Bridget's Housecleaning

I called Bridget several days before the cleaning. She came out for an estimate, and we discussed in detail what I wanted done. She even pointed out several items I had overlooked. She also offered to include some items I had not thought of doing. Her estimate was very reasonable, so we set up an appointment for Sat. a.m. She and her two employees arrived slightly early--no problem for me. They worked nonstop for 2 1/2 hours. I offered them a cold beverage, but they declined and continued working. Bridget kept a sharp eye on her assistants and followed up to check for any tiny oversights--she only found one. When they left, I was overwhelmed by the sense of calm that came from such a spotless home. It was not this clean on move-in day. My kitchen and baths are sparkling! My furniture and hardwood are gleaming! No more cat hair! Bridget herself has a multitude of gifts. In addition to being great with plants, she has a highly developed sense of style. In the master suite, she arranged some decorative accents in a more pleasing arrangement . She even hung a wall pocket I had neglected to hang! She also arranged bath accessories in more convenient, eyecatching way. I was thrilled that she did this bit of styling and was in no way offended. She has another client very close to me, so I plan to contact Bridget to clean periodically when she is in the vicinity.

They are very easy to work with, they are also punctual. They do a very good job. I paid another house cleaning company double for the same work last year. They email me and tell me when they are due for the next cleaning. If they have forgot anything they want me to notate it for the next cleaning. They are very reasonable and very dependable.

Bridget from Bridget’s House Cleaning service came out to our house to do an inspection to let us know how much it would cost, I definitely appreciated that. She worked very well with her schedule as I wanted the house to be cleaned before my guests arrived. She was willing to come out even if the time was not very conducive to her schedule. She was also very good with our dog and cats. She really did a great job. She paid attention to the details when cleaning. We didn’t get many other quotes so I don’t know, to be certain if her price was good. Another important thing was that she left me a voice mail when she was done with her work. We were at work when she came in for the job. I think we’ll probably end up setting a monthly cleaning schedule with her.

I could not have done a better job myself. Bridget came out to give me an estimate and then came back as promised and on time to clean. I went out and when I came home, my home looked like a magic fairy had been here. I expected the normal house cleaning, but Bridget went way above and beyond my expectations. She asked about my wood furniture and floors before she came and asked if they required any special treatment and I told her to use her best judgement. She shined my rosewood dinning room table and chairs to their original state and I was amazed. It looked like new furniture again! She mopped my hardwood floors and then put something on them to make them shine. I never knew how dull they had become! My black sink in the kitchen looked like it was just installed and the strange, yet wonderful, thing about it was the house looked like nothing had been moved. I looked in every nook and cranny for dust and never came up with a single thing. They even dusted the tops of the fans and all hanging pictures. The icing on the cake was when she asked me ahead of time if my dogs, who were going to stay in their kennel while she was cleaning, had a treat she could give them to help calm them when she arrived. She was so thoughtful and accessible when I needed to get in touch with her that I would recommend her to anyone.

Bridget has worked for me for almost a year. She does a great job. I don't have to tell her every little thing to do she just does what needs doing. If I have a special request she does it as well.

I called Bridget out to give me a bid back during the summer and then waited a few months before making a decision--was debating on whether it was worth paying someone to clean. I found Bridget to be very friendly, a straight shooter and a total professional. When I finally did call to schedule a first cleaning, it was a few days before guests were arriving. She made special arrangements and came out to clean my house from top to bottom. It was amazing how fast they worked and how they managed to touch every surface--baseboards and bookshelves included. It has been a few months since my house had been deep cleaned so the shower was showing pretty disgusting--including the shower curtain (which I had planned on replacing). By the time Bridget and her crew were done...I didn't need to replace the shower curtain. It was spotless. I also loved that they had folded the towels in both my bathrooms to look like a hotel. It was a nice touch for my guests. After the first visit, I was hooked. For the first two months, I had Bridget come every two weeks. It was really nice having the place so clean and fresh, but my house wasn't really getting that dirty in two weeks time and I couldn't justify the cost. Bridget and I talked and she gave me some tips on keeping the place up during the month (swiffering the floors, etc) and she agreed to clean once a month. I voluntarily offered to pay her an extra bit of money for doing it once a month. She comes on the first Monday of the month and I am absolutely thrilled when I get home. I would recommend Bridget to anyone. I feel very comfortable her having access to my home when I am not there. Bridget, if you are reading this, thanks for the great work!

I emailed Bridget and she responded quickly setting up an appointment to come see our home and give us an estimate. We have an orderly and organized home, but it needed some deep cleaning due to 3 dogs in and out of house all the time and the age of the home is starting to have some effects on cleaning, like the floors and showers for example. Our house is 2400 square feet and she gave us a price of $150 for the thorough cleaning which was very reasonable. We added some additional things like baseboards and moldings which brought the price to $200. She came promptly five minutes early the next Saturday with her assistant and cleaned like a tornado for 5 1/2 hours straight without a break, as well as conversing and being very pleasant and personable along the way while she worked, also checking in to see how it was all going. We all were very pleased with the cleaning. She did exactly what she said she'd do and more. It went so well that we have booked her for every other week now for $85. She is a very nice lady and a professional. We would recommend her to everyone.

Bridget was awesome. She came by and gave an estimate and we scheduled a Saturday morning for her to come. She arrived with a co-worker and thought it would take 5 hours, but they were done in 4, they were fast but very thorough. She even tolerated my dog crying in his crate while we left the house! Her idea to wax the floors made such a huge difference. This was definitely money well spent as there is no way I could have done as good a job on my own.

