They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They came prepared and they were professional.

Brian Elder's Roofing Solutions was very good, it took them a while to get to us because there were so many who needed roofing work done andThey did't get to us when they said they were going to. The guys who did the actual work were very good, they came, did the job and cleaned up after themselves. We had to call them back because they didn't put a cap where one side of the roof meets the other side and so they came back and put that. The quality was very good, we haven't had any problems at all.

I contacted Brian Elders Roofing Solutions after checking his rating on Angie's List. My roof was damaged by high winds and I was checking about repair work. His representative examined my roof and determined that I would be eligible for a new roof through my homeowners policy coverage. He helped me open a claim with State Farm Insurance. When I was contacted by the claim adjuster, Brian's representative met the claims adjuster at my home. The claims adjuster approved my claim for a new roof. Brian Elder's team did a wonderful job of installing a new roof, installing new gutters (free offer from his company) and repainted my damaged kitchen ceiling. Everything was very professional, all of his crews were friendly and did an excellent job. Each crew cleaned up and removed all of the old materials and left my house and yard spotless. I would HIGHLY recommend Brian Elders Roofing Solutions to everyone.

Initially called based on Angies list reviews and left a message. No call back. Called again and left a message again and was called back quickly and appointment scheduled for the following week. No show. For some reason I tried again and talked to Brian again he apologized and provided a quick phone quote. Based on this quote he was competitive and I was going to award him the job. Called again and set up an appointment to get a firm quote and he no showed again. What a horrible experience. I chose another contractor and glad I did. I would advise to steer clear of this guy

I called and they said they would send a rep for estimate on replacing my roof. I got no response so I called back. They said that they fired the original rep and that they would send another. They never sent anyone to do the estimate, so I called another company.

Brian did excellent work and showed up and completed the job when he said he would. He provided me with photographs of the process before during and after.

They were friendly and knew what they were talking about. I would recommend them. I spoke to the owner, Brian Elder, several times. He answered all my questions and was very helpful.

He was very personable and explained things very well. He did a good job. The roofing was done very well. His price was very good in comparison with the other estimates that I got. The quality is very good as far as I can tell.

I called roofing solutions to come out and look at my roof and see if it needed any major work done. We had a small leak. Thinking it was going to call cost an arm and a leg to get repaired. They fixed it free of charge and sealed it up. NO MORE LEAKING! I was very pleased with the customer service and willingness to help me. 2 THUMBS UP for roofing solutions!

Brian Elders Roofing Solutions did wonders for my home. They worked with my insurance to get my roof and interior of my home replaced. My home was severly damages by storms that swept through the midsouth. My hardwood floors, paint, gutters and roof were demolished. Roofing Solutions worked with me and my insurance company and quickly put me at ease. I was nervous bc I didnt have the funds to replace all that was damaged but Brian worked directly with Nationwide to get these things replaced. I dont know what I wouldve done if I hadnt found roofing solutions. Clean up was fast. I was overjoyed with the overall outcome of my home. They are worth the call!

I was a volunteer for the St. Jude Dream Home and was really impressed with Roofing Solutions. So when I needed my roof replaced they were the first I thought of. The customer service and clean up were just a added bonus. My overall experience with Brian and his employee's was over and beyond what I expected and my roof looks great!They worked with my insurance company to get me a new roof and I had very little out of pocket expense (deductible). After Shawn left, Brian Elder, the company owner, called me immediately and said that there must have been a misunderstanding, but he, too, brought up my insurance company. When I finished talking to Mr. Elder, Shawn called back. These people were haranguing me and insisted that I should let them inspect my roof. I was deeply disappointed and felt disrespected by Mr. Elder & Shawn. They both attempted to browbeat me into accepting their demands. During the phone calls, both Brian & Shawn raised their voices, interrupted me multiple times, and refused to listen to me. Additionally, I few days later I received a letter from Mr. Elder's attorney. The letter says, "Please be advised that I have been retained by Brian Elder's Roofing Solutions, LLC as regards the review you have written on AngiesList.com of the business. My client has advised me to send you a letter regarding what he claims is a slanderous review on the website. As to the accusation of insurance fraud, my client instructs me to take legal action unless you remove these defamatory comments from your review." I believe that I have removed all comments that may be considered defamatory, but I feel it's very important that other subscribers to Angie's List be aware of the rudeness I experienced at the hands of Mr. Elder and his employee.

I had a great experience. I orignially called just to get my roof replaced. But they worked it out were i could get my gutters replaced as well. My home looks fantastic and couldnt be happier with results.

I called Roofing Solutions because shingles had blown off and they noticed my gutters were either hanging or lose...Because they replaced my roof , they replaced my gutters for FREE! They did great work and I was very impressed by there professionalism and work! Overall awesome experience.
