Overall, it went fine. The house sparkled when they left! They carried out all of my written requests without any problem (which I had struggled to get past cleaners to follow). It took a lot longer than I had anticipated, so that was slightly inconvenient. However, Brenda really has integrity about the way that she works. A few things got overlooked in the last room they cleaned (it was very late), but I pointed them out afterward and Brenda made good for it. If you can afford her ($60/hour for two people is very expensive, but the quality of the cleaning is the best I've seen), I would say definitely give her a call!

Their return call to me was very prompt, they came the NEXT day and spent 9 hours at my house for the "first clean". It was extremely thorough. They even cleaned the runners on the sliding glass doors to my porch, which were FILTHY! My sister even commented the next week that my house looked "different"...hahahahaha, it was very clean, they did everything I asked and more.

Brenda and her co-worker do a great job - they touch everything. I have 2 cats which contribute to a lot of litter, hair, etc., but my house is always clean when I return. Very detailed oriented. I even caught Brenda on her hands and knees in my bathroom scraping paint specks off of the tile deposited there by the painters!

They did an initial clean and it was really spotless. I'm now on a bi-weekly service and they continue to do very nice work and the house is always super clean afterwards!

Brenda and her team have done an excellent job the several times we have had them clean our home. Excellent attention to detail and she supervises and follows up on her help.

The first time, Brenda and her helper came and did the most thorough cleaning ever. The whole house was transformed into a welcoming, clean haven. We decided to sign on with biweekly service. The biweekly cleanings have not been as deep as the initial cleaning, although I have still been 85% satisfied with them (I was 100% satisfied with the first cleaning). I have pointed out anything that was missed by her helper and it has been rectified immediately. We are staying with A Spic and Span and can highly recommend them. The only reasons I have given a couple Bs are for missed vacuuming in the baby's room because the baby was taking a nap (but then after she woke up the room still needed vacuuming - I pointed it out and it was put right), and the fact that her helper was smoking in our driveway outside after completion of the work (this would not bother many people but I mention it). The issues I mention have not caused us any problems to date. I am overall satisfied and feel like Brenda is someone trustworthy who we can talk about any issues with, and they will be put right.

I called Brenda on Friday and she was able to come the next day and clean my house. She spent 8 hours and did a FANTASTIC job! My house was spotless when she left. She was very pleasant and very professional, arrived on time and worked hard the entire time that she was here. I never felt like she was rushing to get the job done. We scheduled another clean-a-thon in two weeks.

Very well, everything went as expected, no surprises...

I have shedding dogs. I was dissatisfied with my cleaners after moving some furniture and finding enough dog hair collected under there for 3 dogs. I was generally not impressed with the individual's cleanliness. I really like it clean, so it was time for a change. Brenda came and and for HOURS cleaned my house from top to bottom. The only hair I found was underneath a huge subwoofer that was behind a TV cabinet. I don't think anyone had ever dusted there. She cleaned everything, everywhere. My house finally actually SMELLED clean and I had 3 dogs and now have only 2. Brenda is expensive and I wouldn't actually pay that much unless the results were remarkable, which they are. If you are a clean freak, and you want it REALLY clean, spend the money and hire Brenda.

I contacted Brenda because of the reviews on Angie's List. I was looking for someone to clean my house once every few weeks. Brenda was able to fit me in within a week of getting back to me. She charges by the hour for the initial clean ($30 per hour) but for any cleaning afterwards will establish a set rate, depending on how often she comes. Our house is about 2,000 square feet, and she's giving us a rate of $115 for coming every three weeks. The initial clean ended up being a little over $200 because she spent seven hours at the house, but it was worth every penny. We have two cats and a dog, and so we have quite a bit of pet hair. I asked Brenda to pay special attention to removing all the hair, and she definitely followed through. Everything sparkled, and the floors even squeaked a little they're so clean. Brenda also went beyond just cleaning, and tidied up, straightening magazines, etc. She even did a little laundry, something she normally charges for. I was especially impressed by her attention to detail; I realized after she came that she'd taken the time to check the coffee pot and had emptied the grounds from that morning and cleaned it. She also cleaned under furniture and around the washer and dryer. I was blown away by how great everything looked, particularly compared to other people I've had clean before.

I found Spic and Span on Angie's List, called for an estimate. I left a voice mail, and Brenda returned my call promptly. They came the first time and blew me away with what a complete cleaning job they did. Now I have them coming every two to three weeks.

They get all high marks from me. They came as agreed and worked efficiently and quickly. I was pleased with how well they followed my instructions. They have always been professional and polite. I would highly recommend them to other members.
