to look so much better, due to the work of Eugene and team.

Did not go well. Work was to be started in November, 2015, but weather stopped progress until early summer. When work finally started, it was stop and start until it completely stopped. I believe that Wigginton ran out of money and couldn't pay for the concrete to pour my slab. I paid $ 8,000.00 up front that would more than paid for labor and material to finish the building slab, with the rest going for removing and replacing existing driveway. I have tried numerous times to contact the contractor, leaving a voice mail each time. This happened once before. with Wigginton making an excuse for bad health and personal problems. I was sympathetic to the man, but it's not my problem. I need my building and driveway completed, or part of my money returned so I can find another contractor to finish the work. Thanks for any help with this major problem.

Eugene and his crew did an excellent job extending the patio and a great job matching the existing patio. We love our patio and have received many compliments.

It didn't. Read above. He couldn't take the time to come look at the job. Maybe all thes concrete companies stick together. I can't understand how he could make a determination without looking at my patio. Completely unprofessional.

I have a pretty large wrap around driveway, approximately 1800 sq. ft., that originally was covered in gravel. I contacted Wigginton Concrete for an estimate and Eugene responded in a very timely manner. We scheduled an appointment for him to come out a couple of days later where Eugene showed up at the exact time he promised and took measurements. He sent me the estimate just a few hours later. I found the estimate to be very reasonable so we moved forward with the job. Eugene had originally quoted that the job would take approximately 2 to 3 days. On the first day of the job Eugene and his crew showed up at 8:30 am, as promised, and began the work and by the end of the day my entire driveway was poured. The day after Eugene and his crew came back and completed a detailed clean up, completing the job ahead of schedule. - I am thoroughly impressed with Eugene and his entire crew. They all were very polite, professional and very efficient in their time management. I would recommend Wigginton Concrete and will most definitely hire them again should a need arise.

Eugene is a great communicator, which makes any job a better experience. He and his crew were always on time and completed the job to my expectation. José, who shaped my path and patio, is a true artisan. The shapes I wanted are exactly what I got.

Mr. Wigginton was responsive and always on time, which is a rarity these days, very polite, and charged a fair price. Work was completed in 2 days and he worked with me to ensure that I was able to get a termite pre-treatment done so it wasn't necessary to ruin the newly poured patio by drilling into it. Highly recommend.

Contacted Mr Wigginton, he quickly responded to my call, We texted him the patio dimensions, Mr. Wigginton texted back that he would try to schedule the patio work for the following week. Gene Wigginton called the follow day to say he had schedule the work for the next morning at 7:00 am. At 6:45 am the next morning our door bell rang -- surprise -- it was Gene Wigginton. We can only say the experience with the Wigginton team was more then we expected, it was to very best. They were on time, cleaned up, left the area neat and clean. Best of all the price was right. Eugene's Wigginton's and his crew arrived on time exactly, if not a few minutes early. They went to work right away and worked the entire time. Nobody slacked off for even a second, and it was a HOT day. They obviously knew exactly what they were doing and they poured the perfect 41x12 slab. Eugene and all of his crew members were friendly, easy to talk to, and dedicated to getting my slab poured quickly and perfectly. A few weeks later, as if we weren't already happy enough with the look and quality of the slab, the screen room installers told us that "whoever poured your concrete did an almost perfectly square pour. This is the most level concrete we have ever worked with." Eugene will provide you with a signed work order and a warranty on all his work. That's something we specifically wanted before starting the work. We could not be happier with Eugene and we definitely recommend him to anyone that is in need of concrete. Thanks Eugene.

This was such a refreshing experience. I have been in the process of remodeling a home for the past 6 months. To say that it can be frustrating at times is an understatement. Working with Mr. Wigginton was anything but frustrating. I called for an estimate and he came out within to days. He was able to give me suggestions on what would be most functional and what would look best in the space. He is very knowledgeable, humble, and sincere. Totally trustworthy. I felt very comfortable taking his professional advice. We agreed to a style & price and he was out within 3 days to begin. His men were promptly on time and worked fast and efficient. Communication has been exceptional. This is one renovation where I feel the stress/ work has been taken out of my hands and handled by a professional at a reasonable price. Please do no hesitate to use this company. You will not regret it.