This was her second time coming to our home to clean. Bridget is very personable, friendly and genuinely seems to care about us as people, not just a customer. She introduced her new helper, as she was alone the first time she came. They went right to work are, for the most part are detail minded. Any "extra" things to be cleaned (i.e. refrigerator, stove, etc.) are extra in price which is reasonable. She cleaned my stove and oven as an extra and it was $10 more...very reasonable and very pleased with the job she did. Her helper missed a place in the bathroom I emailed Bridget to let her know and she was very appreciative of the notification. She is quick to correct things and seems eager to make sure that I am happy with the quality of work. My home is over 2300 square feet and they were done in 2 hours. As time goes on, I know I will be able to fine tune exactly what I want done...I am very happy with Bridget.

Bridget was very friendly and cleaned our house with two other workers. She was very thorough - cleaning everything from the floorboards to the outside windows. We were very happy with the final result.

Came the day I called to see the house and give estimate. Was able to stay and clean. They were really wonderful, careful, detailed and professional. I am relieved to find someone I like and trust. I have booked them again. They seem to enjoy doing a good job !!! She was very reasonably priced.

Bridget and Chris have been so great to work with. They come take care our our home every two weeks and our house has never been so clean. My wife and I love it on the days when Bridget and Chris come to the house. They do an excellent and thorough job cleaning and they are great to clean around our two small dogs and infant child. They are so great we gave them an extra key so we don't have to worry about being home when they come clean. They are both very kind and really have fun doing their work...and it shows! I would highly recommend Bridget's housecleaning for a one-time or recurring cleaning help.

Bridgett was asked to clean after a move out that was of short notice. She was not available so she referred another cleaning company. The home owner was not pleased with the cleaning job done by the other company. Bridgett came the next day and cleaned the house again. She did an excellent job and did not charge anything for the cleaning. This is a woman with super high standards and whose business ethics are better than anyone I have ever worked with. She had cleaned for me before and did an excellent job that time. If you want quality work done for a good price, get Bridgett to do the job. If she is busy, try to wait for her to do the job. The wait will be well worth it.

The did a fabulous job. Our home was sparkling clean when they left. We were extremely pleased and they will be returning twice a month.

Great job was done. This area was very dirty with lots of dog hair and dust and had not been cleaned well in weeks due to health problems. Bridgett came with one worker and they knocked out this area of about 600 sq feet within about three hours. They were courteous and respectful. I would definitely recommend them again. Bidgett would do regular cleaning job much less expensive, but this was no regular cleaning job. I will use her again.

Bridget and her helper cleaned my house beautifully. It was her first time here and she paid attention to details without my having to point them out as well as taking care of things I mentioned. She is organized, efficient, thorough and very pleasant. I look forward to her coming to my house weekly.

It is like coming home to find that my mom stopped by and cleaned up a bit. This is not cleaning to sell a house, but if you want that, just let Bridget know. This is more like if you don't have the time to do even the basic cleaning, Bridget does it for you.

Last week I called Bridget and explained what I needed done in my home first she told me she didn't work in White House(Sumner Co) but, the lady that was working with her that day did work in the area, so I spoke with her and told her I wanted, the baseboards cleaned, ceiling fans cleaned, kitchen cabinets wiped down good, floors in bathrooms moped and tubs cleaned, furniture dusted, hardwood floors polished windows upstairs cleaned. The couple sent arrived right on time this morning and were very nice people I was there for the first couple of hours that they worked the husband worked on my kitchen and cleaned my cabinets very nicely countertops were wiped down o.k kitchen ceiling fan was not cleaned neither was the ceiling fan in the master bedroom, bathrooms cleaned well, but baseboards looked as if they were hardly touched and the hardwoods in the foyer, hallway and upstairs don't look as if they have been touched either because I still found dust, dog hair and crumbs as for the furnitue I saw the husband dusting my dresser in the master bedroom but all other furniture looks like there wasn't any kind of polish used I still found sticky stuff on furniture and no shine, some of the carpet upstairs looked vaccumed but can't say the same about the rest of the house for a deep cleaning which is what they call this I thought 150.00 sounds like a good price but for what I got, let's just say.... I won't be calling them back

Bridgette's great! This was a big job, and they came through with flying colors. If Bridgette's booked, she's got a network of great, reliable people she can send. Had a last-minute thing come up over the holidays, and she pitched right in and got somebody who could come that afternoon. High integrity, thorough cleaning, professional, very nice people. Contacted Bridget from her Angie's List listing. Talked with her over the phone and explained what we were looking for. She came out and estimated the cost to clean the house. She has been prompt, professional and thorough. She comes weekly without fail. We have had a vacuum problem and while waiting for repair she has been bringing her own. Above and beyond!

I expected her to come around 3-3:30 while I wasn't home. I arrived home at 5:30and not one was there. I had told her this first time was especially important due to the fact I had out of state guests coming to stay. . Krista seemed to be a very nice girl, but has to be more exact on her timing and professionalism when meeting commitments.

Everything went off without a hitch. I have no complaints to mension.

Bridget was helpful and professional from our first meeting. She offered tips for various surfaces throughout the house before I even hired her, and she gets my house cleaner than I ever could. She's friendly yet doesn't sacrifice work to socialize. She is always prompt and yet very flexible when I have special requests. They take special care with our belongings that are left hanging around, and I feel comfortable with her being in my home when I am not there.

I had family coming in from out of town with very little warning. I called Bridget and she worked me in. I trust her. She has been cleaning my home for about a year now and she is great!
