I read the other reviews before writing mine and I'm surprised Bridget has received so many 'A's. It's possible she just didn't like me but I'm very disappointed in the job she did for us. We asked her to do a deep cleaning because our home had not had a detailed cleaning in a while and we have pets. I believe I paid $250.00 for that cleaning and she quoted $95.00 for each cleaning there after every 4 weeks. The initial cleaning looked good on the surface to me but it only took 2 to 3 hours. Once my wife came home and inspected she pointed out that the floors were very dirty. She said her bare feet would stick to the floor so I walked across the floor in my white socks. The floors were very dirty, so my wife called Bridget and was told the floors would be cleaned. Bridget did come back and clean the floors and I was happy but I didn't have a good feeling about Bridget. I won't go into a lot of detail but almost immediately Bridget started calling my wife with schedule changes knowing I was supposed to be her contact. I also noted that they didn't stay long enough to be able to do a good job and our house was becoming dirtier an dirtier. The last time they cleaned Bridget stated that she would call me when they could get back by. About 6 weeks later Bridget called my wife to schedule a cleaning and my wife told her I would have to call her back. I didn't bother calling her and will not. I could be wrong but I don't think we fit Bridget's profile for preferrer customers: 1) I'm disabled and always here when they clean and I have intimidating looks. 2) We have pets making it harder to clean. 3) We pointed out places they missed or cleaned poorly. I wish Bridget and her workers the best but we were not satisfied with their cleaning (or lack of).

She is great. She and the two girls are just great; they do everything I ask them to do. They do a good job.

I called the number listed on Angie's list and got ahold of Bridgette right away. She called Chris to schedule the cleaning the next day. Chris showed up early the next morning and brought her owne supplies. I explained to her that I would like a thorough cleaning, like I would do myself. I have a new baby and am in the process of starting a new business, so I just needed some help. I have two large dogs and two cats. They generate alot of hair. I had told Bridgette the night before that I wanted baseboards done as well, Chris did not do this. She cleaned for 4 hours and charged me $150. My house is 2800 square feet. Absolutely rediculous. She would not vaccume the stairs and seemed put out that I did not have a second vaccum in the upstairs of my house. Her cleaning style can only be described as "hit and miss". She dusted and swept the house, but did not move furniture to vaccume under it or objects to dust under them. She mopped using some sort of spray bottle and a swiffer. That is NOT clean, especially with all my animals. THe door threshold were very dirty and she did not clean these either. I was VERY disappointed. I emailed Bridgette immediately, but aftery two weeks I still have not gotten a response. I definitely would not recommend this service. Really bad experience for me.

They are excellent. They do a good job and the pricing is very good. She will let you set your schedule as you wish so if you don't need them to come every other week you don't have to.

Every job was done thoroughly and completely. You can tell Bridget takes great pride in her work.

This is the first time I have used any housekeeping service, let me say I am impressed. My experience with Bridgette's housecleaning was fantastic. The ladies were FAST, professional, and really, really good. They did a wonderful job on my home and I will recommend them to anyone who needs house cleaning.

It has been several years ago since I have used her and I only used her for about two months. I wasn't excited about her attitude. She did do good work. I don't think I'll use her again.

She spends three hours cleaning for us. She doesn't clean into the cabinets, but she cleans upstairs and downstairs.

We recently moved to a condo, and had used Bridgit's service in our old house. She and her staff are very thorough, always punctual and work very hard. They do an excellant job and their pricing is more than fair.

Our house was really dusty after the renovation but it was sparkling clean when they left. The price was very reasonable. I'm going to have them come to clean regularly for me. Bridget and her crew have been cleaning our home bi-monthly since Nov. 2010! We had to take a few months break due to some family illnesses and when we contacted her to come back, she did everything above and beyond the call of duty to get us back into her busy schedule. They clean our 2300 sq. foot house top to bottom. They have no problem if we ask for something a little extra needed or to pass on something for the week. They always do a little something special on every visit, which is a nice touch! They even disposed of a creepy centipede that showed up in our shower! If they miss something, you just have to tell them and they'll make it right. They work quickly and thoroughly. Bridget is big on communication, so you just need to tell her what you want or need. The crew is always cheery and upbeat. They even get along with our old snappy dog. This crew is the best around! They are professional and they care! We would also trust this team to clean in our home while we are away. That is huge! We can't say enough great things about this business and about Bridget!

They are extremely thorough. They are real dependable. They are very upfront and trustworthy. I even give them my key if I am not here and they come and clean anyway. I just always feel good about having them in the house. The house always smells great when they are done. It is always Bridget and she has had a couple of different ones that have come with her on occasions. But it is the same main person.

Since we live 27 miles from the rental house punctuality was important. We have a special needs son that had to come with us. Bridget and her assistant were right on time. This was a hard job and they were very efficient and exceeded our expectations. They were personable and a pleasure to meet. We highly recommend BRIDGET'S HOUSECLEANING!!!

No call no schedule. I contacted the business via email on Angie's List and had to call the business for a response. Was promised a call back which never occurred. My business was obviously not a priority to them, since they never followed through to provide an estimat

On May 6, 2011, while I was out of town, Bridget arrived at my house to clean. Unfortunately my children had not picked up the house as I asked them to do. Bridget ended up not cleaning that day and wrote me a note saying that my house was just too messy and she was no longer going to clean for me. Upon arriving home in the evening on May 6, I contacted Bridget to get more information. She shared with me that my house was messier than most of her other houses and that it had been an ongoing issue. I asked her why she had never mentioned this to me before, and she said that she's too nice and didn't want to upset me. I said that I thought it was very unprofessional of her to up and quit without any notice and that if there had been an ongoing issue with how I straightened the house before she came to clean she should have talked to me about it and not just quit without notice. I'm very disappointed with Bridget. Having used her for nearly a year, I would have expected a conversation about any issues she had with how I straightened and the opportunity to remedy the problem rather than having her quit without notice. As a result of how poorly she handled this situation, I cannot recommend her to anyone as she might just decide at a moments notice to quit and leave someone else in the lurch. One final note about this situation, at the end of our phone conversation, Bridget told me to have a happy mother's day, which I thought was a slap in my face as I was now going to have to spend a good portion of mother's day weekend cleaning my house.