The crew of 4 showed up on Tuesday (after Memorial Day) at 7am. After we spent a few minutes going back over the details of the project the guys got to work. I had much of the footer already dug and the crew 'trued' the corners and distances with a laser level. The footer was approximately 12" deep by 13" wide. Both shed slabs were to be 3" thick. They guys had to do a bit of smoothing and moving of dirt in order to reach the proper depth for the slabs. They were ready for concrete by 10am and had the pour complete within the hour. The concrete job was excellent and looks great. It took a couple hours before the concrete was hard enough to complete the brushing. By shortly past 1pm the guys were finished. There was no trash left strewn about, the form debris was left in a neat pile where I asked them to leave it, and we arranged a timeframe for them to return to pull the forms. All in all a very professional job!

Based on positive reviews on Angie's List, I called Eugene on Friday, 5/20 and he immediately set up an appointment for 8am on 5/21 to review the project. He arrived 10 minutes early, quickly assessed the scope of the job, and provided an estimate before he left. (Thankfully, there was a 10% off special at that time for Angie's List customers.) His estimate was very reasonable and I called him later that same day to give him the job and set 5/26 to begin. He was good to keep me informed of his expected arrival time on 5/26 and got to work right away tearing out the old concrete, a wooden shed and old stored wood. He forgot to include in his original estimate and extra $40 haul-away charge for the wood, but that was no big deal. All the tear-out work was completed in about 5 hours, even after encountering some large tree roots that were hidden under the old concrete which also had to be removed. Due to expected rain, they postponed the pouring of new concrete until next day. On 5/27, his crew and the concrete truck were timely in their arrival. They took great care in making sure the work was done right. The old concrete had not been sloped correctly and Eugene's crew were very precise in making sure the new slab would drain correctly. They finished the job by mid-afternoon and did a good job of cleaning up the worksite once they were done. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with how the project went. Within a week of my first call, the entire job was complete! I would definitely hire Eugene Wigginton again.

Huge shout out to Mr. Wigginton and his team for pouring concrete for my new storage building and a small slab for my trash can. . I am thrilled with how the job turned out and are incredibly grateful they had the experience and knowledge to make the job easy and smooth transaction. Keep up the great work guys!

After trying for a year to get someone to repair my drive with no luck I decided to try Angie's list. Wigginton was at the top of the list so I gave them a call. Eugene answered immediately and said he would be by in two days to give me an estimate. He showed up as stated, took measurements, explained the process and said he would send me a quote by the end of the day. I had the quote within two hours. I accepted the quote three days later and Eugene stopped by a few days after that with proposal (contract). I signed the proposal and paid a deposit of $800 and was pleasantly surprised when Eugene immediately had a crew on-site to do prep work (breaking up damaged pieces etc.). After completing the prep Eugene said he would complete the work five days later, however due to heavy rains the work was delayed an additional two days. Eugene and his crew showed up as stated and began the repair. I can't speak to how the work was done as I was at work myself but from 7:15 am to 4:00 pm Eugene and his crew pulled off a miracle! I arrived home as his crew was cleaning up. My driveway looked AWESOME! I was expecting a much more difficult engagement but Eugene made it simple! Everything he said he would do, he did, and he responded immediately to questions I had both before and after the work was done. Lastly, the price. A year ago when I did actually get someone to come take a look at my driveway they gave me significantly lower quote, which was $1500 I believe. However that quote was more for a patching than a repair. I felt the price Eugene gave was fair and after seeing the work I'm absolutely glad I paid it. So, because I have no prior experience contracting such work I can't make a true cost comparison, but I'd hire Eugene again without hesitation. If you want it done right by a professional call Eugene!

Call Eugene for an estimate, he came out on time as promised. Gave a est. and date to start work. He was able to start earlier than planned. I would use again.

This was one of the smoothest and easiest home improvement projects I have done. Mr Wigginton returned calls in a timely manner, kept me up to date on schedule changes and finished the project in two days. I would highly recommend this company.

He was responsive, polite and professional stopping by the same day to provide an estimate on the work then completing the job two days later. The quality of the work is excellent and he was onsite throughout the day to ensure his crew did a good job. During the day we discussed some other work I was considering along with the other contractors I had considered and he didn't have a bad word to say about anyone and was even complimentary where complements were due.....not everyone I had met with would have been as kind towards their competition. I'd happily recommend him to others and expect to work with him again in the future.
